Rooms were clean. Staff was excellent and Mariah Carey concert the best! We got food from subway around the corner and took advantage of the Papa John’s special on our key cards!!

Pros (+) We chose this hotel due to the proximity to Wolstein arena. I was a bit nervous seeing several bad reviews but our room was great. Lots of options for breakfast in the morning.
Cons (-) My only real complaint is that the bathroom was very small and our room got reall warm overnight. We had the ac on even though it was roughly 40 degrees outside.

Cons (-) Paid for a king bed and they only had a queen. Not impressed. Also the room wasn't ready when we went to check in at 330 pm.
