I loved the pick up part but I hated the drop-off, I didn't get to see how much I payed, and so I have no clue about anything, he just took the keys out of my hands and said I will email you the information... now 16 hours later and still no email5.2 Fair

Cons:
Tried for several days to cancel reservation. From Kayak was unable to cancel via my account as kept getting notice that I couldn‘t cancel a reservation under someone else‘s name (??). From enterprise website every time I clicked to modify the existing reservation it refreshed to starting homepage. And rental location did not pick up phone for 5-6 calls, and no other form of contact. Four days of unsuccessful attempts - huge waste of time and very frustrating!!Avis

This family run business was so easy and nice to deal with. I appreciated their practicality and dedication to service. With the help of KAYAK I found a very affordable rate too.Cons:
They called me the day before I was to drop it off. I didn't mind that but wished that they reminded me to fill up the gas tank before returning. My previous rental let me bring the vehicle in empty because I paid for the tank. I forgot with this one and had to go fill it up. Lucky I came early!10.0 Wonderful

Nice upgrade to a bigger vehicle. The care was nearly new and in very good condition.Cons:
There was heavy upsell for prepaying the fuel and insurance. These must be major money makers for them. I always refill the car when I return it as I don’t know how much I will use and get a rider on my personal car insurance that covers rental cars.4.0 Mediocre
