I liked the fact that it was clean for the price. Overall it wasn't a bad place to stay. The staff seemed a little inexperienced.
Room was nice, and it was very clean.bed was comfortable has microwave and fridge. Speedy polite check in.
The price was reasonable A little better quality of room
The TV was a decent size cheap on channels. Free wifi that was slow when you could actually get it to work.. Horrible customer service, they were rude understaffed and tried to blame me for their crappy motel. Toilets backed up AC blew hot and the shower wouldn't drain. Disgusting. When I had told them about the issues they continued to tell me "we have had no complaints about this room" I understand it's a cheap place to sleep but all I expect is to be able to take a shower and cool down, which was a battle to get them to switch us rooms. AC still didn't work. We called again they said "it cools off after 7pm" no breakfast no amenities def would prefer anywhere else
Location was close to the highway, several eating options nearby. The bed was acceptable, and the air conditioner drowned out any other noise, which was good for small children prone to waking up in the night. I reserved a room with two queens, but they had given it away and was instead booked into two doubles. The room smelled like smoke and the reserved crib was also given away.
Price was good, I could have my dog for $10 extra per night (well worth it). I don't know their policy on extended stays, but I stayed 2 days, and they didn't enter my room once. I love this because it makes it feel more like home, and you have privacy. Directly across the street from one of the biggest truck stops in the state, that offers everything from Starbucks, Baskin Robins, And much more. Frankly, it's a privately owned, previous Knights Inn. They also had large charcoal grills for visitor use. Should have stated ealier, but they have mattress toppers that are amazing! Not a thing.
