Pros: Everyone was very courteous and helpful, and my stay was very comfortable. The bedding was excellent....firm mattress and yet soft-soft pillows.. It was very easy to relax and sleep well.
Cons: The rugs were just a bit stained in the room. That cannot be helped at times I know, but the stains were noticeable. I'll bet it must be close to spring cleaning time. The rugs in the lobby and the hallways were immaculate. The only thing that occurred that I would have liked NOT to have happened was that my key-cards would not work properly on the side entrance door near the elevators. I tried the card in all directions....both cards....and slowly, quickly, etc., etc. The result was that only one time (the arrival evening) after numerous tries, ONE of the cards actually granted me entrance. After that, the next day which was check-out, I was locked out. A good Samaritan let me in, but 4 of the staff passed me by without an inquiry. I had to make sure that I carried all my luggage out in just two trips, because that door was obviously not going to let me inside again. The key cards did work as they should for entry to my room however, so I thought the side-door problem had corrected itself.
Pros: The complimentary breakfast and snacks were terrific, as well as the lobby area seating.
Cons: The chairs within the rooms seemed a bit dated.
Pros: Breakfast was very good. Room was clean. Pool was nice, and a lot of nice patio seating was available by the pool.
Cons: Room wasn't ready at check in time, had to wait until later. Elevator was pretty far from our room.
Pros: Its one of the nicest Hotels in Culpeper.
Pros: All inclusive breakfast was delicious. By far the best hotel breakfast we've ever had.
Cons: They had 6 small pillows on the bed, no normal sized pillows which was strange. They weren't comfortable to sleep on
Cons: The room has a bad smell, I have to purchase some room deodorant.
Bathroom smells bad like if it has mold, I had to purchase a Lysol to get rid of the smell.
Air conditioner sometimes was not working properly , the room felt very humid.
Pros: The motel was clean, maybe a recent renovation. The staff was very friendly also. Nice pool
Pros: It is clean & I mean CLEAN. Beds are wonderful. Staff are excellent.
Cons: The breakfast was not right this time in that my husband & I always look forward to a great breakfast as we have always had there before. Not this time. The coffee was very weak, the eggs were hard & cold, the sausage gravy was out flavor & the bacon so full of grease we cud not eat it. I have always loved meeting up w/ my spouse for the excellent breakfast & don't mind paying more than the motels around just for the great breakfast. We decided today that we wud pay for a cheaper motel right in that area &go out to breakfast
Pros: Staff was great. Friendly and very easy to work with.
Pros: It was clean and conveniently located. Also included a nice full breakfast buffet, and a pool.

Cons: Never, ever going to go back there. I left on the first night, and went to the Best Western right next to it. The shower was dirty, the toilet broken, the bed sheets were dirty(!!!), they had bug carcasses on the wall and in the bed. The lock was not working on the door, the safe was broken, the rug was dirty. Even for an Inn, this was low...
Cons: No coffee maker in room and none available during the day
Breakfast had only yogurt for protein, nothing else
Cleaners used in facility were smelly.. try seventh generation or other less chemical orientated would be better. .. many people would appreciate that ..safer and more comfortable for those with allergies or sensitivity to chemicals
Pros: Inexpensive room. Pretty clean
Cons: Broken ice machine, couldn't find my reservation when I arrived (but then did) nothing was explained to me by desk attendant about the facility, breakfast was not good.
Pros: NOTHING!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE !!!!
Cons: Room smelled, covers was stained, very run down looking and they advertised wifi but it wouldn't work, furniture was in bad shape wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Cons: HORRIBLE X10,dirty broken stained furniture. All linens dirty and stained.Smelled bad, killed 10 stinkbugs. Disinfected & cleaned the rm, covered bed w/my own blankets. I let my daughter stay. I couldn't stay. WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN IT NEED TO BE CONDEMED
Pros: Good service. Clean room. Fair price. We may come back
Cons: Old rooms. Not in the best condition, but fair.
Pros: The stay the 1st time was great!, That is why We came back, but it was day & night when we stayed here again, could have been a lot better....
Cons: Found to many bugs in the room, killed to many to mention and then in the morning, we woke up to more! Nobody deserves to stay under those conditions!!!
Cons: The office had a terrible odor. The internet never worked. I used the passwork given 3 times but it did not work. Manager not helpful. Rooms were not clean.
Rooms need renovating. Owner had beautiful garden.
Pros: Ok location, woman pleasant. Sorry for her situation. Way overpriced
Cons: Not clean, smell of 'wellness' products too strong, buildings need repairs inside and out, interior poorly decorated, fireplace boarded up, old, faded fake flowers on mantel, unpleasant atmosphere. Weird intake process. Left and found ordinary hotel.
