Truly amazing ambiance! Feel like you will be catered to all your needs as soon as you get on the property!
I didnt like the upgrade system they had. I was offered the upgrade and in rhe moment took it but then looking at my reservation i would have gotten the exact same type of room just without a door to a small living area. I didnt think that was very kind of them i felt a bit tricked.
We were upgraded to the 1 bedroom suite. It was spacious and comfortable. Great quality bedsheets and towels. Staff were super friendly and helpful. They went over and beyond to make us feel welcomed which is what you expect from Waldorf Astoria hotels. The fire place was under maintinance which was a shame but it didn’t bother us. Will stay here again if we visit Chicago.
There was no coffee and tea facilities in the room. The quality of food was good but could be slightly better for such a class of hotel.
Beautiful view from the room and the bathroom was amazing.
On the pricier end for everything.
Nothing everything was great
Staff is incredibly attentive.
The elevators are slow....Could be because every floor has to be accessed via key card...
