Not much Hard pillows, bad linens, tiny soap and shampoo. Smelled like disinfectant...perhaps a good thing.
Ease of check in, the helpfulness of the staff, cleanliness, accessibility, overall comfort. A full size bed is a bit small for the two of us and the mattress was not firm enough to keep us from rolling towards each other.
Room was clean but very basic. Very small lobby and dining area - 4 tables. For 100 a night in the middle of Kansas I expected more. I wouldn't stay again for that price.
We had bugs in our room, and when we complained in the morning the manager said "Oh , did I not tell you about the bugs when you checked in" I told him we not. Then he said it was due to the wheat harvest. Well, that seams strange to me, I live in the country next to fields, and i DON'T have bugs in my house. I spray my house and garage once every year and don't have trouble with bugs. He better get somebody to spray once a week and then once a month. He would not give me money back or a discount. I hope nobody else stays at this motel. IT IS AWFUL!!!!
Good price. Bathroom needs updating, (rust, etc)
On the way to colorado we stopped in colby because the weather was getting frightening. We had our pet and the inn was very accommodating. The buffet breakfast is superb as was the staff. The entryway is still under construction which was just a small inconvenience. Once the upgrade is complete the arrival will be more convenient, especially in bad weather.
It was located at a perfect resting area after a long day of traveling. There are plenty of places to eat and a Starbucks to grab coffee in the morning when you leave. Nothing.
Good value. Pleasant staff. Slightly pricey but in keeping with hotels in the area.
It is clean the help had poor people skills. no coffee available after breakfast.
It was convenient to i-70, great room, quiet,, great free breakfast

No, this was my first hotel I ever checked into and ask for a refund. I asked the front desk 30 minutes after checking in and was told sorry we have a no refund policy. When I brought up everything I had issues with we were told if we didn't have to stay. Everything, accidentally booked this hotel instead of the days inn across the street. Everything at this place was nasty. The room had Dead bugs, paint chips all over the floor, torn bed skirts, and stained sheets!!! The pool was just as bad, stay away!!!
It was close to the interstate. Advertised a hot tub and laundry facilities, both we not available. Rooms we old and shabby. The pool are was old and dirty. It is a one star hotel but should be a no star motel. Not worth the money paid for the room
Easy access Missing light bulbs, hall wall showed damage, overall showing age

Their free breakfast was good and had a lot of selection. The website description said each room had a mini fridge and microwave. We had two rooms and they did not have either one. We did see them in other rooms when walking by. Our toilet seat cover was a dirty orange and brown color.
i dont think got bed bugs, miraculously broken hot tub, broken sauna, debris all over the place, no water flow in sinks, awful watered down breakfast, im amaze you people list this as a place with any amenities at all
Checking out! It was filthy! The gal at the front desk acted like we were bothering her when we checked in. She didn't even tell us how to get to our room. We will be traveling to Colby a lot in the next 2 years but we will NOT stay there again!
The beds were awesome! It was clean, neat and tidy with everything that was supposed to be there, was. Nothing not supposed to be there, was not in evidence. The beds were incredible, best night sleep for the 22 day road trip.
I liked the convenience of location directly off of I 70. Our hotel room was dirty and the air conditioner was broken and there were cockroaches in the room and bathroom. We then were given another room after some time and the air worked but there were still cockroaches in the room and bathroom.
I liked the fact that it was clean for the price. Overall it wasn't a bad place to stay. The staff seemed a little inexperienced.
Room was nice, and it was very clean.bed was comfortable has microwave and fridge. Speedy polite check in.
The TV was a decent size cheap on channels. Free wifi that was slow when you could actually get it to work.. Horrible customer service, they were rude understaffed and tried to blame me for their crappy motel. Toilets backed up AC blew hot and the shower wouldn't drain. Disgusting. When I had told them about the issues they continued to tell me "we have had no complaints about this room" I understand it's a cheap place to sleep but all I expect is to be able to take a shower and cool down, which was a battle to get them to switch us rooms. AC still didn't work. We called again they said "it cools off after 7pm" no breakfast no amenities def would prefer anywhere else
The price was reasonable A little better quality of room
Location was close to the highway, several eating options nearby. The bed was acceptable, and the air conditioner drowned out any other noise, which was good for small children prone to waking up in the night. I reserved a room with two queens, but they had given it away and was instead booked into two doubles. The room smelled like smoke and the reserved crib was also given away.
Price was good, I could have my dog for $10 extra per night (well worth it). I don't know their policy on extended stays, but I stayed 2 days, and they didn't enter my room once. I love this because it makes it feel more like home, and you have privacy. Directly across the street from one of the biggest truck stops in the state, that offers everything from Starbucks, Baskin Robins, And much more. Frankly, it's a privately owned, previous Knights Inn. They also had large charcoal grills for visitor use. Should have stated ealier, but they have mattress toppers that are amazing! Not a thing.
