The quality and spaciousness of rooms; energy saving design; pool and spa; breakfast Breakfast area crowded and chairs, while comfortable, where too big for the tables; received only additional bar of soap during 7 day stay; toilet paper rough; pool towels not replenished or very small.
I love the memory foam mattress' every time I go that's the best thing. The Breakfast Is ALWAYS GOOD AND Very filling. I love the ayres hotels I usually try and stay at all of them this tI me though the cleaning crew bothered more than usual. 3 x's they came to my room after the first time I had told the ladies they could come back when I get ready to check out that I would be checking out by 11:45. I was taking a nap and they continued to knock.
Our stay was perfect. Staff was awesome. Hotel was very clean!!!
Room was very nice, plenty of room. Had a great cook to order complementry breakfast.
Very nice room, best hotel breakfast in a long time, fireplace! all for a good price.
Nice new and very comfortable.
Very well built. This hotel even located by a very busy highway, it's still very quite. The patio area seems relaxing! I recommend.
Spacious room, would return if I need to go to the area. Complimentary breakfast was nice, good price.
Did not like the light switches, coffee pot was in a very difficult to operate, and very awkward to use in that place, good coffee. Good sleep, Good places to eat near by.
We arrived earlier than expected and Janice was very helpful and welcoming to accommodate us. I had stayed here before and was very pleased to come back. We Loved the room. Was well cleaned. Bed was comfortable. The room was a great size. The only thing we had a problem with was that they put us in a handicap room and the shower was extremely hard to use being as the toilet area and shower were one big open area and the was no shower curtain to divide or an easy way to use it
It was clean. Staff was friendly. Nothing
I stayed here for 3 nights while looking for a place to move to in the area. I checked in very late and being a woman traveling alone I was hesitant to see what floor I would be on but the gentleman at the front desk put me on the secure 3rd floor without me asking so that was much appreciated. My single king room was extremely clean (even smelled great), bed was very comfortable, the breakfast had a great variety of food and drinks. Very welcoming place and for an awesome rate. Not the more picturesque location as it is in an industrial area but I had no issues with security or safety.
The rooms were spacious, good sized kitchen area, bathroom and vanity. Beds and pillows comfortable. Very clean. Breakfast was amazing! Pool was perfect! Not informed of remodel, smell of paint off and on in the lobby and hallways. Stuffy in the hallways, no air.
Large rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff. But the extra that put this hotel over the top for us was their complimentary happy hour from 5:00-7:00: 2 free drinks and tacos in the cozy dining area. After being stuck in snow traffic for hours, this was just what we needed to unwind!
Location Room was tainted with cigarette smoke smell, claustrophobic, 88 degrees in hallways, AC in room was like an icebox, temperature extremes and horrible front reception rude as heck.
The fact that we were on a floor with access to the outside grassy area for pets was great. The kitchenette had a fridge and microwave. Nice stay. The shower could have been slightly cleaner or updated faucets.
price, location, amenities, parking, all good.
I cannot say enough good things about their complementary breakfast. Surprisingly robust with plenty of room and a friendly cleaning staff. Overall a great way to start the day. Not faulting the hotel for this, but the location leaves much to be desired. East Hospitality Lane is rife with places you've heard of, which doesn't make this much of a "getaway" location. Luckily we were here as a place to stay that was "out of the way" of our actual Southern California vacation destination.
I loved how clean it was my room personally was big There's not much I can say I didn't like ....other than parking got packed at night and me and my daughter had to park away far which made me a little uncomfortable
Super clean, great size rooms, great price point. and the free breakfast layout is far beyond most hotels "continental breakfasts".
Nothing Walls were paper thin, staff was very loud during the day. Freeway noise at night was unbearable. Staff blew me off, said everyone complains. Breakfast was gross and not wry sanitary. I travel for a living and spend a lot of time in hotels. I rarely rate them, but I wanted people to be warned that this is not your usual Hilton/homewood suites stay, more of a motel 6 environment.
The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was great and clean and comfortable. I liked everything.
The noise level was so quiet. I loved that. Staff should let loose a little. Shouldn't be awkward when talking w guests. The tv was placed pretty awkwardly too.
Breakfast was good. Staff was terrible and room smelled and sheets were dirty.
Our room received no service on Friday, the first time this has occurred to me in a motel
Clean room, Keurig machine in the room and Neutrogena soaps. Shower was nice and large. Bed had a controller to adjust firmness. Wish the breakfast was free. The television had an HDMI cable but when we attempted to connect the laptop to the tv it failed to work. Pool was small and the overall hotel was rather small.
Room was upgraded from suite to larger suite. It was a bit confusing trying to figure the system for ordering breakfast. Not a major issue.
Very friendly staff, clean hotel, great location for events at the NOS center- about a 30 minute walk away. A bit tough if you don't have a car. Not a lot of food or retail accessible by foot, lots of roads in the area missing sidewalks.
Comfortable and clean room.
room was very clean. beds were SUPER comfortable! Tv was up to date. service was good. we got water and snacks for being hilton honors club members! bathroom wall paper was pretty dated and didnt match the black granite. the shower curtain was too high so when we took a shower the water got all over the bathroom floor. the couches or seats had weird stains on them but still seemed clean.
The rooms were not "amazing" but overall this hotel is VERY nice and very accommodating. The breakfast is amazing. Even though other hotels have breakfast included, I did not mind paying $11 for a huge, delicious breakfast. Comforters should be larger and warmer.
The room was very nice and spacious. The beds were so comfortable The parking lot was so small. We had checked in and went out with friends. When we got back to the hotel it was late, but there was only 1 spot available and it was between 2 big trucks.
Polite staff. Very nice hotel with many amenities
The size of the room and the nice glass shower.
Location of my handicapped room right off the elevator Lights in bathroom on motion detector and shut off every time I was in the shower.
I stayed here with two young children when visiting family in the area. The gentleman at checkin was very friendly. He was very polite and checked us in quickly and smoothly. The pool was fun for the kids. It seemed clean and kept up. The full breakfast was good- normal for this type of hotel. Oh and the beds were very comfortable. The rooms were ok. Just felt like it needed updating. The carpets looked old and a little dirty. The fabric couch was in need of a good steam cleaning or just replacement altogether. Smelled a little musty.
The hotel staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean, attractive, quiet, and spacious. The breakfast was robust and tasty. The landscaping was exceptional. We had bougainvilleas blooming right outside our window!
Temperature control on wall and super comfy bed!
Attentive, Beautiful , Friendly
The staff was friendly and professional! The suite was very nice and very clean. The front desk workers were extremely helpful and the housekeeping staff was pleasant and extremely considerate.
Right off the highway. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. This is not a Hilton property as advertised by Kayak, therefore it was difficult to find. The hotel was going through many remodeling projects. The plumbing was bad and the power went out for about an hour during my stay.
Very nice, clean hotel. it was a little pricy, but since I was here for an event, a lot of hotels were sold out so it was not a shock.
It was being renovated, but the changes will be nice. I don't appreciate Kayak advertising that it is a Hilton when it is not.
Our stay was amazing! The Double Tree was very clean and just great in general. The shower. Very little water comes out and you have to wait a whole for water to get hot.
staff was courteous... especially front desk girl Adrienne Carpets and the feel wasn't the cleanest. But possible renovation going on.
Hotel is no longer a Hilton and under renovation. A very serious health issue of a family member brought us together & we took 3 rooms for out-of-town family. On the check-out day we advised the "front desk" (actually a table in the gym) that we would keep one room for another day. As it neared check out time, the maid came to say that we had to leave as the room was already booked to someone else (who was sitting on the floor next to the room waiting to get in!) Went to the "desk" to state my disappointment and was treated politely, but in an unconcerned manner with "We overbooked." Is that MY problem. Hilton probably would have made arrangements for a rom somewhere else for us, but The Hotel San Bernardino did not. Attitude of overbooking and sending guests packing without notice. Tacky, tacky.
I had a suite for two days and it was very nice. The front desk workers were very nice. The pool area had a beautiful landscape (however the hot tub was not working). The laundry facility was also great. The room was spacious. There aren't too many restaurants in the immediate area, however they were easy to get to about a mile away. All in all I really enjoyed my stay and will book here in the future. The hot tub in the pool area was out of order.
Spaciousness awesome parking Wide variety for breakfasts and oh so comfortable bed and pillows Very small. Lotions and shampoos
Great front desk team, super attentive, really tries to make your stay amazing. Super clean. Tasty Breakfast options, different for both nights of my stay. Quiet rooms, huge spaces, well equipped kitchen. Nice TV's / plenty of channels. Uber drivers have no clue how to get to and from.
Quiet Area $100 deposit
The rooms were super clean and comfortable. I loved the breakfast and the staff was amazing. I loved everything about it.
The location was nice. The bed was AWFUL. Smoking outside the room.

Superb quality room. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfasts. Poor soundproofing. Could hear guests talking in next room at normal level of speaking, plus walking around in room above. When I asked housekeeper for two more towels she said she didn't have any as I looked at her full cart. Strange!
Everything was great. Was given a nice greeting for check in. The girl checked me in 30minutes before check in time started which was nice. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Would recommend That I didn't stay there for longer
Redlands Dynasty suites is clean inside and out. we especially like the plant growth. it adds to the comfort and beauty of the facility. thank you for your great service. cost worth it. Big rig took multiple parking spaces, 6-5-09
It is exactly what you see on the pictures before you book the room. I wish it was a pet friendly place.
The beds, how they had a sauna, and a jucuzzi.
They have done a fantastic job transforming an old motel into the perfect place to stay, whether in the area for business or pleasure. The rooms were very nicely appointed, including cedar wood planks in the closet. There are nice and rare additions, including free water bottles in the room, fresh fruit available in the lobby, and tea, coffee, and hot chocolate available 24 hours per day. The free wireless worked great, which is not always the case with free hotel Wi-Fi. There is a small, but nice outdoor pool and hot tub area which includes two dry saunas. The only negative is the breakfast area: It is too small. But that's a very small thing indeed compared with the positives of this place.
They supplied a crib that was not just a pack-n-play. The fake fireplace was nice. And I liked being able to wash my cloths before we left. The rooms were small and the over furnished, making things very cramped to put a suitcase or a crib. Yes, they supplied a crib, but they didn't have any actual bedding for it. They just gave us queen sized sheets, with matching size blanket and mattress pad, and full sized pillows. If your going to offer a crib, you should at least have accompanieing sheets for it, and leave the pillow out, it's not good to have in a crib anyway. There were two sets of knobs in the shower, which was weird and confusing. I also hated the despencers for shampoo and soap inside the shower and over the sink, it felt cheap, like I was showering at a gym. And I actually disliked the Tempur-pedic mattress, which I was really looking forward to sleeping on. The mattress seemed to sink too much and create and unsupportive uncomfortable divot that was hard to move around in. The foam mattress was also uncomfortably warm, it felt stuffy to sleep on. It was a big disappointment for the high price.
I have stayed here twice on week long trips and they always have the best price in the area. They also ahve the best environment. It feels like a little private paradise.
The room was small, i didnt sleep well because there were no AC so it was too hot even with the window open. In the morning it was so noisy between the people leaving and the cart of cleaning people. I could hear the door from next room. I wouldn't recommend this hotel even though it's a cute hotel with a great service and facilities.
comfortable spacious room; helpful staff printed out map for me to travel to restaurant; had all of the amenities important to us.
temperpedic beds!! so comfy! the ivy covered courtyard was so charming. a very nice room and great price! a little tricky to get to from the 210 freeway but with gps no problem really.
Soft bed, very nice staff, No bad points
The young ladies at the check in/check out desk were nice and professional. The grounds were neat and clean. There was no toliet tissue in the room, had to track down housekeeping. Both beds had stains on the sheets, my bed had what looked like black mascara smudges on the upper head part of the sheets (covered by the pillow). My friend's bed had "something red" what looked like blood on the upper part of the sheet and her bedspread had rips. One reason I chose this motel is because the picture shown on the website was so pretty (I forgot that could have been any of their rooms and who knows how old the pictures where). And lastly, the issue that was of most concern was that the bathroom had lots of little ants crawling around, both on the floor, on the walls and especially in the bathtub and bathtub walls. Not sure if I would stay there again, since I don't know if all the rooms are like that.
Quiet & very convenient to all locations. Very reasonably priced. Key didn't work at first. Had to wait for staff to return from break to get it taken care of.
Comfortable beds. Being on the second floor, we are in our 70's so not fun carrying suitcases up the stairs.
It was comfortable & had good air conditioning There was ants. Coming in from the sink
The price There were stains on the sheets, the walls the bathroom and the room itself were disgusting. There were cockroaches and the staff was extremely rude.
This is the only location I stay whenever I'm in the area. Very much a bang for my buck Everything
The price was really good, the room was really clean, but the breakfast was really poor, just coffee, muffins and orange.
Good price. good location for short stays
nice room brekfast
I liked the staff and the room. Comfortable clean bed and large bathroom. The look of this place is so outdated. Needs a facelift asap.
The room was nice and clean Front desk man was abrupt and not that friendly. Pool was out of order, other tenants were loud. Breakfast was crappy.
Friendly staff. Friendly, interesting men from all over the country in the lobby. Beds were comfortable. Elevator broken, elderly grandmother could not get up and down stairs to room after first night. Carpet is sticky , dirty and smells terrible. Moved to another room by elevator that is literally a stones throw from the freeway. Could not sleep with the intense freeway noise.
The staff was nice and help full mostly beds cool Drug dealer s one building prostitutes in the other hug coach roaches in pool filters and security watches over all of it aswell the bad stuff
It's close the freeway .
Loved the black out curtains. The breakfast was great also. The beds were comfortable and had a good night sleep. Nothing
I liked the atmosphere. It is a good place for a business trip - the breakfast bar was pretty good. The front desk staff was courteous. I was on a lower floor facing the parking lot, there were obnoxiously loud people drinking beer from the trunk of their car until about 10pm. This is not a hit on the hotel as much as it is some of the guests.
Very clean hotel, close to the university, which is why we were in Loma linda Would have been nicer to have a slightly lower price, but it was a good deal so I can't complain.
I was not expecting much for the price. Hotel is okay, carpet needs changing, they can use some air freshener maybe in the rooms and hallways. Our room didn't have iron but has ironing board, but it's okay. TV has few good channel selections, The carpet needs changing. Maybe start using some air freshener in the rooms, hallways, and elevator?
Secure inside even tho the location is ghetto , act was good wifi is fast ,friendly staff, parking is okay unless you're there for an event then forget about parking there it's tough Walls are real thin !!! You can hear everything in the other room !! It was annoying the couple next to us weren't loud but you can still hear every sound and word so be mindful. The room had stains all over the floor sheets as well my boyfriend and I came prepared we brought 2 thick blankets one to but on the bed and the other to cover our selves . Vending machines are never stocked I've been to this hotel 3 times and stayed a total of 4 nights here and every time vending machines were empty. The lamps on the night stands are DANGEROUS 23 unplugged then because they flickered and shocked me once and make a strange sound some times . Personally I think they simply need to remodel ! Get new sheets and blankets because some I've seen have holes on them .
Very comfortable bed. Very quiet The smell of cigarettes and the parking lot is too small
Location is close to the nos center
I was nice for the moment They have a rude staff
Decent price for what we got Tv didn't work our whole stay other than that it was good
Was in SB for business, the beds were comfortable, the room was simple and quiet, and clean The area seemed a little shady but that's just San Bernardino in general I suppose. Lack of do not disturb signs in the room kind of sucked,
Loved the black out curtains .ac was good. Cable tv fine It was located in a bad area but we felt 100% completely safe there with key card enterence Staff had attitude beds and pillows were uncomfortable blankets had holes in them and looked warn out check out time was 11 am like seriously ? The lamps would flicker and we were even scared to touch it because it could blow a fuse vending machines were empty!
They don't provide breakfasts and there are almost no restaurant choices close by except the In-and-Out burger. It's a quite an isolated building in the area. The receptionist is seating behind a bulletproof glass which makes you wonder how safe this area is.
Good a.c. units. Easy access to freeway. In-and-Out next door. Desk but no chair. Vending and ice machines only on first floor.
Unless you want to kill someone and have no one care, there is absolutely no positive from staying here. I was ecstatic, I was finally there. The All Star Lodge, our home away from home for three days while we get to go to a giant music festival. We had planned this out for months and it was finally happening! I walk to the front door, get buzzed into the lobby and promptly inform the gentleman behind the counter who I was, and what my reservations were. He starts looking around in his computer, "finds them", and tells me it will be 176.00 for the stay. I know there must be some kind of mistake as it was a reservation for 3 rooms, two for three nights, one for two nights. After informing him of this he asks for a confirmation number, I show him my reservations from kayak. He immediately blames the booking agency claiming they are not at fault. After going a few rounds with this guy about my reservations, I cited that I had called twice to confirm them. He called me a liar and demanded the name of the person I spoke with. unfortunately I was never given the persons name. After all this is said and done they do have some random rooms we can get periodically to get us through the weekend. However, they had upped the price to 80 dollars a night instead of the 49.95 advertised all over their building, and what we had reserved the rooms for. As we finish up paying and what not the guy informs me that I should not go outside at night, and during the day I should try to stay in a group. Oh joy! The rooms had stains on the carpet, no fridge, a tv from 1994, some form of hellish bramble thorns stuck in all of the carpet, two towels that you had to return to the front desk to get clean ones, an advertised pool that had no water in it, and their "room service" was the phone number to dominos. We decide to brave it to go get some food and necessities. There is a giant abandoned mall about two blocks from our room that we cut through to get to the only store in town. Come to find out this is called "the murder mall", more people have been killed in that mall in the past year than they have cops on the force. Later that night I go outside to smoke, there is a line of people that are obviously going to the same concert as me, all saying the exact same thing "but we had reservations, here is out confirmation number" to no avail. It appears this place canceled all reservations, and increased the rate once they found out there was a music festival in town. After checking out and getting away from this hellish abyss where happiness goes to die, we get to the airport, and begin our trek back home. Once I get off the plane I find a voicemail from visa stating fraud protection had locked my account. These guys after everything was said and done had tried to charge me 250 dollars for "smoking" in my room. They had found a dead e-cig in our trash (which was put into a mcdonalds bag) and that was their evidence. Luckily visa has reversed this charge and not honored it. tl;dr, DON'T STAY HERE, OR IN THIS TOWN. EVER. RUN. NOW.
