Pros: Convenient location right by central train station.

It is a legacy that the hotel’s team of Concierges continue to build upon, offering authoritative local insight into the cultural kaleidoscope of design and creative energy that makes Milan so unique. Our storied hotel boasts an iconic Art Deco façade dating back to 1932. Its interior, meanwhile, has been fully renovated by renowned Milanese architect Marco Piva to house elegant restaurants and lounges, the expansive SHISEIDO SPA Milan, and 12 stunning meeting venues. Showcasing Milan’s renowned design, each of our 235 guest rooms—including 53 suites—unites exclusively Italian-made furnishings with iconic city or hotel courtyard views. Additionally, the 1,000-square-meter, four-bedroom Katara Suite is distinguished as Italy’s largest.
Cons: meager breakfast
didn't give iron and iron board
This family-friendly Milan hotel is located in the historical district, within a 10-minute walk of Galleria Tega, Pinacoteca di Brera, and Teatro alla Scala. Castello Sforzesco and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II are also within 15 minutes.
Pros: Shuttle service to shopping area (very convenient when carrying a lot of bags) close to train station, delicious breakfast
Cons: Spa at hotel is overpriced and has mediocre spa service, otherwise hotel is fantastic!
Pros: Amazing service, incredibly thoughtful staff, and beautiful surroundings are expected at this hotel. 5 star service, 5 star price. Make sure you work out a way to include breakfast, as it is expensive, but divine. Be wary about the high valet prices. Overall, you pay for what you get and this property does not disappoint.
Cons: High valet prices.
Pros: A great true five star hotel. Excellent and knowledgeable concierge. Location is outside of the Montepoleone shopping district so a nice oasis to come home to at pIazza Republica. Great part was frequent Benz stretch limo pickup and drop off from the hotel to La Scala/ Duomo and Montepoleone area -- that was extreme helpful with kids. Had an upgrade which was appreciated and not asked for. Breakfast were absolutely excellent and included in our price. Champagne, full hot foods and fresh fruits and pastries. Will definitely be back!!
Cons: My only minor tif was pool was closed for renos. Minor and everything was to our or beyond our expectations.
Pros: Room decor
Cons: Breakfast prices were ridiculously high and quality was horrible. They also rip you off. We dined a la carte for breakfast the first day but were charged for the super high priced buffet. The good itself was horrible. Second morning all we had was juice , crossaint and coffee and were once again ripped off. This hotel is a rip off. Only good for business people billing their companies. Hotel was not even able to correct our charges during check out leaving us a bet other taste of being ripped off.

Cons: It's a stretch to rate as 4 star. Location was great and it's certainly going for the luxury market. Poorly functioning shower in our room was a disappointment for the price. Worse was the service. It was not that our needs were not taken care of but more the manner (attitude) with which they were taken care of. We felt we got poor value for money. 2 stars.

Cons: The gentleman behind he front desk was not friendly nor helpful. He acted put out with any question we asked. Our tv remote did not work. The woman at the front desk sent someone to fix it and we were able to get an English speaking channel until we turned it off and then it wouldn't wok again.

Pros: This hotel is great for enjoying the city of Milan. Not only is the hotel clean and beautifully decorated but the staff and the location are an extra plus. There is no way to get lost in the city of Milan with the help of the concierge and the metro station which is right next to the hotel. I enjoyed the sauna and the hot tub which added to the comfortable and relaxing stay at the hotel. Since there aren't a lot of things to do to Milan one euro from the hotel will allow you to see the whole city. THIS PLACE IS WORTH EVERY PENNY. Spend your vacation in luxury.
Cons: I loved everything .
The Grand Visconti Palace is a 4-star superior city resort with a central location boasting 172 rooms, a garden, a wellness center with swimming pool, a convention center with natural light, a parking garage and the refined "Al V Piano - Attico Gourmet" restaurant.

Pros: Cozy and neat room, great location. Not far from the center. Excellent breakfast, and nice staff. They offered free bikes to us.
Cons: The wall is a bit thin. You can hear the street and your neighbors.

Pros: We were pleased with everything from check in (they recognized that we just arrived from the US and allowed us to check in early), prosecco in the garden, dinner recommendations, large room/bath, to friendly atmosphere. Chatting with other guests we had the opinion that they were also very pleased. Our room had more of a light shaft than a balcony. It was fine for our one night but you might see what else they had if you are staying longer.
Pros: This is a very good hotel in a good location in Milan. The front desk staff was very attentive and helpful. We felt very secure at the San Pi.
Cons: this is a very good hotel!!!

Pros: We loved the proximity to the beautiful public park, shopping district, metro, and Duomo. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted from the hotel.
Cons: The minibar prices were really high.
Good location for touristic and business stays. breakfast was satisfactory. just a little bit attitude of staff..

Pros: Very clean with exceptional breakfast facility and menu.
Pros: Great A/C on very hot day. Porter was nice and helpful putting away our luggage when we were too early to check in.
Cons: Front office staff was rude. When we advised we had a reservation and were checkin in the young woman, instead of asking for our name, said how can I check you in if I don't know who you are. She was similarly rude to the couple in front of us. Maybe she was having a bad day but this is not acceptable for someone in the service industry.
Pros: The hotel was close enough to walk to most of what we wanted to see. Subway station was close by. Great in-house restaurant for dinner. Our room was nice and clean plus it was quiet. Would stay there again.
Pros: Excellent location, good breakfast, nice helpful staff, pleasant interior. Altogether a very good place that I would go back to.
Cons: I found the bed a bit soft and the wi-fi was not very good.
The Hotel Dei Cavalieri is a historical 4-star hotel just 328 yards (300 m) from Piazza Duomo and a short walk from La Scala opera house, Via Montenapoleone and other shopping streets. Situated in the center of Milan, in a prime location, all of the city's tourist attractions can easily be reached on foot, while business travelers can enjoy the convenience of having the main companies, banks and the stock exchange all close by.
Pros: Great location, great breakfast, wifi works well. Pretty good experience
Cons: Didn't know there was city tax to pay for every night at the check out other than the reservation charges online. Just some unexpected expense.
Pros: Steps away from Milano Centrale Station! The staff were very friendly. The room was very comfortable. We left too early to try the breakfast.
Cons: The decor could be upgraded as it looks very dated. It was probably a luxury hotel with top notch technology in the early 90's/80's. It was kind of fun to check out the vintage tech. Overall though we were very comfortable.
Pros: The hotel was a few steps from the Milan Central Station. The area around the hotel was fine and the staff were very professional, courteous and friendly. Everything in the room was nice and updated. The bathroom was spacious and included a Whirlpool tub. The window curtains could be electrically opened and closed to the touch of a button. The mini bar included complimentary sodas, water and snacks. The full breakfast was very nice and even included fresh squeezed orange juice. I highly recommended this hotel. When I return to Milan I'll be happy to stay here again.
Cons: Nothing to dislike.
Pros: It was clean elegant and centrally located
Pros: It seems that the reservation did not indicate "non-smoking_. I was thus given a smoking room which was not acceptable and promptly changed. My profile indicates no smoking and the getaroom site did not ask.
