The AC vent in the high ceiling room blew DIRECTLY down onto the bed and froze me for basically 5 days. The staff are meh.

Used disposable earplug on floor in room, coffee maker hadn’t been cleaned, blackout shade on window had 2 foot rip. No fridge or microwave. Blindsided by $40/day PARKING fee! Hard beds.

Cons (-) we missed microwave inside the hotel room.

Pros (+) Great location on top of the U of Pitt campus. Was a fan of the toiletries in the room as well. Wifi worked well.
Cons (-) A lot of the things in our room did not work. We had an alarm clock with a frayed wire that did not work and a few outlets in our room did not work. Our fridge was not running and had mold inside and the bathroom did not smell good - smelled a bit like urine when we got into our room.

Pros (+) Excellent location. Easily walkable to CMU. Parking was fine.
Cons (-) Bathroom light was very dim. Need to replace bulb or lighting. Shower pull tab on spout was loose. I had screw in to use shower. None of the lamps are modern with usb charging slots. Air conditioning very loud.

Pros (+) Great rooms, view and hotel management and staff were excellent.
Cons (-) There is no current restaurant or bar as ownership changes. Once this is resolved and a new restaurant and pub is in I look forward to staying again but without room service or dine in food, I was forced to walk across the way and eat a menu I was not fond of.

Pros (+) Great location pretty quiet room.and great shuttle service.all employees were wonderful.
Cons (-) Parking is a little challenging.its hard to figure out how and where to park.I had to ask a lot of questions
