Jessica, Dec 2023
Very small rooms, bathrooms had no places to hang towels which seemed odd. Good location overall, but seems expensive for a less than updated hotel experience.

Pros (+) Great location. Very clean.
Cons (-) Only some reservations get access to the lounge where breakfast is served. What hotel only gives continental breakfast to some guests.

Katie, Jul 2017
Pros (+) The hotel was right on the water and close to many attractions. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable.
Cons (-) The pool could use some upgrades, and it would of been nice if the rooms had a mini fridge for personal use, instead of a fridge stocked already with items that you have to purchase.

Pros (+) Location and views from rooms
Cons (-) Pool was not always clean. Hair in pool made kids not want to swim.

Pros (+) The location, bed, and shower were perfect. The room size was great and the view of the river was beautiful. It's in walking distance of the Willis tower and sky gate.
Cons (-) Parking is about 55 dollars for 24hrs, and about 14 for 30 minutes. There is no fridge in the room. There was no coffee in the room, as is supplied at lower end hotels. Because there are restaurants in the building, when we asked for recommendations on places to eat the staff would only recommend those places, which are overly expensive. No complimentary breakfast.

Pros (+) It was a great location and the staff was very friendly.
Cons (-) I spent a lot of time looking for a room that would comfortably fit 3 adults. I was traveling with my 19 year old daughter and my 67 year old mother. I specifically booked and paid for a "triple room". When we got to the room there were 2 small double beds. Not at all what I expected for 3 adults or for $400 per night. Be very aware of what you are actually getting for your money. This was not at ...
