Pros: The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean, and the staff was attentive. They serve free breakfast, dinner, and have free WIFI. The dinner was subpar, but the breakfast spread was great! There is also a restaurant attached to the property if you prefer to dine there or order room service. They are also conveniently located to shopping and dining, and a short drive from Franklin and downtown Nashville.
Cons: Dinner options weren't great. Would have liked water in the room.
Cons: No Room Service
Need more places to eat after 10pm
Pros: Best breakfast in the business. Friendly, helpful staff.
Pros: It was conveniently located near the interstate, so it was easy to get in and out of, and it was only four miles from downtown.
Cons: No complaints here.

Pros: Very clean, friendly staff and great breakfast.
Pros: Pros: the breakfast served & the catering staff.
Cons: 1) Air conditioner sounds like a snow blower all night. No one was able to sleep. 2) Room was too small for our family. We were on top of each other the whole time. Many complaints, but not given enough room to respond.
Pros: This hotel is new and its location to Nashville convenient. The pool had just been filled the morning we arrived and my girls were excited to try it out! The hotel was clean and modern. It's one of the best hotels I've stayed in yet.
Pros: Nice facility and spacious room.
Cons: The parking lot was a pain, there was some construction going on and we could hardly find a parking spot and had to park our car on an alley leading up.
Pros: Great breakfast! Warm pool for the children! Very Clean room!!
Pros: This hotel was great! Hotel Employee at the front desk was a real delight when we checked in. We really enjoyed having the full size refrigerator in the room. Bed was comfy. Mounted TV was nice! Fire pit out back is a nice bonus to this hotel! Location wa
Cons: We didn't like the fact that there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Breakfast could be a little less bland.
Pros: New hotel, very clean!
Cons: Not enough front desk health. The free breakfast wasn't so good, but really not that big of a deal. We went elsewhere to eat.

Pros: Very clean. Rooms were ready on time and were as promised.
Pros: Location. Good restaurants nearby. Facility very clean
Pros: I booked the room with a king sized bed almost three weeks in advance which was almost $200 for the night. When we arrived the rude young blonde at the front desk stated our room was booked out to someone else but we could have a room with a queen bed. She then explained if you book your stay through a third party like Kayak instead of booking directly through the hotel you will get last available option. As for the girl at the front desk she was very rude and short and even was rude to another guest on the phone and they hung up on her, she just rolled her eyes. The room was very clean and decorated nicely but the bed and pillows were very firm which made for a long uncomfortable night.

Pros: Their staff went above and beyond for us! Arnes'a (probably spelled wrong) and Kimarcus (again probably spelled wrong) were THE BEST! Everything was clean, hospitable, good breakfast, close to where we needed to be. Definitely will stay here again.
Pros: The breakfast was amazing.
Cons: Sheets in hide a bed werent clean. Had hair and something stuck to it.
Pros: Was quiet friendly staff clean good breakfast
Cons: Crappy cable or satellite channels no good tv too many sports channels
And business channels and the depraved Cartoon Network .

Pros: Breakfast was tasty. Location near interstate convenient, bed comfy
Cons: Reserved accessible room with a rollin shower, didn't get it. Check-in at 4pm very inconvenient. Toilet paper in the toilet when we came in! Food poisoning from Caesar salad from room service (6 bouts of diarrhea the next day of a road trip). Terrible!!
Pros: What I liked best about this hotel was the sitting area in the room allowing you to watch TV without actually being in the bedroom. The free full buffet breakfast was nice
Cons: The pool was extremely small , The beds in the room were full size not queen size mattresses, The hotel charged my card in error, The location is very secluded, My shower head did not work, the bathroom was outdated
Pros: Best included breakfast I've ever had at a hotel.
Pros: Complimentary parking, wifi (which disnr work wirh any od my devices), breakfast buffet as well as tge manager's social
Cons: Customer service. I called for extra pillows and blankets and the front desk person was rude and unfriendly.
Pros: Very quiet area, breakfast was excellent.
Pros: Cleanliness and amenities!
Cons: A little disappointed in the hors devours offered at the Manager's Reception. I've stayed at a number of Embassy Suites and the reception food is always wonderful.
Pros: Free breakfast was very good !!
Cons: Almost 3 hours late to check into our room . Shower wouldn't drain . Hair in my bed .
Pros: Very friendly staff Hotel bar with good food
Pros: Soft bed and great breakfast!!

Pros: The hotel is very nice, and our room was very spacious and clean. The staff was friendly. My husband and son enjoyed breakfast.
Cons: We've stayed in other Hilton Garden Inns, and this one didn't seem to be as sound-proofed. There were very noisy guests in the next room, and we could hear them talking and laughing until after 1am. We were also disturbed by frequent slamming doors. We do realize that the hotel isn't responsible for the actions of the guests, but we were surprised that we were able to hear all of that noise. We were also surprised to find that the air conditioning, even though it had a wall control, still was a large unit in the wall that made a lot of noise as it cycled on and off. We thought perhaps this was an older building since we didn't encounter this at other Hilton Garden Inns.
Pros: The staff was really great and the facility was very well kept. The pool water (indoor) was very cold!! Otherwise, we could not have asked for a better stay.
Pros: Nice breakfast; very accommodating chef.
Cons: The decor!. Outdated colors in room and lobby. No coffee table. Only one side table on one end of the sofa. No place for one person to set down a cup of coffee or a drink, No bathtub even though we requested one. Bar wasn't open
late in the afternoon. On the second evening, the bar was
taken over by a private party. Not enough staff on hand. We
had to leave and go somewhere else. Probably wouldn't stay here again.
Pros: Staff was great and pretty nice place except for the bad.
Cons: The room had a very funny odor and it did not go away. Smelled from the time we arrived until we checked out. You could hear everything going on in the hall. We were woken up about 5:30 am to the sounds of doors slamming.

Pros: Great location, very clean, easy parking and access...
Cons: When you pay as much as you do for a room here, you'd think you'd get a fridge and microwave. Plus, don't stay in room 109, it is right by the workings of the elevator and is LOUD with the constant movement especially in the mornings.
Pros: The breakfast and friendly staff.
Cons: I wish there had been a small fridge in the room.
Pros: Friendly front desk, hotel close to everything, 12pm checkout time helped too after a late night out.
Pros: Very friendly, clean, and accomodating. It's also very easy to get to off of the Interstate.
Cons: Too bad there is not an indoor pool.
The hotel was nice but not quite what I normally would expect of a Hampton Inn.
Pros: It is in a great location.
Cons: The free Internet was not great. They wanted you to pay extra for faster internet. I had rather you charge more for the room and provide good internet service. The electrical outlets in the room were too big. It was hard to get anything to stay plugged in.
Pros: Hotel is definitely over priced, but is a very nice place to stay.
Cons: Price.....a bit pricy for what it is. The rooms seem really small.
Pros: Staff very nice, coffee, tea in lobby always, good location
Cons: Room not clean on arrival, mold/mildew damp odor, noise from restaurant/bar next to property
Pros: CLEAN , BUT OUTDATED
Cons: PRICE WAS MUCH TOO HIGH
Pros: Very nice, clean comfortable room. Couldn't have been better
Cons: Accidentally charged twice, but was taken care of immediately
Pros: We had a suite. It was roomy, clean, convenient, and comfortable.
Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was alright.
Pros: The right location for what I needed
Cons: The Hotel was fine
Close to cool springs mall with easy access. Many great eating places close.
Pros: Good location for cool springs Good breakfast Friendly staff
Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville/Franklin (Cool Springs) is a great choice for a stay in Franklin. After having fun at the outdoor pool, you can grab a bite to eat at the restaurant. A fitness center and a seasonal outdoor pool are other highlights, and rooms offer up nice touches like comfy beds with premium linens.
Pros: Staff was super friendly and personable! Awesome staff! Hotel was clean, nice, upscale. Beds were comfy, room was nice
Pros: They gave full refund
Cons: Shower handle broken, toilet broken, half of the bulbs blown
Cons: They tried to make a modern-looking hotel on a dime. Now it's been a few years and everything is starting to fall apart. The elevator floors were cracked and in chunks. Lighting covers in hallways were frayed and falling down. The chemical balance of the pool was beyond poor. Some work was being done to the hotel, but in the process they apparently cut the cable line - so we had No Television for 3 days. No bueno. Oh - FYI, the modern design of this hotel means that in the rooms there's no true closet (there's a closet area covered by a curtain that will hold about 5 hangers) and not a single drawer anywhere in the room. So you've no prayer of straightening things up for the maid service. They'll just have to look at your underwear. :(
Pros: Location was great with restaurants and shopping within walking distance.
Cons: The hotel in general needs some maintenance and is showing many signs of wear and tear which is surprising for a newer hotel. The gym equipment was a mess with many pieces not working properly. Also, the music in the lobby and gym was too loud.
Cons: Food that would have been complimentary for breakfast (cereal, yogurt, muffins) was marked way up. Not cool to wake up to that knowing friends who paid 1/3 less to stay at the holiday inn and best western are eating the same things FOR FREE
Pros: It was very clean, nice atmosphere, close to shopping and tons of restaurants, staff was all nice, I loved the set up of the room and the breakfast was delicious. Overall a great place to stay and if pool room would have been warm I would have gave 5 stars!!
Cons: We decided to stay here just for the indoor pool and the water wasn't really warm but wasn't cold either, but the room didn't have heat on and was freezing in there. We informed the front desk and they sent the maintenance man and he got the heat to work but it only stayed on for about 5 minutes and kicked off again so we along with another family decided just to get out. It was disappointing especially since we was only a hour from home and was just staying at a hotel so our 2 kids could play in the pool.
Cons: Staff didn't follow through when I asked to clean room
Pros: It was a very nice and clean hotel. I was impressed with the layout. The lady who served breakfast was very sweet.
Cons: The sheets on the bed I slept on need to be retired. There was a large hole on it.
Pros: Go to location for a weekend getaway. Quiet, great beds, cozy, GREAT showers. Close proximity to good restaurants.
Cons: Not a big fan of the bar.

Pros: Room was nice and clean. Very close to the sightseeing we were doing.
Cons: The breakfast bar wasn't stocked with enough for all guests so there were long waits.
Pros: Nice hotel, very clean
Pros: Is Ok!
Pros: Bed was comfortable, room was clean, it was quiet, front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Breakfast was just okay. Nothing else to mention!
Pros: The location was good, the room was clean.
Cons: The staff was pleasant but lacked enthusiasm. The shower head was so hard it physically hurt and there was no way to turn it down.
Pros: Pleasant staff, very clean and new in appearance overall.
Pros: I like the price, the cleanliness and comfort, the indoor pool, and the convenient location.
Cons: I have had much better tasting breakfast bars at other hotels. I wish they would improve the food a bit... Not necessarily different choices...just prepare the ones they have better so they taste better.
Pros: Suite was rookie. Bed comfortable. Very clean.
Cons: No pictures or art in wall. Very bland inside. Didn't feel very homey.
Pros: Great value,
Cons: Bathroom was not cleaned to the level expected
Pros: I liked the breakfast and the later check out times.
Cons: Our room was full of cob webs, the amount we paid did not match the room. It was muggy and musty and the humidity was incredible. The pillows were all soft, no option of a firmer pillow. Great location, would not stay again for the rate it goes. I should have went across the street with my money.

Pros: One of the cheapest hotels in the area that is not a dump.
Cons: Bathroom needs an update and commode took a long time to refill bowl with water.
Pros: The breakfast was very good, with a nice selection.
Cons: There was no place to park! People were parking where ever they could along the hotel. Older hotel, which is ok, but I felt like the beds sheets were not changed before us. I did check for bed bugs and found no evidence of them.
Pros: Convenient location to several reataurants, and shopping. Friendly employees, and clean. I will stay again.
Cons: Noisy guests
Pros: Good value lodgings. Appropriate for my needs

Pros: The rooms were nice, they had updated them recently except the tub/toilet area. It was ok. The breakfast area was nice. Check in was quick.
Cons: The room was fairly clean but there was dirt on top of the baseboards in the toilet/shower area and on the light/vent. Also I could tell when we turned a lamp on on the bedside table they had wiped dust around the front of the table but the behind the lamp and on the phone looked like it hadn't been touched.
Pros: The ease of checking in and out, air conditioning worked great
Cons: Worried about whether the hotel was clean. Found a dress with shoes hanging in the closet. Room is not updated. Elevator was dark and shaky.

Pros: The proximity to my job was good - however everything else was dreadful. After sharing my experience there with the front desk - they did take two nights off of my stay which was appreciated. I would have changed hotels if I had more free time in the day to figure it out.
Cons: The water was an issue - never had a warm shower during the course of a week. The first night it was freezing cold and then was scalding and then freezing cold and scalding and freezing cold as the week progressed. Erratic - couldn't even get warm water from sink to wash my face with. I tried everything... letting it run, etc. nothing.
Fridge in room froze all of the food I purchased for packing lunches even with temperature adjustments. Thankfully it was cold enough overnight to leave a packed lunch in my rental car. I felt like I was camping.
Other guests were intrusively loud in the middle of the night.
The breakfast had lukewarm water to brew tea with - it actually seemed like it was never originally hot. Just gross.
I expected something a bit more together and clean, or at least not as consistently offensive.
Pros: Price is why you would stay here
Cons: Insects in room, missed cleaning one day, lights were out, key did not work one evening - long walk with bags and dinner in hand.
Pros: Breakfast was good, Wifi, nice comfortable beds, Rooms were clean and smelled fresh
Cons: Next to a grave yard, House keeping didn't make our bed everyday (we stayed 4 days and they only made it once)
Pros: they were understaffed and dirty.
Cons: The manager watched the desk clerk answer non stop phones while trying to check in three different groups. He offered no help. There was a blood stain on the fold out mattress. The room smelled strongly of pool. The beds were like rocks. Woke at six am to the police banging on another guests door for 20 minutes. There was mold all over the bathroom. The place was filthy and breakfast was lame. Will not stay again.
Pros: Location is convenient to Nashville and area. Price is reasonable.
Cons: Our room had bedbugs.
Refresh at this Ramada Franklin/Cool Springs hotel located off Interstate 65 near downtown Nashville, the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, antique shops and boutiques in historic downtown Franklin, and many local restaurants. Relax at this hotel with complimentary wireless Internet access, complimentary continental breakfast, outdoor swimming pool, complimentary large-vehicle parking, onsite convenience mart, meeting space and business center with fax and copy services. Guest room amenities include coffee-maker and hairdryer. Suites and handicapped-accessible rooms are also available. There is no charge for children 17 and under with an adult. Pets are welcome at this smoke-free hotel.
Pros: The hotel was convenient and clean for a one night stay while we were traveling. Right off the interstate with plenty of restaurants around. Area felt safe.
Cons: Breakfast was hot but limited selection and the doors were on the outside. Because the area felt safe we didn't feel nervous but thought people needed to know if that was a con for them.
Cons: Location. It was behind a Cracker Barrel and we cut through past their dumpster. Which was the short route. The other route was down a road past the back of hotel and then follow it it back around to the front.
Pros: It was clean except for the bathtub. It looked like it had not been regularly cleaned. It was quiet even though the motel was full. Decent breakfast. Good TV and WiFi. Nice people. Cracker Barrell next door. If one person or a couple just need a place to sleep, it will do.
Cons: Dirty tub. Very firm bed with cheapo mattress pad that wadded up as you rolled over.
Visit Baymont Inn and Suites Franklin hotel, close to restaurants, historic civil war sites Carnton Plantation and Carter House, and businesses highlighted by Nissan North America headquarters. Rooms provide guests with HDTV, complimentary wireless internet, coffee and tea maker, microwave and refrigerator with ice maker. Also available are complimentary hot breakfast, business and fitness centers, and an outdoor pool. Local destinations include Marcella Vivrette Smith Park, historic downtown Franklin, Cool Springs Mall and Forrest Crossing Golf Course.
Cons: Just feels dated and a bit run- down. I don't mind at all paying $80-some for this kind of room, but at over a hundred, I expect there to be enough towels, coffee for the coffeemaker, etc. Breakfast was barely OK - ditch the breakfast and cut the price to $90/night and you'd be at the right price point - especially since guests can easily walk to the Cracker Barrel instead - and many would prefer that to having payed for the barely acceptable breakfast at the motel. OH, and please quit making everyone watch propoaganda over breakfast. Tune the TV to CNN or Good Morning America or anything instead of forcing everyone to see the FOX bullshit. That alone will keep me from returning.

Pros: The outside of the property is clearly older and could definitely use some cleaning/sprucing up, but the room itself was clean and comfortable. The temperature control worked well, the bed was comfortable (but not luxurious, pretty basic spring mattress), the shower was hot and the staff very nice. If you just need a basic room to crash in for the night, this is a good choice. If you're looking for luxuries, then not so much. We didn't get to breakfast, but the eating area off the lobby was spacious and looked clean.
