Very large rooms, very modern and very clean with a great staff, fantastic cook to order breakfast. Best Hotel in Saratoga Springs
Rooms are super big! Comp breakfast very well done! Happy hour a bonus! 5mins walk to Broadway shopping and park!
Location and not much else.
The staff were all friendly and welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast was heavy carbs--would have liked plain scrambled eggs. A wonderful variety--but...heavy carbs.
Breakfast included. Reasonable continental breakfast in a cozy dining room with big windows facing the street. Spacious room, tastefully upgraded bathroom.
Wonderful lounge area for guests. Pleasant fire in the evening and delightful breakfast in the morning.
The well-maintained charm and comfort of the town's oldest hotel. Great bar and kitchen. Free parking and central location.
I was only up at The Inn for one night as I had a wedding to attend up the street. Nonetheless, it was a great stay. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. It felt very cozy and rustic. The included breakfast in the morning was also a very nice touch. I highly recommend staying here.
The building is vintage with lots of personality, inclusive of a restaurant and bar overlooking Saratoga Springs' main thoroughfare. The room was quite large and tastefully decorated with antiques. The hotel is a short walking distance from fantastic boutiques and restaurants. I reserved a room with two queen sized beds, but they were actually full size. In addition, there was no way to regulate the room temperature... The heat was on full force, while a room 15 degrees cooler would have been my preference.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facilities were great and the breakfast was excellent.
Beautiful architecture, breakfast. Location. Bathrooms very small. Room located over nightclub.
Super comfortable beds; big room; stylish; historic Breakfast is not free.
The restaurant staff was very good The rooms are run down. Didnt like having to call the front desk and then being transferred to your internet provider, just to get the wifi set up on our portable devices. The bathrooms are 20 years past needing updating.
I loved the Queensbury Hotel for it's character and charm. It has personality- and reminded me of my grandmother's apartment on the upper east side of Manhattan- sophisticated and simple. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable- the pool and "spa" pool were refreshing. We will definitely stay there again!
Very good combination of old world charm and modern comforts Not a thing
convenience to town still a little pricey for off season
Great location; beautiful, comfortable, well-appointed room full of thoughtful amenities-luxurious towels and spa robes, high quality toiletries, free wireless Internet, plenty of outlets for charging electronics; fantastic breakfast; superb service. Not a single thing! This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at anywhere-hands down.
The location and convenience to the theme parks. Later check in time was a bit inconvenient. However, the meet and greet with the characters was a treat for the young children.
we actually liked that we could get free parking and walk to the grest escape for fright fest story time was a joke.....the character was frightening the children and antagonizing them.....jhonny rockets service was rude and we did not even get a table within the first 40 minutes there.......the water park had only two attractions open at a time due to short staffing
Our cleaning lady was very sweet and couldn't help us enough. The kids had a really good time and overall we considered it a really good weekend but the good times was mostly because of our company They were very helpful to get us rooms by our friends. it was very expensive. I was bothered that when the wrist band you needed to get into the water park caught and broke they wanted $3 to replace it. The water park is very loud.
The theme of the park was great. Johnny Rockets had a pleasant waitstaff and great food. The parking was not enough to handle the amount of people staying there and there was so much chlorine in the water that our eye were burning. Way too hot in the park and in the whole lodge. Prices for the rooms were excessive including the fees they charge . My daughter did have a great time but the prices wil keep us from not returning. Park should be bigger , charging $40 per extra guest when the day passes for the park are only $29.99.
As a parent, I was at ease with my 4 children in the waterpark with the adequate number of lifeguards on duty doing constant checks at their posts in the waterpark No complaints
The staff was exceptional ... everyone was pleasant and helpful. The kids (ages 9 and 6) loved the indoor water park. In fact, we never made it to the outdoor park or to the amusement rides, as the kids just wanted to keep going to the indoor water park. Kids also loved the Adventure Quest game ... although it was very expensive and the instructions for the game were not very clear. Prior to our arrival, the room was sprayed down with a very strong "freshner" which smelled like very perfume soap. After a day, the perfume smell wore off and it became evident why the freshner was applied to the room ... there was a very strong musty smell ... maybe due to mold. What is certain is that neither smell was pleasant and we had to buy a candle to cover up the smell. Also, had to open up the sleeper sofa for the kiddies and there were food crumbs and trash both under the sofa and in the sofa sheets. Yuck! Not a very clean room
I liked the characters singing and dancing in the lobby for the children at about 4 p.m.
the beds and the pillows the water was freezing and on Saturday morning the lazy river was down for almost 2 hours making the wait for the tube rides insane..
quiet room family place lamp was brpken and had todisconnect bulb toshut it off
The staff was extremely nice and welcoming, I loved that they were extremely helpful with whatever they were asked. I also liked that it was in the middle of a lot of stores and restaurants. The carpeting in the room was ripped in some parts and the parking was limited, luckily I found parking inside the lot but they do however offer municipal parking, you can also park in the street after 6 pm.
Staff so friendly and helpful.
Firm matresses Very good location Parking a little far.
Nice hotel, staff us excellent, very clean rooms
Included breakfast. Two very well kept swimming pools. Comfortable rooms. Exceptionally friendly staff. Well done! Was a bit pricey, but considering Lake George in the summer, I guess I can't complain too much. :)
We. arrived early and staff allowed us to check in early.Enjoyed the breakfast nice choices food was hot and area clean.Enjoyed our stay def will come back .
Perfect location from which to enjoy a SPAC concert; lovely park Cleanliness an issue - the "detail for retail"
The grounds. Staff is all Union I was told and it's noticeable. Nobody cares and I saw multiple violations like chopping paints, water dripping and a foul smell in the bedroom. A total ripoff for the money.
Great location and historic vibe. Our family enjoyed staying in the beautiful Saratoga Spa Park and being just a short walk/drive to the Roosevelt Spa & Baths. The resort's restaurant is pretty good for a family breakfast or brunch. We would've preferred to have a spa at the resort, a better fitness center, and a restaurant with a more diverse menu. That being said, just a short drive away on Broadway, closer to Congress Park and the Visitor's Center, you'll get a larger selection of restaurants and cafes. We were also able to order in from places nearby. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It had an old world charm to it and we felt like we were living in the early 1900s.
The staff was very professional. After seeing the room was definitely not up to my standards, I asked the front desk clerk for a refund and he was very polite and helpful. The place looks like it was last renovated 40 years ago. This is NOT 4-star accommodations. 2-star at best. A Best Western has miles on this place.
The staff was very friendly. Hotel was located in a very convenient spot for everything we did. n/a
Such welcoming staff! And the shuttle made it so easy to get in and out of town

The front desk staff was amazing! So friendly and helpful.
The staff was uniformly pleasant, friendly and helpful. I believe the person we happened to deal with most was hotel employee. She was wonderful. The courtesy van was hugely helpful since the parking at our event destination is very limited. Complimentary cooked breakfast was inadequately supplied for number of guests. Coffee weak. Food ran out too soon and was not resupplied before end of allotted time. Heating unit was extremely noisy, but to be fair, it was an extremely cold weekend.
Nice serve yourself breakfast, pool area was clean, and staff was super friendly.
Location. Free Breakfast. No
Hotel was extremely clean, excellent friendly accomadating staff.
The staff members that was there the first date that I checked in. Very noisy over head, Also a generator running the entire night. Just was hard to get to sleep. But love that the location was very close to everything. Not far from the festival.
Was a place for my parents to sleep over. First room smelt so bad like dampness and smoke and animals, 2nd room my parents moved to was better. Did not like that breakfast ends so early.
the bed was like sleeping on a rock
This hotel was perfectly clean and the staff was amazingly courteous and helpful. Cannot possibly understand why it only has 2 stars. It has all the amenities you would expect from a 4 star hotel. The breakfast had real eggs and juice, not the egg disks. Not a thing was there to complain about.
Housekeeping lady was very friendly. The hotel was ok for a quick one night stopover, but I would rather spend more $ on a nicer stay. The room was clean and had a mini fridge which was convenient. Checkin had a line. Bed was not very comfortable. It was adequate, but the sheets felt so rough.
The staff was very accommodating, the room(s) were clean and the bathrooms were roomier than other chains we stay in. The first night the room we stayed in had very poor internet service. The staff offered us an ethernet cord, and when they didn't solve the problem, they moved us to another room the next day. What could have been a deal breaker turned out fine in the end.
Clean and comfortable There was no service in the room. I stayed in room 114 and I didn't call the front because I was only there a night and it didn't bother me much, but my TV had "no signal" and my cell reception was non-existent.
Breakfast, penny ( management) I was constantly lied to by the staff on company policy. The one lady rolled her eyes at me. They do not even where name tags. Its sad. I had minor request none were filled or even addressed to why the was not done. None of the equipment in the fitness room worked. Had only half of what the pic showed for weights. Will never stay there again. Dated very
I booked three 4-person rooms. I paid in full beforehand. When I checked out they said I had too many people in the room so charged me an extra fee. If you pay in full for 4-person rooms through Kayak they shouldn't charge you more for that, it's deceptive. Eventually it was refunded, but only because I complained, and they didn't admit to any wrongdoing. Although I can't complain about the quality of the hotel itself, I wouldn't go back because of this experience.
very convenient location for visiting the Saratoga Springs Performing Arts Center. helpful staff and good amenities.
Staff was great, clean, bright entry and eating area. Nice to have a Kuerig in the room with actual creamers. For what we paid I thought it would've included breakfast, didn't notice that little tidbit when booking the room . The king sized bed was horrible despite being "adjustable". Wouldn't really recommend it.
great place, comfy beds. we had a quiet room despite a very busy wknd (concert, wedding, etc). i come here every time i visit Saratoga bc I'm never disappointed.
Staff was friendly and accommodating for special requests. Property is clean and well-maintained in an excellent location near all in Saratoga Springs. The $10.95 charge for breakfast is rather steep considering that the same fare is available for free at many other properties
Very clean and comfortable. Our cleaning gal Tiffany was very conscientious and went beyond what was expected to make our four night stay very pleasant. Special kudos to Tiffany!
Easy access to highway plus Target, Starbucks, liquor store, and restaurants and such. Only 20 minutes away from SPAC. Rooms were spacious, clean, and the complimentary breakfast was very good with a variety of choices.
Clean A comfortable bed Quiet rooms A great shower Friendly help
Very spacious rooms. Friendly staff Staff very friendly but many were young and not well trained yet
This hotel was above and beyond the five stars!! The staff was very friendly rooms were extremely clean and it was very close to all of the restaurants and bars! I'm VERY picky with beds so if there's anything negative to say I would say the beds could be a little more comfortable... Nothing to change the 5 stars I give this place!
Even with the construction, I was very pleased with the atmosphere. The pool could have been a bit warmer.
location there was a power outage for 8 hours, most of the night and when asked to be compensated for the inconvenience they did not want to know anything about it and said it was your responsibility. i have already reported it to you
Cleanliness of the rooms and the staff was so accommodating to us during our stay.
Location, price, staff No

ease of check in, free cookies (nice touch), near the center of town bed was not the most comfortable.
Staff was very friendly and helpful in providing cups, toiltries, etc. The location was great for our purposes...easily found and close to where we wanted to be. The room was large, clean and comfortable. I would definitely go back. Liked the free wifi. Our magnetic keys needed to be recharged each day.that was a tad inconvenient.
Location to where our evening plans took us. No
Location and bed comfort We had a leak at night that made an awful dripping noise and they said there was nothing they can do since it was a priceline reservation and that was really annoying.
The room was comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Unable to eat in the cafe or stand at the reception desk. Very cold weather outside with no plan to either have an extra door, different eating area or the type of heater that blasts the cold air before it enters. VERY bad design of a lobby in the NE.
Beautiful decor made by craftsman- Black Walnut & Birds Eye Maple walls, nice library for talking, reading or a late night sip. Covered porch was great for sitting out at night. Staff is highly attentive and friendly. Bedrooms are laid out well and comfortable. Very conveniently located next to Congress park and a short walk to Broadway/ downtown. Breakfast was a bit late- no coffee until 7:00. I am an early riser so I had to go town (only a mile away) to get my caffeine. Breakfast was adequate but not many healthy choices. Would have been nice to have oatmeal and some hard boiled eggs so I didn't have to eat the yolks. Also some whole grain bread and cheese.
