Croissants and the bed were just right. The staff (every one of them) were the most friendly, accommodating people I have ever encountered. I surely will be returning there again.
I have nothing but good to say about this place
The gardens and rooms were very nice.
It was advertised as a villa but it was rooms with en suite. I hired a 3 bedroom one believing it was a house but in fact it was an extra room which ended up not using. At high expense. There’s no sitting room or kitchen area. Also the pool was over chlorinated causing irritation to my children’s skin but I told them and they said they were going to remedy it. The hotel is in area of suburban housing with nothing really worth seeing within walking distance. You need to hire a car. I found the hotel extremely expensive and personally preferred staying in Chang mai city, where there’s loads of good value hotels/restaurants/activities within walking distance.
Garden, pool, staff, restaurant
It is a very nice place but they need to improve their language skills as only the owner speaks english and they are not always available. The drivers are great and take you anywhere you would like to go at a nice price.
They did not follow up on a request regarding the TV, which was broken. Following up a customer request is always very important even if it is not possible to find a proper solution
An oasis in the city
A little far from tourist places , need a car with gps.
