Cons:
I reserved 2 months in advance via Kayak and called to confirm the reservation 3 days prior to my arrival, yet at the time I arrived they did not have my vehicle available. I reserved an SUV and they were offering me a compact car instead. In the end, I had to take another SUV for more that twice the price in my reservation. The pickup process took extremely long. In my case 1 hour and 20 minutes.8.0 Very good

Nothing at all There not profesionalism at all, in the wedside said a price and when I got there to pick the car was a drama and bullshit There wasn't explanation about how everything work. At the time to return the car a nother problem they dnt even return my money backCons:

First of all is not "Economy Rent a Car" but "Amer Rent A Car" so you can not found them. When I booked the vehicle was KIA Picanto,14 days was 190 USD but when I came price was 700 USD with full insurance or 350 half insurance...ok...but nobody told me that....same old story...190 USD is bite then you do not have a choice...:(2.0 Poor

Pros:
He tried to play by ear and not specific in terms of added tax and final amount. My rental said "tax included", so I didn't get it. He added more than 40% extra in taxes, even 10% extra for the Hotel Sheraton.Cons:
Kayak should not advertise "all tax included" when it is not true.Ace
