Pros: Very clean room. Very friendly housekeeper. Good breakfast. Beautiful garden and spacy living area.
Cons: Nothing. Really surprised
Pros: OK for a night.
Cons: They were cleaning the floor with a special product so they removed all the furniture. As a result, there was no common area to sit, read, or do anything and barely any space to move with luggage. Breakfast could improve, the bread was so hard I couldn't eat it. We could hear everything from the room next door and the noises woke us up at 6 am. I was expecting a peaceful, quiet stay and it was disappointing.
Pros: Friendly. Helpful. Great.
Pros: Claudia was extremely helpful and accommodating. Made an excellent breakfast. Room was comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay here again
Pros: Clean, good sized rooms in perfect location for our visit to Andres Carne de res. Camilla was lovely and super helpful.
Cons: Bathrooms had no sound insulation from the next door bathroom.
Pros: This house is really good maintained with brand new bathrooms. Very good social areas, and nice gardens around the property. The wood floors gives that classic style then You feel you are in Cundinamarca State. Very quite neighborhood. Good restaurant very near. Good breakfast.
Cons: Even the bathroom is new, you can listen everything what is happening on the next room. The Power outlet is difficult to reach! The cleanliness on general of the room was good, although it lacked a bit on the floor.

Pros: The staff was super friendly and helpful, the place was gorgeous, with beautiful gardens. The hotel is in a good location. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was warm. The room was pretty large.
Cons: There was no hot water in the sink and the room only had a small space heater which was definitely not enough. The eggs in the breakfast were way too salty and when we asked to make it less salty it was still, too salty. The creamer for the coffee was not good, it was a shock to not have good coffee in Colombia. The housekeeping moved our things around the room too much, like beyond a normal amount. There was no phone in the room and we were told we could communicate with the front desk through whatsapp, but they didn't answer.

Pros: Great personal
Cons: It is little bit cold at night at the room
Pros: Big modern room. Nice bathroom. Very helpful staff. Quiet at night. We stayed there as a halfway point on our drive home rather than going all the way into Bogotá.
Cons: Nothing boutique about this hotel but still ok to stay for a night. Bed was too small for 2 and had plastic liner under sheets. Spots on the blanket. Room was freezing on a cold night. Oddly placed electrical outlet far from anywhere useful. For 2 people they should have had 2 bath towels ready in the room and not one.
Pros: Super nice place. Clean and conformable, close to everything in Chia. Definitely I will come back. Is quiet and the staff is extremely kind. I love it.
Cons: Somebody has to open and close the main door every time a guest come and go. But the staff does it without complaint so is not that bad. Breakfast is very simple for the price. But ok.
Pros: The place and attention.
Cons: Maybe noise from open spaces and other rooms
When you a stay at Casa Villa Elena in Chia, you'll be in a shopping district, within a 5-minute walk of Magdalena River and Gimnasio Británico. Featured amenities include luggage storage, laundry facilities, and a safe deposit box at the front desk. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The staff was kind and try to help ya.
Cons: Rooms were not very clean- bed. We made 5 room reservations and without telling us in advance that two rooms were not available and sent my friends to another hotel. Also, shower in my room didnt work well. I forgot a speaker and told me it wasnt there (very suspicious)
Pros: Dont like it
Cons: Too expensive for what it is.
Cons: There's no hot water, the internet its so bad, There's not a good wifi service. The hotel service isn't the best because our shower had cold water and they dont give us a solution about that. Also the breakfast doesn't meet our expectations.
Pros: It's really close to where I was taking my API test
Cons: The one thing I didn't like was that the dog scared my babies... but it was because my babies are not used to be around big dogs, the dog didn't do anything scarier, it's just that it is really big for my babies.
Pros: I’m afraid I can’t say there was much I liked about this property. It’s an old house converted into some kind of funky B&B. I felt like I was staying in a college fraternity house. Breakfast was decent and the staff was pleasant. The facility is just old and tired, and certainly not worth the prices they charge.
Cons: First, beware that you have to pay for heat by the hour at this property! And Bogotá is cold! They don’t mention this on booking.com, nor in advance, so we were blown away to learn that you only get one hour of “free heat” and then you must pay 7,000 pesos per hour (over $2 per hour) if you don’t want to freeze! I’ve stayed in hotels and B&Bs around the world for over 30 years, and this was a first for me! The rooms are old and dingy. My room (a converted garage) was very cold, damp, smelled of a water leak, and didn’t feel very clean. The walls needed painting, and the windows needed cleaning. There were shades, but no curtains, so light came in from the front door until after midnight when they finally turned it off. The beds are very firm, and the pillows are not soft. There was no soap or shampoo in the shower - it was across the room in glass jars... am I supposed to risk bringing big glass jars into the shower with me?? The shower water went from hot to cold over and over, almost burning me to freezing (improper regulation). The towels are old, scratchy, and dingy. The WiFi signal was poor quality. I’m sure the owner will have an answer for everything (he does in other reviews), but he should really visit other hotels around Bogotá and the world to see what things should be like at his hotel for the prices he charges. I’m sorry to say that I cannot recommend this property. Maybe if it were half the price, and maybe for a backpacker, but not for what he’s charging in Colombia.
Pros: The personnel, location, cost and hospitality.
