Never got to stay. Booked a room for wrong night by accident. Hotel would not refund nor swap my dates so basically took my money . Would not reccomend staying with this proerty or management at all to anyone.

The staff makes this a wonderful place. I had an issue with my booking, ( thanks super.com, not! ) .the manager went above and beyond to help me resolve the situation. So far no resolution. I won't stay anywhere else in Conway unless there should be no vacancy at the country inn
