Cons:
I bought the insurance online when I reserved the car but when I went to pick up the car the employee said the insurance I bought online was worthless. He said I need to buy insurance from him or I wouldn't have any, or very little liability coverage. I didn't appreciate having to buy insurance twice.Budget

Pros:
The local operation is a scam The insurance was 3x the cost of the online rental ,and changed 4x ln a five minute conversation. We walked back to the airport with all of our luggage and rented from Hertz.8.8 Very good

We rented from this budget location because we were supposed to get a cheap wrangler. The location directions were extremely confusing – turned out it was actually in a hotel, which was not clearly marked in the directions. When we finally got there, they did not actually have our car, and we ended up renting a regular SUV. Having said that, we got a Kia Sorento, which was nicer than expected.MEXRENTACAR

No. Did Not have Any car to pick from on a dirt lot with 2 guys sitting outside of their Trailer, which was their office we had to go back to twice so they did Not charge us for a car we did Not get, pain in the neck on vacation/Wedding.Cons:

Pond drop off a staff member took me in a single car to my gate which was unexpectedly pleasant.Cons:
Biggest problem was the 1:20 wait to get my car. Even after I had completed all of the booking and payment details online. Severely understaffed, if I could have gone to another company I would have. I felt trapped without any possibility for escape. After 4+ hours of travel it was a very unpleasant welcome into Mexico.Alamo

They did not have the car that I reserved. Also added additional fees at the pickup. They offered to take me to the hotel and deliver the car the next day, but we had already booked a tour that we needed the car for and honestly I didn’t trust them.2.0 Poor
