I found the APEX office relatively easily and is not far from the terminal. Staff were very friendly and when I raised an issue they attended and responded immediately to rectify. As a 1st time user with Ace left me disappointed 😞 from time of making the booking through to picking up vehicle which had the window screen replaced the day of pickup with tape on the window to be told "keep it there for an hour then you can pull it off" most disconcerting to having to drive away and lucky no rain to have to use the windscreen wipers!!! Also asked for some compensation but didn't get any

Great little car and rental experience...very economical Corolla and comfortable and drove well.. bit of confusion between it getting 'checked-in' at the airport with Hertz not informing Ace we had dropped off at appointed time forcing Ace to contact us a few days after wondering where car was...all in all a positive experience!!

Helpful staff, prompt pick up and drop off between airport and depot. Older car but it was cheap and no trouble. Drama free experience, just needs a little extra time for the short transfer.
