It started with the room key not being correctly keyed. You need your room key to get into the parking area for which there is a daily charge I didn't notice on the website but I digress. Once we got into the hotel room there was a mysterious stain at the front door when you open it. My room was 719 in case anyone can do anything about it. Pros (+) The room was a lot nicer than expected with an awesome view of PNC Park. But the one thing to stood out even above my feelings about my room was Angel at the front desk. I’ve been in the hospitality industry my for over 30 years and she hasn’t forgotten that customer service is what makes a person’s stay superb. Thanks Angels.

Pros (+) This hotel has so much to offer. The rooms are great. The breakfast is solid. The location is unbeatable.
Cons (-) The staff is not helpful at all. I would even argue they go out of their way to keep from helping. Need transportation? Just contact uber. Want to use the shuttle? Sorry that is 3.1 miles away but if you want to go to the casino here is a $20 voucher. Need your bill printed out? Well we are really trying not to use paper.

Pros (+) We recently stayed at the Hyatt Place North Shore on a family vacation to Pittsburgh. It was located in a convenient location for walking to many of the museums and local attractions. We also enjoyed the breakfast that was included with the stay. We'd definitley stay there again if we were in town.

Pros (+) Location was absolutely perfect. Close to PNC and Heinz stadiums, bars, restaurants, the river walk. It was great. Breakfast was complimentary buffet. It was good not great. They ran out a things later in the morning but tried to quickly restock. Parking onsite was pricey but convenient.
Cons (-) Bathroom was a little dirty - previous patrons hair on the inside of tub Beds were terrible.Both beds in our room were so soft that we almost rolled into each other and the plastic covering on the mattress was very loud any time anyone on the bed moved. That meant that all night long when someone turned over it woke others up. Unfortunately due to the sound and extreme softness we did not experien...
