Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, which was close to attractions and provided easy access to various destinations. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, such as bad odors, roaches, and dirty rooms. Service was also a major concern, with complaints about lack of staff, poor housekeeping, and unhelpful front desk experiences. Bed comfort and noise levels were frequently mentioned as negatives, with several guests finding the beds uncomfortable and the environment noisy. Overall, while the location was a strong point, the hotel struggled with cleanliness, service, and comfort.AI-Generated from customer reviews
