Pros (+) At a time like this with the pandemic still the hotel served the bagged breakfast which was an unexpected very pleasant surprise. I found the staff to be extraordinarily caring, helpful, and did their best to meet or exceed our expectations. Plus excellent location with super clean and comfortable room.

Cons (-) First...Parking. Granted, I'm used to downtown areas, but I had no idea that the only parking options here were private surface lots and garages, or paying for hotel valet parking.
