Pros (+) Very friendly staff. She gave us muffins for Chinese New Year.
Pros (+) Close proximity to surrounding areas; coastline, redwood forest, rivers, Klamath, smith. Short drive to Brookings Oregon, Harris beach, Klamath, and walking distance to the Crescent City harbor, lighthouse. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. Reasonable cost for rooms. We spent our time out, and only used our room for sleeping and showers.
Cons (-) Very reduced parking in front, big trucks and SUV have little room. Parking garage is next door and helps with overflow. No lounge/common area. Outdated architectural design, both interior and exterior.
Pros (+) I was greeted warmly and pleased to find a fridge in the room. I enjoyed the large room with ample space for my suitcase and was greeted by friendly cleaning staff when I checked out.

Cons (-) You can hear everything outside your door (the rooms circle the parking lot). Any noise anywhere, really (above, next door, etc). But most people were quiet by 10 pm. Wifi is free, but spotty.
