Cons: Woul like to have a breakfast provided as well as hot coffee.

Cons: not enough beach chairs or facilities, not enough pool chairs, they overcharge for everything they can
Pros: Love this hotel but, there should be more controls for people who use the pool but arent staying there. Wristbands? The pool scene can get very ratchet during the weekend...
Cons: Cioppino for dinner was overrated and overrpriced (for the quality of food served) - chocolate ice cream dessert was a big disappointment - staff was incredibly accommodating and courteous however, which compensated somewhat. breakfast buffet was great as well.
Pros: I stayed at the Ritz Carlton, Key Biscayne with my best girlfriend and it was one of our favorite weekends together thanks to the Ritz! Everything from the valet service to the gorgeous pools and landscape were perfect. Truly a five star experience and I will definitely be returning in the future.
Pros: Great new Spa
Escape to a luxury Miami Beach resort that exudes the classic charm of South Florida. Located on an exclusive five-mile-long barrier island, The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami is just minutes from dynamic downtown, yet provides an atmosphere of sequestered serenity. With elegant architecture inspired by West Indies Colonial design, The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami is one of the finest beach hotels Miami, Florida has to offer.
Pros: Everything and everyone was extremely professional. I enjoyed my stay.
Pros: Nice location easy walking distance to what is needed.
Cons: Paid for internet, sheets were like sand paper.
Pros: This place is very fancy, clean, quiet(even though we booked while restorations were being done). It's a like a secluded get away. I loved staying here. The staff and security were very friendly and always spoke when you pass by.
Cons: You have to pay to park even though you're a guest at the hotel and if you plan on going in and out it cost you more then the overnight $24 fee so if you plan on going out in your car I suggest planning it into your trip.

Find unparalleled rest each night on our plush pillow-top mattress and revive your senses with C.O. Bigelow bath amenities.
Cons: i was on floor 11 which is small and they used it as a closet - staff were having their meetings there in front of the room, then also kept their cleaning carts in front of the room all day, blocking my room, kept the linen closet room open with a stand so it looked liked i was in the service quarters. it ruined the experience.
Then at the pool the waitress took my key, returned the wrong key, I was stuck out of my room, then had to go to front desk, wait for a very long time for that elevator
Pros: The rich history of the hotel.
Cons: No coffee maker in the room.
Pros: Our daughter's fairy tale wedding reception was held here two years ago. My husband and I promised ourselves that we would return for our own romantic stay. We were not disappointed and loved every minute - the luxury, pampering, beautiful grounds, wonderful food. A dream come true!
Pros: We love the history, the architecture and the location. We looked forward to this our entire lives!
Cons: The overall experience was not good. There were no good options for casual dining. Just poolside, with a very limited menu and LOTS of cigar smoke OR the golf club, totally undesirable very man club-ish. We ended up ordering a very pricey pizza and very mediocre Caesar salad in the room. Forget a glass of wine for room service, it was $19.There was grime in the shower exhaust fan and mold on the ceiling shower. ewwww! Some of the property was in disrepair.
Pros: This is probably the most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed in, with European elegance at a reasonable price. We had a delicious meal at the "Fontana" restaurant, and the hotel staff was generally excellent. It is the architectural centerpiece of the Coral Gables neighborhood, and within a short drive of "Miracle Mile" shopping. Oh, and self-parking is free!
Cons: The room was a bit small, but the view was worth it!
Pros: Love the ambiance and staff service. Great place to stay.
Cons: Not being able to eat breakfast at cascade during the week. Cascade menu should have more choices.
Located in the heart of Coral Gables, this luxury hotel is 0.2 mi (0.3 km) from Biltmore Hotel and within 3 mi (5 km) of University of Miami and Miracle Mile. Venetian Pool and Coral Gables Museum are also within 2 mi (3 km).
Pros: Location is great, clean, well appointed. Pool area was nice. Very nice lobby and bar. I wish the negative side had not occurred.
Cons: Arrived at midnight after flight delays to find out that they had given my room away. SOLD OUT! No call or email ahead to inform. They put us up for the night at Courtyard Marriott, this was their idea of complementary (Similar) room, with many other high quality hotels near by I found it insulting. Next day they did make it up by upgrade and other perks. Being this is the first time this happens to me, I was shocked.
Pros: Check in staff was friendly and met my request
Lobby looked nice
Location was close to coral gables downtown and shopping area. Also close to airport
Cons: Old - needs some renovation but it's definitely good enough to stay in
Room was semi-humid
Every time I got on an elevator, it wouldn't close. I had to get off, then I learned to press the reset button.
Older nice building with needed upgrades
Pros: I had a King bed room for one night, and the room was spotless, with a clean and well equipped bathroom, as well as a very comfortable bed. The size of the room was perfect.
The hotel is extremely well maintained, in despite of not being a new structure.
The location is ideal, not too far from the airport. For the rate I paid, and the quality of treatment I received, I find it a bargain. I will make the Hyatt my place to stay when visiting Miami for a couple of nights, instead of staying near the airport.
The best of the hotel, however, is the staff: courteous, amicable, sincerely willing to assist you in any problem.
That makes the difference quite often.
Pros: Located walking distance from great restaurants and shopping. Clean, comfortable rooms with a great 5th floor pool!
Pros: Location was perfect.
Cons: Rooms looked dated, renovations in the Lobby
Pros: Food was okay, the pool was fine but had too mich clorox
Cons: They did not specify the check out time and they charged me additional 50$ to check out when I had already paid through expedia 140$ the night. The front desk lady had told me that no additional cost were going to be made, but when I got to my final destination I saw my credit card being charged 50$
Pros: The hotel was nice and staff was very friendly. There are lots of restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walk. I would definitely stay here again.
Cons: Parking was very expensive. We opted for the valet vs. the self park as there was only a small difference. Valet service was lovely. No complimentary beach towels at the pool.
Cons: Hotels have figured out to send the kayak customers to the worst possible rooms. The room was OK, the location of the hotel is great if you want to walk around miracle mile.
Elegant Mediterranean Style high-rise hotel located in office complex in the heart of Coral Gables. 4 miles from Miami Intl Airport and 6 miles from downtown Miami. Within walking distance to shopping, dining, art galleries and entertainment. Only 20 minutes from South Beach and Port of Miami. Village of Merrick Park Shopping Mall is located 10 minutes from the hotel. Complimentary trolley service to/from mall.
Pros: The room was spotless and decorated very nicely. Everything was clean and the hotel staff was very nice.
Cons: The beds, they are TERRIBLE! They are extremely stiff with no give, they need some kind of matress topper to make them even bearable.
Cons: Only negative was the ducks. I wanted to eat breakfast on the patio and the ducks were too aggressive to be comfortable.
Pros: Clean and convenient to the freeway
Pros: Excellent location for business people in homestead.
Cons: Free but very slow internet, almost unuseful.
Pros: I was pleased with my two night stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast is served from 0600 to 1000 and it is great. The hotel is at a great location, situated near the Turnpike and close to several nearby restaurants. Hospital down the road. Modern interior, the pool is nice and clean. Price was reasonable.

Pros: Overall the accommodations were nice. The room was in nice shape and was clean. The TV had many channel options and the bathroom was modern. Very well priced for the area that it is in and the room was modern (maybe remodeled in the past 1 or 2).
Cons: The parking area is small and althought the hotel is technically in Coconut Grove, you are several walking blocks from the restaurant and shopping areas. This hotel is right off of US 1, so the traffic is hectic during rush hour times.
Pros: Location is good but any coconut grove location would be good. Free parking is great!
Cons: A bit grubby. Toilet didn't stop running. Allergies went wild when in the room. Dust? Mold?

Pros: Close to eating places
Reception staff were helpful.
Cons: When you open the curtain for light there, anyone walking past can see into your room. Sheer curtain would help
Pros: Clean newly decorated rooms
Cons: Breakfast was "ok" but free and they did have hot items as well
Pros: Quiet, clean, comfortable; very close to US-1 and the Florida Turnpike. Close to several restaurants. Staff is very friendly.
Cons: No complaints.
Pros: Staff was nice. Continental breakfast was decent. Quiet at night. Not immaculate, but clean enough. Walking distance to food/convenience store/coffee.
Cons: Didn't have hot water right away but was fixed after a call to main office. Wi-fi didn't work well.
Pros: The room was thoroughly cleaned, the pool was fun for my kids, it was a perfect location before heading into the Keys for the day. Breakfast was really good and there was even a covered patio to eat outside. Plus they had discounts at local restaurants for anyone staying there - bonus!
Cons: There was a plunger in the corner of the bathroom - we didn't need it but it wasn't a good sign and not a good thing to have accessible to my little kids.
Pros: Super clean and well maintained. Great staff.
Pros: The accommodations were very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. All of the people that I observed took a great deal of pride in their jobs. Obviously someone has created a wonderful workplace culture.
Cons: Not a thing!
Pros: Breakfast, location
Cons: Very old property, beds poor
Pros: Great staff, so helpful, the grounds.
Cons: Styrofoam everything. Please switch to paper!
Pros: Breakfast was a nice treat. Very good selection and tasted good.
Cons: Noisey neighbors in and out, kept shoes on entire time.

Cons: I didn't like how in any moment was mention me having to be 21 to check in when I usually travel I only have to be 18. I am a 20 year old who traveled on business terms but brought my wife and sisters who almost ended up being homeless if it weren't for a cheap motel...

Pros: Nicely located from key west, Everglades and restaurants
Pros: Pool and jacuzzi were clean. Rooms comfy but I am not a fan of little half sized pillows.
Cons: Bed pillows were those half sized ones. Had a hard time getting to sleep.
Pros: Super friendly staff, delicious breakfast with nice food options, beautiful pool area, amazing house keeping!
Cons: The drive to the Keys everyday was a little bit cumbersome with holiday weekend traffic but it was worth the money we saved by staying here!
Pros: Very clean, excellent value, good breakfast
Pros: Rooms were nice, clean, well taken care of. The facility was nice, the breakfast was also good.
Cons: High crime rate area, the tailgate was stolen off the back of my truck. The front desk didn't do anything about it or claim responsibility for it.
Pros: Very clean room with comfortable bed, and good a/c, nice and clean bathroom, convenient mini fridge and microwave. I needed to get some rest and peace of mind, and I was glad to have chosen to stay here.
Other places I have stayed at nearby were not this clean and reassuring. If I ever need to stay in the area again, I will stay here. I will probably use a different booking company which was the only problem I encountered, but it is not related to the hotel itself, as they were patient and helpful in dealing with that issue with me.
Cons: I had a puzzling experience in relation to the booking company, in that my payment to the online booking company went through, but their payment to the hotel did not. Never happened to me with any other online hotel booking company before--very odd. But as I said above, that's not the hotel's fault. The hotel staff were patient in explaining it to me, and professional about dealing with it.
Cons: Found a dirty q-tip on the floor; tells me they didn't clean well...vacuum would pick that up...
Pros: Staff was nice and accomodating, had excellent ideas for local excusrions
Cons: Had to wait until 4 pm to check in. That and they had difficulty getting the rooms clean for other guests from discussions of guests in the lobby who had been there a few days.
Pros: good breakfast
Pros: Everything. This will always be the place we stay in Homestead.
Pros: Everything was good except whole reason I chose this hotel was the jacuzzi and it didn't work because was being painted. You should say it is if it wasnt. I called before booking and was told it was working.
Cons: The fact the hot tub was shut down.

Cons: I was wakened in the morning by noise from the room above me.
The room's safe didn't work.
The light above the bathroom mirror didn't work, even after the
repairman said he had fixed it.
The bed pillows were miniature and uncomfortable.
The room could use a new paint job and cleaner floors.
The Wifi was unable to connect me.
The room's view was blocked by a huge machinery shed on
A chic, stylish, and perfectly located hotel nestled in artsy Coconut Grove, The Mutiny is a boutique hide-away destination that combines contemporary comfort with the elegant style and sophistication of old world charm.
Pros: Apartment size kitchen, seperate bedroom w/ walk in closet. Spacious unit overall.
Pros: The staff was the best. So friendly yet professional.
Cons: We didn't like the pool and were disappointed. Definitely needs a remodeling. Too out there in the parking lot in the sun. Needs some canopies and foliage.
Pros: Location was great, so many nice restaurants and shops within walking distance.
Room was large and clean, kitchen was well equipped.
Breakfast buffet had a nice variety of choices.
Cons: I paid for my stay when I booked it through Kayak. After coming home I realized the hotel charged me AGAIN when I checked in. It took 3 calls for the hotel to admit they had made a mistake and refund my card. Pretty big error that really tainted our otherwise pleasant experience.
Our 3 room cards all deactivated on our second day. We tried one immediately upon getting them fixed at the front desk and it did not work.. Another deactivated again after we made extremely cautious efforts to keep it away from phones and credit cards.

Pros: Had all the amenities and was hundreds less than hotels on the Florida Keys
Pros: The room was very tidy and the staff was very friendly. It's a perfect stop.
Cons: The hallways could use some redecorating if you care about that kind of thing. the doors are a little loud out of the hallways. But it is overall good.
Pros: Great price, the rooms were clean compared to others in the area, has a pool, easy access to road and turnpike.
Pros: Overall a good value, and a good launch point before you drive to the Keys.
Pros: it was a great spot we were on the way to the keys.
Pros: Pretty clean, nice room
Cons: Standard (low) Definition TV picture on device capable ofddust aging HDTV. Apparently motels are motivated to buy low definition programming yet equip rooms with Flat Panel HDTVs. Counterintuitive, dissapointing
Pros: The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was big, clean and we loved the fact we had a mini refrigerator n a microwave on the room. The location was perfect, we had gas stations, restaurants and main streets right next to us.
Cons: We did go around looking for an elevator that we never found. That was the only thing missing.

Pros: Rooms were large, with comfortable bedding, and ample closet, but bathroom could use a bit more space. For the location just a couple of blocks from Alhambra Circle and Coral Way, and easily accessible to MIA, the rates are a great value.
Cons: Found and killed a tiny cockroach as soon as we walked in the room. Common in Miami, and didn't see any others indoors afterwards, but didn't give a good first impression. Otherwise, they'd have gotten a higher rating.
Pros: Clean rooms. Friendly staff.
Cons: No balconys.
Pros: Facilities were great. Excellent location. The staff was amazing!

Pros: It is so well preserved and historic and the staff are so helpful
Pros: Hotel is in a great location with lots to do with in walking distance. The historic hotel has been nicely kept up while maintaining its historic charm. Staff was very friendly.
Cons: Renovations downstairs were a bummer. No breakfast available. Once the restaurant is up and running, it should be quite luxurious.
Pros: Staff very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.
Pros: Convenient location to Quaker Meeting House where I was attending a ProNica.org Board Meeting. Very nice hotel within walking distance of many restaurants.
Cons: Wished they would have had gluten-free pastries with morning delivered-to-room service.
Pros: What a lovely hotel!!!. Old fashion furniture, the elevator which required an operator, the feeling of staying in a hotel of the 1920, and everything at 300 m from Miracle Mile in Coral Gables.
Cons: You have to get the breakfast in the room, and we would like to have it in the restaurant, that it is close in the mornings.
Pros: The location since Coral Gables is central to move arouund Miami.
Cons: I found the room very crouded and old. The building looks nice from the outside, but the rooms need to be updated.
Pros: location, ambience
Cons: breakfast! please offer something better!
Pros: I loved the antiques and the ambiance of this hotel. It was gorgeous and I will be staying there again.
Pros: Restaurant staff and new General Manager very helpful and made stay enjoyable
Cons: complimentary breakfast process not user friendly
Pros: It is beautifully restored - like stepping back into the 1920s
Cons: Staff seemed glum, as though the place is about to go out of business
Located 5 blocks from shopping and dining at Miracle Mile, this European-style hotel is 4.5 miles from the Miami airport, 6 miles from downtown Miami, and within 13 miles of Miami Beach and South Beach.
Helpful map of surroundings
Felt safe even outside at night
Cons: Crowded breakfast area
Pros: The breakfast was open till 10am. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. It was nice that there was a BBQ area with picnic table.
Cons: Had trouble with the room keys and the lock looked partially broken.
Pros: most of it. I would like to take the opportunity to give thanks to all the personnel at the front desk.
Pros: It was OK for the price we payed. Much bigger place then we expected, looked like it was well organized. Clean for the most part, if you don't count ants, spiders and other assorted bugs in the shower. Ants we tried to disregard, spiders we left hoping they will hunt & eat some of the bugs, and the rest we flushed down the drain, numerous times.
Cons: Very small kitchen area. Internet spotty and often forcing you to re-login (staff blamed this on internet provider). Were locked out at the end of day one (best guess - we were given keys coded for one day only, staff doesn't admit any wrongdoing, blamed problem on batteries inside the door lock .. not convinced). Bugs, lots of them (blame it on Florida?). I manged to forget my jacket in the room while checking out and packing, staff never found it (so they say), and after numerous calls just forgot to call back and confirm it was not found (nothing of great material value was lost, but it sure hurt to lose something and have hotel staff be so blatantly uninterested to help)
Pros: Clean and comfortable beds. Tile instead of carpet. Nice bedding
Cons: Air conditioning barely worked, since I checked in late at night at 11pm, I really didn't want to have a maintenance man check in that late but since there were very few rooms left, they would not move us. After midnight, the maintenance man was unable to fix it so he talked with the front desk. After about 20 minutes of waiting I called the front desk myself and they moved us and the AC worked great in that room and had a peaceful night sleep finally!
Pros: Affordable, great location, staff was very helpful
Cons: Wouldn't want to leave hotel- bad area
Pros: It was a okay place to stop over for the nite, clean but old. Friendly staff and a nice breakfast.
Pros: Best hotel for a visit to the Everglades
Pros: Room was clean and comfortable, location very good. I felt at ease in area.
Cons: The toilet broke, and we called the desk to get it fixed the first night. 3 days of the stay later, toilet was still Broken. alao one of the beds was wrapped in plastic and the front desk advised not to remove it.
Situated by the ocean, Fairway Inn Florida City / Homestead / Everglades is a great choice for a stay in Florida City. Guests can enjoy the outdoor pool, and hiking/biking trails, kayaking, and scuba diving are nearby. Rooms feature bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves, along with flat-screen TVs and premium bedding.
Pros: I stayed there for two nights while being a tourist in the Keys, it's only an hours drive to Islamorada, and early in the morning there was little traffic so it wasn't so bad, so this motel was good hub. The motel was very clean. New furniture and new TV in the room. Shower was very good. The bed provided good sleeping conditions and was comfortable. Internet was good, mostly fast but sometimes the speed fell down in the evenings (I guess that the reason is that quite a lot of the guests were on the internet at the same time ), but sufficient I thought for basic browsing. Staff was helpful and good, though I only interacted with them at check in but they did explain everything very well and gave me a list of nearby restaurants they recommended.
All in all it was a nice motel and what you expect for a motel. It was great to have a fridge in the room as it was very hot and humid.
Would stay there again as it was a good motel and really good price. Recommended.
Cons: My only thing to complain about is that there was an little odor of old room smell but nothing great but just a little bit. I suppose on hot and humid days it might arise, but one is close to the tropics in South Florida.
Pros: Clean, friendly staff, great value!
Cons: No complaints.
Pros: Much improved from previous stays. Breakfast area expanded. Rooms clean. This is a good, reasonably priced motel for visits to Everglades, Upper Keys.
Welcome to Florida City, Gateway to the Florida Keys and the Everglades We feature 52 clean, well appointed rooms All rooms are ground floor, drive up Ample parking, including large vehicle Quiet location, yet convenient to shopping, dining and highways
Pros: Starbucks nearby, Whole Foods within 20 minute drive. Friendly Front Desk attendant.
Cons: Way over priced. Poor Quality facility all the way around. TV Remote did not work upon arrival, staff did fix it after two attempts. Next door to a Strip Club, loud drunks heard in the middle of the night outside. Breakfast Bar quality very poor.
Pros: Great front desk stafg and clean room.
Cons: Room door had large gap at boyyom allowing too much light and noise inyo room.
