I put an alert on my credit so when they inputted my bank card it said to contact equifax. They would not do so, instead they chose to leave me stranded at the airport. I was traveling from another trip due to a family emergency. I had been up all night and had been on 4 planes and had an 1.5 he drive and they would not bend. You cannot get an Uber or Lyft from crescent city. I was stranded. Not to mention I came from a place that the weather was in the 90’s and didn’t know I was going to be traveling there, so I was freezing. I was then told I couldn’t wait at the airport for my ride cuz it was going to take too long. I was beside myself. Thank you to contour airlines. An employee actually offered to drive me half way to Gold Beach and dropped me off to my sister at a grocery store. Can’t thank that employee enough. Thank you contour airlines. Avis.. you need new employees.

They promised a car picked up in California and to be dropped in Oregon. They changed the rental to be delivered back to the pick up point. I had to cancel and go with another company at much more money.

Great service at pick up and drop off. Was given a larger car than requested because "I WAS LATE". AA's fault not Enterprise's or mine. Great car, very happy that I was given a larger car than requested. Contemplating on buying the same as I rented. VW Passat. This car was very clean and almost drove itself. It was like I was driving the Knight Industries Two Thousand but without KITT's voice. Pssssst, VW, add KITT's voice and you'll sell millions upon millions. I am a very happy renter and will rent from Enterprise again as I have in the past. Thank you Humboldt airport Enterprise staff and most of all the lady that answered the phone on the evening of Oct 21 2021 that did her best to hold a car for me. WOW! what great customer service. I could not have asked for better.

My flight was delayed and so the rental car place was closed. Luckily another rental car company was open and I was able to get a car through them. Very disappointed that National did not stay open knowing they had customers to serve.
