Pros: Very friendly staff and amazing views of Lake George. We stayed in a cabin room, which was clean and had comfortable beds. The resort offers a lot of fun activities right on site, including golf, tennis, swimming pools, fitness center, and a spa.
Cons: The resort is expensive, so you definitely are paying for all the amenities that are offered. For the price, the rooms are not much different than other hotels.
Pros: Last minute weekend getaway. The staff was so accommodating. Upon arrival, while doing our check-in we realized we booked our stay for the wrong day. The front desk employee was more than helpful and accommodating. The place is gorgeous with amazing views of Lake George! The restaurants were amazing and service was superb. Will definitely come back.
Cons: Didn't like that after we check in at 1pm, the room was not ready until 3pm and we had to check out the next day by 11am

Cons: no complaints
Pros: The rooms are very nicely decorated. The Wi-Fi signal was very good and the TV had lots of channels and very good reception. The The property manager was around quite a bit and was very nice. The gas stove in the room was an added bonus.
Cons: The bed was WAY too high. I am 5' tall and could not get into the bed w/o standing on a chair. The bathroom was very small and the shower was a real pain to get in and out of. The lighting was also poor-You couldn't see to put on makeup or do your hair

Cons: The room was dirty with old carpets with large visible staining and wear. The screen in the window in the bathroom was completely rotted through. The place smelled so strongly of mold that our clothes smelled like it when we went out. There was little hot water, the TV did not work and staff was only available when the restaurant was open. We couldn't even check out because no staff was around. Service came to clean the garbage. They did not make the beds or give us more toilet paper. We ran out after 2 days. The pool is not open either. We couldn't walk around without some type of foot wear. It was very dirty.

Pros: Located close to a wedding we were attending at the Lodge at Echo Lake
Cons: Checking was at two, we arrived at three in the room wasn't ready yet. We were quoted $77 a night (+$10 booking fee) through KAYAK but they wanted to charge us $110. We still ended up paying too much ($97) and paid taxes twice. The check in took so long and we actually ran late for the wedding. The room was clean but smelled very strongly of old, stale smoke. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was okay. The room was hot and the air conditioner didn't work. But it was September so it may be that it was just turned off for the season(it happened to bean usually warm weekend.)
