Our reservation was for 2 beds. There was only one, we ended up buying an air mattress. The customer service was worse than terrible when trying to rectify the situation. The representatives barely spoke English and were horrendous in getting back with me, in fact the last time they never did. The problem was never solved.
Cons. Price was more than this hotel has the right to charge. Renovations hid the fact that this is a very old hotel. I can't believe the elevators pass inspection. Very little in extra amenities. Our beds were not made when they came and "cleaned" the room. Will not be going back, ever.
Pros. I had some time to kill on one of my days there. I ended up going to 3 museums in walking distance. Great little food locations as well.
Cons. Elevators were under maintenance so the first night things were slow.

Cons. The room didn't have enough counter or work space. The bathroom door opened out so it was difficult to pass through the hall. Continental breakfast was not included. Parking was not secure.
