Pros. Good proximity to airport and it’s nice that there is an airport shuttle. The gym looked good but we didn’t have a chance to use it.

Cons. Carpets were dirty and we didn’t like walking around on them barefoot. Towels were so rough and scratchy- not soft whatsoever. Plumbing made a loud whistling noise every time we turned on the shower. The free breakfast was lackluster- nothing we could really “grab and go” except red apples and underripe oranges. No WiFi signal in the room.

Cons. I think the continental breakfast could have been better. There were no kid friendly options with the exception of Frosted Flakes which my kids do not like. It was definitely geared more towards adults.

Pros. it was out of the elements. It was better than sleeping in a cardboard box.

Cons. The place is old and run down. There is a sketchy trailer park across the street. Everything is dirty. The elevator broke so often that they had a out of order sign on the room cleaning cart which was left in the hall overnight. The room was not clean. The bathroom was especially disgusting.

Pros. Proximity to the airport, The plants in the lobby were absolutely beautiful.

Cons. It was a dump. The first room we were put in was filthy, the carpets looked as though they hadn't been vacuumed in years, and the heater in the room did not work. When I asked for a new room the lady at the front desk who gave me my room key just 15 minutes before completely forgot who I was and insisted I sign for the room a second time. No food in hotel other than the underwhelming "continental breakfast" of toast or cereal and the change eating vending machines. The staff was stand-offish at best , and the whole place felt awkward and creepy like a hotel in a cheap horror flick. Opted to take the stairs as the elevator was so ill kept it wreaked of burnt oil, none of the lights on the buttons or floor level indicator worked, and is shook and bounced up and down as it went. Hands down the worst part of my trip to Columbus.

Pros. The inside was really cool with the tropical feel of the indoor pool. Wish the cabana restuarant was open...then it would have been perfect.

Pros. Clean room, very reasonable price. Fun airplane theme inside. Much better inside than it looks outside.

Cons. The bed was way too worn and soft. The area looks a little dicey. The fitness center is old and pretty beat up.

Pros. It was clean, and extremely convenient to the airport. My flight landed at 11:45 pm. I called for a shuttle, which was waiting for me when I walked out of the airport. Very nice driver and desk staff. Clean room. Non-smoking room that really was a non-smoking room. Nice, big, fresh, crisp apples and other fresh fruit at the breakfast bar.

Cons. the light was burned out in the bathroom, which didn't bother me, because I was only there for 6 hours. I survived. I told the desk clerk about it in the morning, as I was leaving. No other complaints. Great place for the money.
