Having a car that I reserved the night before. Not try and charge me $216 more because you had one at the Memphis Airport. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! NEVER GOT A CAR! WILL NEVER TRY TO RENT A CAR THROUGH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!9.6 Wonderful

After being with entrrprise i rented from avis by chance. Pleasant surprise. Quick vehicle availability, great srvice, friendly staff. Easy checkout and return. Will definitely rent from them again.Cons:

Sunday hours were limited (2:00 - 6:00) and were not plainly posted. No after-hours drop off box. Had to make 2 two trips to return car/keys.7.6 Good

All was good except for the cleanliness of the inside windows. The fron window, rear view mirror and passenger side window were dirty. Looked like they had been sprayed with something and not wiped off. Almost impossible to see out side window.Hertz

I rented a car online, but it wasn't a car at the site. The representative called other sites but no one had a car. I was offered a minivan which would've cost me more in gas than what I would pay for the rental of the vehicle. The 3rd party company should know what each facility has available so this will not happen.6.8 Okay

It was good on gas and a nice looking suv.Cons:
It was very dirty inside. Back seat had what looked like blood spladder in the middle seat and milk spilled on it. Front driver side had what looked like blood slatter on the side of middle console. Passenger side front floor had something sticky stuck on it.8.0 Very good

Upon arrival at Enterprise to pick up vehicle not vehicles were available and had to wait for an hour for a vehicle to arrive. The vehicle had 1/8 tank of fuel upon arrival necessitating an immediate stop for fuel.4.8 Mediocre

Second time in a row I make a car reservation and they don't have cars available. And second time in a row, I get lucky someone "just dropped car off". Nearly ruined my family vacation. If I have a confirmation from Budget, I expect car to be waiting on me. Rental price is very good2.8 Poor
