Pros (+) The place is huge and only a block away from Millennium Park. It's fully furnished with a fridge, stove, TV, etc. It's basically a 2-bedroom apartment instead of a hotel room.
Cons (-) The hours that the staff are on site is pretty limited. We placed a maintenance request for our broken shower the first day and it was never fixed (we stayed for five days). They also don't do any type of housekeeping each day. The biggest problem, however, are the unreliable room keys. We kept having to get new ones because they always stopped working, and you actually need them to LEAVE your roo...

Cons (-) The place was filthy. Staff was no friendly. The check in staff was rude. The air conditioner did not work. It was 83 degrees in our room. The hotel staff was more worried of not upsetting "the boss" rather than addressing the conditions of the apartment.
