Pros. Staff was excellent, room was very clean and very comfy. Room service for dinner was great.
Cons. Only two elevators that allow 2 people at a time, took forever to get on an elevator. Fire place in the room, the reason we book this hotel over others, does not work. Room service unavailable in the morning, call 5 times, remain on hold for over 30 minutes only to get busy signals each time. Contacted front desk who confirmed they were available, called one more time, still unreachable. Because of this we were unable to have coffee in the morning, no coffee make in room. Quite disappointing for a hotel that is supposed to be top tier in Chicago
