Pros:Clean, spacious room. Comfortable firm bed. Nice staff. Great value. Great location.
Cons:Woke up in the shiffering as the temperature had dropped a lot, and the blankets were pretty thin. In fairness I should have looked for the thermostat before going to sleep but i was surprised how cold it got in a few hours. Still a good hotel choice though.

Cons:There wasn’t a mini-fridge in the room, which I thought was standard
Pros:Very close to Progressive Field. Decided to stay here because of ability to park car during 2 day stay and be close enough to walk everywhere. Only a few blocks from Progressive field, restaurants, bars, as well as sights in downtown Cleveland. Had an excellent stay. Beds were very comfortable, rooms were quiet.
Cons:Shower had very low pressure. TV remote did not work and was stuck on the Hotel Movie Preview channel. Was trying to check local weather before going for a walk before a game but remote did not work, and there were no change channel buttons on the TV itself.
Pros:Location
Cons:Bedding had stains on it, full-length mirror looked like someone had poured coffee down the bottom of it, stains on everything- carpet, ironing board, comforter. No in-room fridge, room service closed early (only have it until 11pm, but no one answered the phone even before that at 10:50 pm). Staff was courteous, location was great; but completely unimpressed with the cleanliness of our room (or lack thereof).
Pros:We enjoyed the location. Also the lobby was decorated beautiful for Christmas.
Cons:To get our room cleaned we had to ask specifically for it...2 separate times. There were wet towels molding in the floor before we got someone to come clean.
Pros:This location was chosen for it'so proximity to FirstEnergy Stadium, but it also has a multitude of shops and restaurants very close by.

Pros:Comfortable bed and room. Decently clean.
Cons:Breakfast "buffet" was never replenished when food ran out. Never any plates or silverwear. For $15 a person I should be able to get as much food as I want. I was seated by the employee hangout hole in the dining room where I had the pleasure of listening to them complain about customers. Staff needs fired. Also checking out was a joke. They claimed they had no record of us being in that room rather someone else by a different name. Hire some employees with brains and manners.
Cons:The cost of valet. Also mark from valet insisted I had to pay him separately before he would run to get my car.
Pros:Everybody that worked there was very nice. The front desk helped me immediately. Very nice place to stay. If I ever come back to Cleveland, this will be my first choice to stay

Pros:Location to playhouse square. Breakfast good. Dinner good but extremely expensive. Staff friendly. Beds comfortable.
Cons:Pool was cold. Room was hot. Hot tub out of order. Two elevators out of order. Very frustrating.
