Pros (+) Staff was friendly.
Cons (-) My room smelled as though someone had cooked a meal in it. Staff was kind enough to show me an alternative room, but frankly it smelled of soiled socks. Place is fine, but they need to work on odor issues.

Pros (+) Close to where we were visiting. Free hotel shuttle within a 3mi. radius was perfect. Quiet room, except for the train whistles and brakes. Free Wifi, and good breakfast. Walkable to Carson St. eateries and dives.
Cons (-) Pay to park in hotel lot. Shuttle broke down once and had to use Uber.

Pros (+) We checked in late on a Friday with our two small children into a double queen room. After a lot of effort we realized that we needed a king room since our children would kotbaleepwithout us. After calling the front desk they not only were able to give us a king room but they put us two rooms down from where we were and brought the keys up to trade. They made our first time in a hotel with the kid...
Cons (-) The underground garage while.nice will be much better once renovations are done. It definitely needs spruced up.

Pros (+) Staff was friendly Bed was comfortable
Cons (-) Hallways were in need of vacuuming. The room was not as clean as I am used to when staying at a Holiday Inn. The floor and carpet were gross and sticky. The room was muggy and smelled like a wet dog. The bathroom needed a better scrubbing. There was something that looked like blood on the outside of the bath tub. A thorough scrubbing needed done of corners and edges.

Pros (+) The location was a stone's throw from 376 so it was convenient for traveling downtown. The breakfast was surprisingly good for a free breakfast.

Pros (+) The room was clean and updated, had a fridge/microwave/kurig all very needed! Frent desk/ housekeeping Staff were super friendly and helpful. The ladies helping with breakfast were happy to help assist us with requests and had great positive attitude! We've never stay at Holiday Inn before but I was so satisfied with our stay we will definitely be booking with you guys again!

Pros (+) The location was very convenient. It was an easy 5 minute drive to the ballpark. The shuttle service to the downtown area was great. This is a good location to stay when going to a ballgame in Pittsburgh.
