Cons. We were initially given the wrong room. We had requested a queen but got a double. When staff was alerted, they were able to move us to a new room but blamed other members of the staff for the error rather than apologizing. Our new room smelled odd and moldy. It was extremely humid in the room. Parking was also not obvious. There is a large parking garage right next to the hotel so we thought this was the appropriate place to park. Luckily we asked when we checked in if it was ok to park there and were told that no, we were only able to valet park our car. We were told if we left our car on the garage it would likely get towed. There was no information to indicate this on check in or signage to indicate the garage was not for our use. Luckily we asked otherwise our car would have been towed. Lastly, there was a shuttle service to be used by wedding guests. The shuttle broke down so we were unable to use this for transport. We were told they hotel staff was ordering cabs, but after waiting 20 mins with no sign of cabs, we ended up ordering our own and paying for the transport.
