Cons: The door of the hotel was locked when I got there little bit after midnight had to wait about 10 minutes till one of the staff opened the door to check me in .
Pros: Cheerful attitudes.
Cons: Pool not working.
Pros: Friendliness and helpfulness of staff; rooms were super nice
Cons: The deck around the swimming pool is extremely slippery.
Pros: Hotel itself was very clean and staff was welcoming and helpful. Would come back again!
Cons: Could have some more options for breakfast. Felt bathroom was a little too big. Could have added a bath tub or added more space in either bedroom or living area.
Pros: Our room was spacious, very clean and staff was very friendly. The location was pretty central to all the thing we were going to do.
Cons: The breakfast was good but suggest fresh eggs rather than prepackaged but all else was good.
Pros: The rooms were spacious. The shower had built-in shampoo and soap dispensers, which I really liked.
Cons: The continental breakfast was not very good. Not many options and they always seemed to be out of stuff. Also, this hotel allows dogs. The couch in our room was covered in dog hair. We asked housekeeping to take care of that and they didn't do it.
Pros: Staff was super friendly and hotel itself was spotless. Thought had been given to make the guests comfortable, fresh apples and coffee/tea 24/7 and spacious, well planned suites. Appreciated the 'green' emphasis and the salt pool.
Pros: Loved the set up of the room...easily fit our family of five. We got the room with 2 queen beds and the sleeper sofa. The set up of the room would also easily allow for an extended stay. Will definitely book here again!
Cons: No nearby resturants

Good location for what we were doing A couple of restaurants within walking distance.
Pros: Very clean with tasteful modern decor. Good sized room.
Cons: Indoor pool room is loud and has almost nowhere to sit. The only table is so close you get splashed by the kids playing in the pool.

Cons: Turned out that Friday night was a party night for a room near us. Loud and drunk young folks. Had to call security and police to get them under control. Room was not really cleaned each day, just a few things done. Chairs not comfortable, not enough electric outlets. No extra blankets in the room. Bed not comfortable.
Pros: Very friendly staff. Pool area was well maintained and covered by Aaron. The restaurant was a big surprise - usually do not expect hotels to serve food as good as we got there.
Cons: Nothing - perfect for a guys weekend.
Pros: The location was perfect. It was within walking distance of the old town shops and restaurants. The pool was very nice and all of the indoor and outdoor decor was beatiful. The room and bathroom were surprisingly larger than expected. The staff were very helpful and accomdating
Cons: There was construction going on right next to the hotel that was fairly loud and started relatively early that woke me up.
Cons: Very unattentive front desk. Asked for suggestions for dining in the area and got blank stares. Called front desk about fighting in the hallway at 2am and the yelling and screaming continued for over an hour.
Pros: Loved that the hotel was situated where old town and st Claire winery were walking distance easy to get around to places. Hotel rooms were clean and beds were comfortable
Cons: Didn't like that happy hours was unavailable on weekends and no breakfast was included with room stay
Pros: Employees were really nice and helpful.
Pros: My room was comfortable, the restaurant and reception staff were very friendly. Great location near old town. Free parking
Cons: I was disappointed that they didn't have the fireplace going in the big hall to make it a bit cozy.
Pros: Staff was very professional and kind. There is a nice pool and a patio.
Overall very pleasant.
Cons: Rooms are standard.
Cons: Old bathroom
Cons: We were physically assaulted by the security guards on staff at the hotel. Never in my life have I witnessed something like this. Yes we were noisy which led to complaints... but it was for a party we told the staff a month before , and it was only loud because there were 20+ people all in one room since the staff DID NOT PUT ALL OUR ROOMS on one floor like we requested mknths before, several times, to avoid just this. Instead they put us by other guests and mixed our rooms up. This would have avoided other guests hearing us and being upset. Security came and physically attacked two of our guests for arguing with them about the policy as they seemed very aggressive. We were all shocked. Needless to say there is a nice lawsuit ensuing against this hotel. Happy visit!
Pros: I absolutely loved the style of the hotel. The room and view were stunning! The staff were professional and everything was spotless. The attention to detail was much appreciated. the extra touches such as the Old Town Walkin tour and the cookies at check in we're fabulous.
Cons: The gym wasn't functioning as it was being refurbished. Also the food in the on site restaurant was very spicy hot....hot...hot, and should have come with a warning. The food was delicious if you can handle the heat!
Hotel Albuquerque at Old Town is proud to be Albuquerque's landmark hotel in the heart of the Historic Old Town District. We showcase New Mexico style through a unique blend of Spanish, Mexican, Native American and Western cultural influences reflected in our Albuquerque events, architecture, design, and cuisine.
Pros: My prepaid room was given away. After arriving at the hotel on a late flight, I was told to take a letter to a different hotel across town because they didn't have my room. This happened to several other guests that evening. The other hotel was considerably far from my meetings that brought me to town for 3 days. Hotel clerk rude and dismissive at checkin.
Cons: The hotel didn't have a pool, they give you a pass to use a public gym.. lots of homeless arround the area. My room wasn't cleaned on time so I had to call the manager.
Pros: The Andaluz has a wonderful history and the remodel saved it's antique flavor. We found the employees friendly and knowledgable about its past. Loved the bar on the 2nd floor. All the beers on tap were local.
Pros: Friendly staff, great restaurant.
Cons: Check in was in a small, cramped room. The room was kind of small, especially the bathroom. It is an older hotel that they have tried to upgrade. Not much of a view. Not in a great part of town but I am not sure Albuquerque has such a thing.
Pros: Everything !
Pros: The staff were very welcoming and helpful with every aspect. The restaurant, Mas, with its roof top bar & tapas was a very fun way to spend our first evening.
Pros: Great atmosphere. Beautiful inside and out. Great price to quality ratio. Comfy bed. Clean. Good location.
Cons: Water pressure in the shower was really low. No complimentary breakfast. Receptionist was a little formal/stuffy, but still very helpful.

Pros: Great TV! Sitting area was comfortable, beds were good
Cons: No easily accessible power outlet next to the bed, minor thing, but noticeable.
Cons: We didn't get to stay there because the roads were closed due to a blizzard, and we didn't get a refund or account credit. Not booking through Kayak or at Hyatt Place again.
Pros: Customer service. Each and everyone was friendly and service oriented.
Guest rooms. Up to par with Hyatt Place very clean, comfortable and spacious guest rooms.
Breakfast. All you can eat with variety.
Location. You can not get any closer form Albuquerque Uptown and its great mall. Literally facing the mall entrance.
Pros: Uncomfortable bed
Pros: Location, cleanliness
Cons: Price, staff, should have a better breakfast for the overall price ... A nice hotel but I think it's way over priced for a night stay.. Should be priced around 89.99 a night. Not enough parking & kinda freaky parking lot at night, to many places for a person to jump out at you.
Pros: Just like it all overall. Nice breakfast.
Cons: Cat peed on our truck back window, I washed my car earlier that day before we left. I think it was a human, husband thought it was a cat. That was the only place we parked. Over night in the parking lot. Weird!
Pros: Clean room, expansive layout with couch, large TV.
Cons: Had to leave a day early and got charged for it. Bed was lumpy. Lobby remodel created dust.

Pros: Very clean. Lots of good choices for breakfast that fit teenagers liking. Quiet. Very friendly staff. Close to a variety of eating establishments and easy access to freeway.
Pros: friendly staff, cleanliness, close to interstate
Pros: Hotel is great. After being on the road for 13hrs we checked in after 12am Our check in agent didnt greet us and made no eye contact entire time. We felt a little unwelcomed.
Cons: front desk need more training if that helps.
Cons: It was disgusting!!! It was not at all as advertised. It was loud, there were unruly people. It was clear when I walked in, it was going to be a busy loud stay. I didn't even check in. There were people yelling in the foyer. Worst experience.
Pros: I really liked the fast and smooth check in. The clerk was nice and efficient. The room was clean and we'll equipped. Breakfast was very good. They had a great variety. My experience was great. 😊
Cons: a/c went off when electricity went off. It would not re boot when electricity came back. I called front desk, they gave me a lame way to fix it, they were no help. I took front cover off and fixed it myself
Pros: Staff were very efficient, polite, and friendly. The free breakfast was awesome, definitely exceeded my expectations. Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable, and hot tub and pool excellent. We will be back to this hotel. Highly recommend.
Cons: No complaints. Awesome experience and great location.
Pros: It was nice and clean and had a refrigerator and microwave.
Cons: The construction on the road to get info the hotel made it a bit difficult and our keys got deactivated somehow in the middle of our stay and had to be reactivated.
Pros: Location was good. Good value. Breakfast.
Cons: Wish the closet was a little bigger and maybe either another chair or a small table can be added to the room.
Pros: It was in a good location and it was pretty nice. Room was big.
Cons: The bed was super lumpy and uncomfortable!
Pros: This hotel was a fantastic value. The location is ideal and couldn't ask for a better experience for the money.

Pros: 1. Rooms were sufficiently clean
2. A bit crampy but hey, we just needed to saty in for the night so that's all we needed.
Cons: It was not compimentary breakfast and also, the breakfast they have are chips from vending machines.
Pros: Excellent value for the money. Staff are very friendly. Facility has been upgraded. Much better than other hotels that charge twice as much. Highly recommend.
Pros: Candlewood Suites is an excellent chain, and this is the nicest hotel of the chain that we've stayed in. The rooms were extremely attractive, easy for a professional to work in, and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful.
The laundry facilities were clean, plentiful, great working condition, and FREE (purchased supplies available). The Cupboard where you can buy snacks and small meals was well-stocked and attractive. We wished we were staying longer.
Their pet policy is extremely accommodating and the cost very reasonable - they are truly "pet friendly."
Cons: No downside whatsoever.

Cons: Had to pay a resort fee even after all the taxes and fees had been paid thru kayak. Certainly not worth the cost I will go back to a four or five star hotel where I get service for the cost.
Pros: I LIKED THE RENOVATIONS THE HOTEL/CASINO HAVE MADE AND ARE STILL MAKING.
I THINK THAT ON THE WEEKENDS NEED A COFFEE SHOP
WITH MORE HEALTH ORIENTED SNACKS AVAILABLE DURING LATE HOURS.
ALSO TIME AGO YOU USED TO HAVE ON THE WEEKENDS LIVE MUSIC OR A DANCE AREA,
NOT JUST A BAR
ALSO A SMALL SPA.
I HAVE TO GO TO SANDIA, AND SOMETIMES I THINK ABOUT RENTING THERE JUST SO I DON'T HAVE TO BE TRAVELING BACK AND FORTH THERE. AND LETS NOT FORGET ABOUT THE KIDS, THE AREA AND GAMES ARE ALWAYS THE SAME, NO NEW TECHNICAL STUFF GOING ON
Pros: Beautiful resort, great service, well maintained amenities.
Cons: Balcony view is of the roof of the pool, casino, and spa. In the middle of nowhere.
Pros: The rooms are beautiful. A complemtry something would have been nice and made the price more worth it.
Pros: Love the value, comfort, newness of hotel.
Cons: The food was terrible, tasteless and not made fres, burgers and fries premade, tasteless.
Pros: Room was overall clean, nice view, casino was great.
Cons: Room wasn't ready when we were told it would be, so they moved us to the 4th floor instead of asking if we would mind waiting. The bed comforter was lumpy and dirty. We had a king unit but only was given 3 pillows.
Pros: Wonderful staff! Comfort and beauty.
Pros: The restaurant staff was kind and polite. The food was delicious.
Cons: We had very loud neighbors that were screaming, yelling, laughing, and banging things around all night. We filed a noise complaint with the front desk but nothing changed. Finally just before midnight we decided to leave as no one was able to sleep. When we were checking out the front desk didn't try to switch us rooms, offer suggestions, or offer refunds in any way. He just said you booked through a separate service so there's nothing I can do. My husband and I have stayed at many resorts that include casinos and have never had such an awful experience. I sent a formal complaint to the manager, as none was available that evening, and still have yet to hear a single word back. We will never stay here again!!
Pros: We enjoyed the room, balcony, staff, pool, casino, showroom, etc...
Cons: Cleanliness of the room was not the greatest. My husband and I had to clean up pubic hair on the floor and in the bathtub. We also had to clean up boogers that were pasted on the wall. Room was beautiful and comfortable and we still enjoyed out time, we hope the rooms get cleaned thoroughly for our next stay.
Pros: clean and friendly
Cons: we liked it all
Cons: Casino was very smoky
Pros: The room was nice and spacious. The beds were decently comfortable. Most of the staff was excellent (pool attendants, front desk, cleaning staff, and most of service staff in Tiwa cafe on 1st floor).
The casino staff is good as well.
Cons: The door locks are not sensitive enough. It takes several seconds for the access point on the door to read the card. Not a terrible problem, but it was a bit annoying.
The room has no refrigerator (might want to bring a cooler if possible). The pillows were a little lacking (don't provide great neck support).
Although the room was smoke free and smelled good the hallways and lobby sometimes smell like smoke because the casino goers smoke like chimneys and tend to drag the smell with them. The staff works very hard to maintain a clean facility however. It's just something that will not get better unless smoking is banned on premise.
Situated near the airport, this spa resort is within a 10-minute walk of Isleta Lakes and Hard Rock Casino. South Valley Canal Road and Gutierrez-Hubbell House are also within 6 mi (10 km).
Pros: The staff was great and courteous, very clean. My new go-to hotel when in Albuquerque .
Pros: Friendly convenient and affordable.
Pros: the hotel was a bit old but had that awesome clean towel bar soap smell
Starbucks is right there
And you can go to the restaurant in the lobby and still get authentic NM food.
The staff is incredible fun folks who make you feel like a friend.
One of them even did an impression for me, HILARIOUS
love it, A++++++ would buy again
Cons: Nothing notable
They even brought me a flat iron and hairbrush
Cons: The food was way to expensive and hard to place an order for room service
Pros: The only great thing about our stay was the older gentlemen at the valet. He over exceeded the customer service expectations. More of your staff members should follow his example. The beds were awful. You might as well put sheets over a pallet of springs. For the amount of money people pay I think the hotel can afford better mattresses. Our faucet in our room has a horrible leak. You might want to tell housekeeping to do a deep clean on the furniture it's a tad dirty. As for the front desk rule of thumb don't let your guest stand around for 15 minutes because you failed to notify valet. 2 seconds on the radio and your done. But seriously almost 30 minutes waiting all together to retrieve a phone charger from the car is a little ridiculous all that was, was a lack of communication.
***** 5 stars to the older gentlemen in valet*****
He is a true employee and if you don't notice that as management you lack as well in training and bringing the expectations needed for great guest services....
I hope you tell him to....
Cons: The mattresses
Poor guest services (Front Desk)
Pros: The bed was so comfortable, the room was clean, there's a Starbucks in the hotel.
Pros: The staff was very knowledgeable about the area and had some great recommendations for places walking distance for meals.
Cons: Parking is extra, and it wasn't apparent in the booking or when I checked in and they gave me the pass to get in/out of the garage.
Completed 2 Million dollar renovation in 2011 to public areas, lobby, new restaurant and all new flat screens. 382 Deluxe guestrooms including 14 suites, Hyatt Business Plan & Gold Passport accommodations. Located in the heart of downtown in the historic Route 66 Entertainment District. A 20 story high-rise hotel adjacent to the convention center. Fully equipped 24hr health club, seasonal outdoor pool and hot tubs. Spa service available. Forque Kitchen and Bar full service restaurant.
Pros: Beds were confortable, cleaned room, spacious room, it was quite. The room door close quietly. We all like the peaceful environment.
Cons: The location off the frontage road, the entrance was tricky, to the hotel. Once you got to the main road to the south, lots of traffic on that intersection leading to the interstate highway
Pros: Location was good
Pros: We got stuck in Albuquerque due to a blizzard and found the BWES to sit out the storm. The room was clean and comfortable for our family and the staff was great!
Cons: The ad for the hotel said they had a restaurant and lounge. They did have these facilities next door but not on property.
Pros: It was a great location for the activities we had planned- concert at the Sandia Casino, "old towne", "nob hill" and other sights.

Pros: The front desk staff was very kind and helpful.
Cons: Bistro staff in the morning was not aware of the free Platinum arrival coffee. The Bistro staff in the evening was not aware that one of their sandwiches came with the soup as well as the sides - I was told "no" when I questioned what was written on the menu before they double checked with the kitchen manager who confirmed what I was saying.
The gym is incredibly hot with no A/C (at least not during the week I was there). It is also old with very limited equipment.
Many of the buttons on my TV remote did not work - when they attempted to replace the remote, none of the buttons on the new remote worked. The A/C in the room is also not on a thermostat and runs constantly.
This hotel needs a lot of updates/renovations and additional consistent training for their Bistro staff.
Pros: Great location, safe area, beautiful indoor pool area and courtyard, and very nice, clean, comfortable rooms!

Pros: interior courtyard....staff gave us a first floor patio access room
Cons: pool was unheated and the spa was a big, non-working mess
Pros: Great Steak house and bar located on property. Pool was nice
Pros: Very nice hotel… And no motion detector thermostats ! I love a cold room! We had some food in the bar and a couple of drinks. The bartender was nice and the food was good.
Pros: Quality of star level. I got what I expected and the location was perfect.
Pros: It was a beautiful hotel. The room was very clean and welcoming. I was unaware of the balcony, so that was a bonus surprise! Although it was just one night stay, we thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and staff, I would definitely recommend it in the future.
Cons: The only thing that I found was the toiletries. All of the same brand and all with an unbearable scent. Normally, I bring my own but this stay was unexpected so I happened to not. I hate to even mention it but it was so bad that I feel like I need to.
Pros: Soft comfortable beds and pillows and decent tvs
Cons: Very low water pressure in showers- and I stayed twice, once on my way to California and then again on the way back in different rooms and they both had very bad water pressure. It's such a lovely bathroom it deserves a nice water pressure too.
Cons: I always pick 3.5 star hotels, this was nowhere close to a 3.5 star hotel. It was an older property that had been slightly remodeled.
Pros: Staff very friendly
Cons: Yes too many roaches in the rooms
Pros: The air conditioning worked really good.
Cons: The parking was very limited. We had to park in a lot of hotel property.

Pros: I was moving across the country and stopped in Albuquerque on the way. The Hilton Garden in is located in a nicer area of town, but they still had a security guard who patrolled the parking lot at night. I loved that since I had a ton of stuff in my car from moving. Rest of staff was very friendly and helpful as well!

Pros: I liked the location and the friendly staff.
Cons: I didn't like the bed, the fickle air conditioning which worked part of the time, the small bathroom, the hidden blackout curtains, the street lamp outside my window, the baby and intrusive neighbors on the other side of my door and the toilet paper. I also didn't like sleeping until noon the first day because we had no idea there were blackout curtains until the front desk informed us the following morning. I had forgot the toilet paper I had bought since they had the cheaper brand and also my watch because I didn't sleep well the following night due to the air conditioning not working correctly and the weird noises it was making. I had enough and got up and left very early the second morning. It was a brutal 12 hour drive that day with very little sleep. Thankfully there were two of us so one of us could sleep in the car while the other drove.
Pros: Staff was very helpful and accommodating, even after the website we booked through (getaroom.com), completely messed up our reservation! Breakfast was great.
Cons: My only complaint was that the beds were way to soft!
Pros: Located nr. Expressway, clean and comfortable. Located in the old part of Albuquerque.
Pros: everything was true to the description online. Delicious was breakfast and loved the $5 coupon. Location was right off the highway. Fitness facility was good enough. High-quality staff.
Cons: The walls of the room were pretty thin. We could hear our neighbors and the cleaning staff in the morning.
Pros: It's comfortable, the staff is friendly, the price and location are great.
Pros: Nice southwest theme. Interesting art - especially the local art behind the front desk, and even better, the explanation of it to the left of checkin.
The complementary breakfast was generous, and the waitress/hostess was very nice and accommodating for my wife's special dietary needs.
Keep up the good work!
Cons: The latch mechanism for the hand wand of the shower in the handicap room we stayed in (112) was broken - would not lock in position on the vertical slide bar.
Pros: Excellent breakfast and value.
Cons: Elevators too small for luggage carts
Pros: Overall, we had a very nice experience. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, the breakfast was delicious. That's the most I look for in a hotel, especially since we stayed for one night during a cross country road trip. It was a wonderful change from sleeping in our car at a rest area.
Cons: The only downsides were honestly very minimal, considering we stayed for only one night. I found a small roach in the bathroom that I had to dispose of, and the internet connection was very spotty and, for the most part, nonexistent.
Pros: The bar was comfortable and the cocktails were good. My room was very comfortable, clean, and the bed was great. The housekeeping staff were friendly. The front desk was superb. I love the airport shuttle service.
Cons: I didn't like the location. The property was located on a very busy street and the walk to Old Town wasn't pleasant.
Twice i had breakfast at the hotel and twice i was brought the wrong item.
Pros: The breakfast was excellent & served on real china not that awful plastic or styrofoam stuff...the eggs were the real deal...not the pretend kind from the lsst BW we stayed at. Staff was lovely
Cons: A little dark and gloomy in the halls but well maintained
Pros: The included breakfast was excellent. My breakfast burrito was superb.
Cons: Bathroom was worn out. Come on...can't you replace a worn out toilet seat?

Pros: Super comfortable bed. Clean room. Great bargain!
Cons: Room smelled a little smokey. Nothing a little perfume couldn't fix.
Pros: great breakfast, helpful staff.
Cons: in the hallways the carpet smelled old and the smell was being masked by too much carpet freshener.
Pros: This hotel is wonderful if what you want is very clean rooms and bathrooms, very comfortable beds and linens, wonderful staff, free airport shuttle, ample access to a computer with printer - all this, and probably more that I am forgetting - at a really great price! A special shout-out to the Front Office Manager Tim Martinez who is really excellent at his job! If I come come back this way again, I'll be definitely staying here again.
Cons: There wasn't anything I didn't like - this is a place that checked all the boxes for me!
Pros: Very convenient location, near airport. Good amenities for the price. Nice place to stay if you are looking to get to the airport bright and early!
Pros: It was convenient to the VA Hospital and the airport. I always stsy here when overnight lodging is needed before or after a flght. Bed was comfortable and room spacious and clean.
Cons: My top sheet was threadbare and i could feel the uneven floor that creaked and moaned when the walked on it. A few upgrades would improve my rating. Upgrade the bedding and fix the flooring. Perhaps new carpet and baseboards. An added value and convenience for little would be to install USB outlets throughout especially at the desk and nightstand
Pros: Location, convenience
Cons: They advertised a small gym but there was none at all. Their smoke free rooms are upstairs to their smoking rooms and they smell of smoke. Couldn't sleep there. Left for a different hotel. Staff was understanding.
Pros: Friendly , helpful, courteous staff. Good breakfast, kept food full .. Very good variety. Nice, comfortable .. Construction going on but did not interfere with our stay. Visited with our long time friends in lobby and nice visit.
Cons: Lobby couch a little dated but they are in the works of improving and upgrading.
Pros: Bed and linens were comfortable, room was fine. Nothing fancy, but well-equipped. Breakfast had real cooked eggs and sausage (and I think a waffle machine, but I didn't look too closely), not just the all-carb except hard boiled eggs breakfast you get at similarly priced hotels. Front desk was fine. It was a quick airport stay for me, and was everything I needed with no complaints.
Cons: I personally don't like all styrofoam and paper products at breakfast, no real mugs, so you can't heat up your milk to go in your coffee, but I realize that's a personal preference. Next time I'll bring my own mug and it will be fine. And the clock and lamp on one side of the bed seemed to be unplugged, but I didn't have time to deal with it and didn't need them. These are small things in an overall good economy hotel. Not fancy or terribly up-to-date, but very functional, clean and solid.
Pros: The room was clean.
Cons: My room was right across from the laundry room and it smell of cleaning chemicals. Also the hot tub was not very hot.
Pros: We went to this location for a weekend vacation. We showed up later in the evening to check in. The front desk person advised me that I was going to be in a smoking room and asked if that was okay. It was not okay so he upgraded me to a NICE suite..... I really got a bang for the buck! The room was clean and also the breakfast was really good. The only thing that was bothersome is that the last day we were there the hotel ran out of towels and I had to dry myself with my wife's wet towel. Otherwise we didn't spend enough time at the hotel to have anything really bad happen.
Cons: Ran out of towels.
Pros: Great staff.Took the shuttle to the zoo.
Cons: Thermostat was not working properly in room. Room was freezing. No extra blankets in room. When I called for one they gave me one but charged me $7. Horrible

Pros: Spacious and clean room with all of the basic necessities. Free internet and hot breakfast included with the cost of the room. There are several restaurants located within walking distance for a quick dinner.
Cons: We were assigned a 2nd floor room, but the elevator was temporarily out of order. The front desk staff apologized and explained there were no first floor king rooms remaining. It was slightly inconvenient to carry all of the luggage up, but it was fine.
Pros: The room was a bit dated, but very clean and super comfortable. Convenient location to freeway, yet quiet. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful too.
Cons: The window air conditioner.
Pros: It was easy to find
Cons: This was an OLD HI that was converted to an express. The rooms were old and dark.
Pros: It was near the interstate
Cons: They advertise 'Pet Friendly' but no mention that you must pay $25 per pet in addition to the advertised rate. As opposed to the HIE we spent 4 days in at Henderson NV which welcomed pets at no charge AND loved seeing them around. Also old and not modern
Cons: Overall condition of the motel was not as nice as most HI Express locations. Looks like a motel that was rebranded. Outdoor entrances not as nice in colder weather.
Cons: Some construction and layout of parking.
Pros: check in was quick and staff seemed organized
Cons: cant think of anything. my husband loved the breakfast. i didn't get a chance to eat.
Pros: Quiet, attractive, comfortable. Delicious hot breakfast choices.
Pros: It was very scary when we got there an obvious drug addict came in sniffing with a wad of money and wanted to pay cash for his room to add a day and was on the phone with someone talking about the girls he had. He left when they told him no cash and told
Cons: Can't finish the story not enough characters...yikes. Nice try guys!!!!
Cons: Staff and quietness.
Pros: Great staff
Cons: Old and outdated. Not what I expected from a holiday inn.
