I liked most everything about this facility.
I didn't like that the hot tub was closed when we were there.
Great breakfast. A the coffee dispenser was not working well on the day we were there but it did finally work.
Everything was fine.
The location was fine. The room was large. However neither of those make up for the bad.
The hot tub has been broken since last fall, when we were there for a chamber event, so they need to stop saying the have one if they arent going to get it fixed. They only clean the extended stay rooms every 5 days.... even though we were only there 2, which is what it is, but I wouldnt have agreed to stay in an extended stay room if I knew that, part of the reason I pay to stay in a nicer hotel are things like made beds each night and nice soaps and coffee. However they keep those things under lock and key here. The pots and pans in the room had crusted on food (noodles to be specific) and the best part was the dirty diaper in the dresser drawer. They gave us a slight discount after telling them, however the GM never got back to us like requested so I take it he does not care and things like this must be commonplace here. Worst Comfort Inn I have ever stayed at, beyond disappointed.
Staff was friendly and professional. Someone was always around in the lobby in case we needed something. The room was spacious and comfortable and great since we were traveling with 2 dogs. The rate was unbeatable too.
The hot tub was not working and I had specifically searched for that when filtering options on booking.com. We have an active lifestyle and sore muscles and after a long drive from Seattle a soak in the hot tub would've been great hence why I specifically searched for hottubs. But when we got to the hotel, they said the hot tub was not working and hadn't been for a while and wouldn't be fixed for a while either. The breakfast was also rated as "good" but it was bad.
I love the room. Slept well. Only draw back was the freeway noise And we had to shut off the heater it was making a ton of noise. But everything else was great. And the noise from the freeway didn’t keep us from getting a good nights sleep.
Noisy heater, freeway noise.
