When you stay at Maui Palms in Korolevu, you'll be near the beach and 14 minutes by car from Namatakula Beach. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, luggage storage, and laundry facilities. Guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle for a surcharge, and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The staff of Maui Palms are amazing.
Cons: Not sure if it was the weather or the location but it seems relatively windy all the time down there, so couldn’t do much when I was there. But nothing to complain about as this is not Maui Palms fault
Pros: I felt welcome, thank you Mani for all help. Pool was nice, property was close to the beach. The beach was clean and beautiful , you could snorkeling there and you could see many fishes. The food was good and tasty, but expensive.
Pros: We loved our time at Maui Palms, the staff we super friendly and nothing was a problem. The food was great and the setting was perfect. Nice quiet and relaxing! We'll definitely be back.
Pros: We spend some great days at Maui Palms. It is a nice and quiet location, villa was clean with a great view. Very friendly staff with personal attention for the guests.
Pros: The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and made our stay a wonderful experience. We miss them all already!
Pros: A beautiful hotel with an even more delightful staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we need to have an unforgetable stay. The touch of having the choice of where to have dinner (in front of your bungalow, at the beach or the restaurant) was lovely and Mani coming around every evening to take orders was a great service.
Cons: It would have been a nice touch to get at least a small complementary bottle of water per day/per person. Also, having a price list for the mini bar would have been helpful. The hotel is in a vey windy location which makes relaxing by the pool difficult, but the view over the coral coast is amazing.
Pros: The staff was lively and super helpful. I got there at 11am and because the room was already free they let me check in early. Joe was very helpful and showed me how to kayak and snorkel.
Cons: I found the property a bit too small. The villas were a bit too close to each other. You can always see what everyone is doing, so it’s not the best place if you in need some privacy.
Pros: Love that the beach is right at the doorstep and you can just go snorkelling whenever. Staff are super friendly. It is a little more smaller and peaceful than the full blown resorts so nice if you are after serenity. Food was good but expensive. Bed was super comortable.
Cons: Price point just a little high too for what you get. The room is really nice for example but the shower could do with an update. Balcony set up could also be more comfortable. Location a bit far from nearest town so not many options to get a cheaper meal.

Pros: Thanks again speechless The club access International lounge check in was smooth hassle free From the day check in and check out our stay was awesome Food to private spa swimming pool plus room service. Thanks for the Anniversary card, gift flowers made it special just for 2 of us. Would like to come back again soon.
Pros: Nice pool and beach great room warm staff
Cons: Food expensive and not great
Pros: The adult pool area was great as it has been the last two times we have been with you. Love the golf.
Cons: Lights in the room where not all working, and there were cigarette buts and cotton buds in the garden outside our room which made it very unpleasant to sit in the outdoor area. The staff at the breakfast were very quick to bring the bill before we had finished our breakfast.
Pros: it was a vacation to remember thanks to intercontinental resort .we stayed in a beach front room .we didn't need to leave the resort during our stay at all .it has every thing from restaurants and bars to beach activities . Great location on finest beach on main island ,helpful and professional staff .super value for money .if you are thinking Fiji ..consider intercontinental !
Cons: lost a piece of cloth from laundry ,however the way the staff and management dealt with the problem was more than satisfying . they made us wanna loose more clothes :)
Pros: Excellent facilities and generally good service from the staff, although the receptionist was pressing us to complete the feedback form before our stay was over!
Cons: The 3.5% credit card surcharge is very high, given the standard rate of 1.5% and feels like a price gouge.
Located in Korotogo, Bedarra Beach Inn is by the ocean, a 3-minute drive from Kula Eco Park and 9 minutes from Lawaqa Park. Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The breakfasts were all good. The main meals also. I am not a lover of Pacific Food so it was hard for me to enjoy very much, but nevertheless the food was beautifully prepared and presented. Your staff were excvellent on EVERY level.
Cons: Because of my comments above. A more European cuisine would have been nice. The resort was beautifully presented, the gardens very tidy.
Pros: Bed is ok
Cons: What I didn't like, I choose the room with a double or queen bed with an extra single bed in just incase my grandkids wants to sleep with us, but they put us in the room just the queen bed in.
Pros: Everything was excellent, and we were so happy for the quietness.
Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like
Pros: Great and clean hotel, the room was spacious. Great location infront of the ocean. The staff were friendly and the night entertainment was great
Cons: The safe didn't work
Pros: The staff is really friendly and very polite. The beach across the hotel was nice.
Cons: That you need to pay extra for WiFi service. It should be FREE!!!!! I was in room 23 and the shower has NO place to put anything but a piece of soap in the shower. I had to put my shampoo, my conditioner and my razor on the floor. They need to put somewhere on the wall to put toiletries. The shower door does NOT close all the way so therefore, the water goes out into the bathroom floor. They need to fix the door. The toilet room smelled bad, like sewage water. The room is next to the bar and it was a bit noisy.
Pros: The property was very nice and clean. Right across from the beach. Rooms are large and clean, pools were nice and all staff were amazing. I had a nice surprise at check in when they gave me a voucher for a free foot massage! The staff remembered our names and would always ask our plans for the day and give advice on what to do and where to eat. Food was nice there too. Would come back again and stay. Thanks for a great holiday!
Pros: A tropical breakfast came with our room and was lovely. The rooms were enormous - very comfortable. The staff were so helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Our flights were delayed and we arrived after 10pm when the kitchen had closed ...but they had assumed we may not have eaten and gave us baskets of warmed fresh breadrolls and plate fulls of fresh tomato and cheese to take to our rooms when we booked in - a standard of personal friendly service rarely seen these days. On site spa was also amazing.
Pros: The property itself is okay. The transfer driver/tour guide Richard is the man! He stopped on the way to the property several times so we could get supplies as their are no shops in the vicinity.
Cons: Upon arrival we received no help whatsoever in taking our bags to our rooms which were on the second floor. My friends and I (group of 5) had requested 3 single beds in both rooms and got 2 rooms which had 1 king and 1 single in each. When I mentioned it after checking in they said the bed is big enough to share? Not the response we were after. Noticed that the king bed was actually 2 singles put together so not sure why they couldn’t accommodate what we had requested 2 months prior to arrival! Bathrooms need some work, they look old and tired. Apart from Richard (transfer driver) and the lady in the Spa, the staff are not very friendly, food at their restaurant was average, very long wait time. Would only recommend if you want cheap accommodation for a couple of days.
Pros: From Check-in until , (sadly) checkout. we loved our time at Bedarra, the staff were so helpful and friendly. Cleanliness and maintenance of the buildings and grounds was of an exceptional standard.
When you stay at Yatule Resort & Spa in Natadola, you'll be on the beach and within a 5-minute drive of Natadola Beach. Featured amenities include a business center, limo/town car service, and dry cleaning/laundry services. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The people. The Fijian people are the warmest friendliest people you could find on the planet!
Cons: The food was only average and the linen and towels was so far past it’s use by date. These need updating immediately.
Pros: Location! location! location! Surfing, snorkelling, horseriding on a beautiful beach right on your doorstep. Clear crystal clean water to swim in @ low and high tide and listening to the waves crashing to put you to sleep.. Vinaka vaka levu
Cons: That I had to leave. Will stay longer next time.
Pros: It is right beside one of the most lovely beaches I’ve swam at. Small resort so not over crowded.
Cons: Nothing really. However if you want all the bells and whistles this wouldn’t be for you, the Fijian Intercontinental is right next door for that.
Pros: Staff was outstanding. Grounds very well maintained. Beautiful setting. Traditional Fiji resort using bures (a traditional looking hut with only two guest rooms per building) vice hotel rooms. Felt like family. Staff goes out of their way to make your trip relaxing.
Cons: Need a gift shop/mini store. Would have purchased souvineirs if they were available. Had to go by taxi to store or to large hotel next store to purchase snacks.
Pros: The staff at Yatule are amazing. At check in they sing you a song, at check out they sing you a song. They were all very helpful, friendly and lovely. We were always saying Bula and Vinaka. The beach is gorgeous, although the waves can get very big, sometimes not suitable for small children to swim in the beach water, but the pool is fine, enjoyed relaxing poolside on recliners. Breakfast was lovely, food was always yummy.
Cons: The towels, bathmats, and some sheets had holes in them and were coming apart at the seams, they needed to be updated.
Pros: Right on the beautiful beach. Good breakfast (bacon!)
Cons: Dirt track in isn’t nice. There is a nicer route in that takes slightly longer
Cons: Music playing on resort was bee bop top 40. When you are in Fiji, on the water all you want to hear is the ocean waves and the birds, not Taylor Swift cranked at 7am in the dining room. Not a great way to wake up or to enjoy breakfast.
Pros: This was the nicest place we stayed in while in Fiji.
Cons: Way too much horse poo on the beach.
Pros: Bungalow was awesome looks onto beach. Staff very accommodating. Lots to do. Beautiful beach.
Pros: It was great
With a stay at Gecko's Resort in Cuvu, you'll be next to a golf course, within a 15-minute drive of Sigatoka Sand Dunes and Lawaqa Park. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and luggage storage. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Staff were great, rooms were clean and great location.
Cons: Howerver, WIFI was not included and when we paid for it the only way to connect is for you to go outside. Have TV in the room but it doesn't work. While shangri la, 250m from Gecko's resort have all the channels and WIFI included.
Pros: the cooked breakfast provided was great thankyou
Cons: we enjoyed our stay thankyou
Pros: Good friendly staff
Cons: Boring. Nothing much to do.
Pros: Welcoming the guests in to the Hotel, friendly staff, comfortable bed / clean room, every night entertainments, foods, swimming pool, handicrafts stall ,
Pros: Very quiet location and love the spacious rooms.
Pros: I love it!!! Staff were all very lovely!!! Treated us like family from the day we arrived! Also you have to try Sam's special cocktail!!! Food was amazing!!! Will definitely come back to stay!!! ❤️❤️❤️
Pros: Everything about our stay here was great. No complaints.
Pros: LOVED the scallops! Food was good I only wish I had the lobster. Watching the fire dance during dinner was really cool. They even gave a special performance for the newly weds which we didn’t expect and was really nice! I noticed people from other resorts came and dined here which was cool. Food was affordable. Staff were great. Super friendly and very helpful. They were very attentive and would greet me everyday which was super nice. Housekeepers were very lovely! Rooms were very spacious! Went to other resorts to visit family and compared to ours theirs was much smaller, so very happy with that. We got free water in our fridge on our first day which totally beats getting charged double for whatever you drink from their minibar. Rooms had aircon which did wonders! I only wish I had known about what else Gecko had going on, that was my fault didn’t read that booklet/folder they had in the room and I had checked in late so I just wanted to go straight into my room. Ohh and the iced mocha frappe was real good!!
Cons: Wish the pool was 24hours
Pros: Room was fine. Staff was very sweet.
Cons: The mosquitoes made it miserable. Yes, I understand the hotel can't control mosquitoes. Why have fish ponds with standing water?
When you stay at Tambua Sands Beach Resort in Korolevu, you'll be on the beach and 11 minutes by car from Kula Eco Park. Featured amenities include limo/town car service, a computer station, and express check-out. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The location was beautiful.
Cons: The bathroom was run down. food not that great and no value for the money. It took three full days before anyone asked if I needed anything or if everything was OK. Isolated location. Very tight with replacing towels.
Pros: Liked the beach at low tide, snorkeling at high tide, enjoyed the ambiance of the accommodation.
Cons: The pool wasn't great.
Pros: The location
Cons: Noice from the road. Signs of delapitating.
Pros: Loved it all , the staff the food , the lagoon , the bure . Everything was awesome , the weather was great everyday . Highly recommend.
Cons: Everything was great.
Pros: Wonderful family resort. Located on a beautiful sandy beach with a fabulous marine reserve with awesome snorkelling. Our girls loved their time at Tambua. Staff so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for a chilled out family holiday.
Pros: Position...Position ....Position ! Couldn't stay any closer to the beach in a Bure without getting your feet wet walking out the door. Food was good and reasonably priced ,booze was a bit pricey but it is is at most places. Staff were very friendly and happy, and hey why wouldn't they be, as for most of them the commute to work is a walk along the beach from their village close by !
Cons: Nobody to climb the coconut trees to get drinking nuts for us
Pros: The breakfast was lovely, really nice.
Cons: We didnt have transfer car as requested on the website
Pros: Hats off to all the staff. They all smile and are polite and helpful if you give them the chance. The hospitality industry is brutal if you don’t start them off on the right foot forward. Snorkeling is really quite good compared to other resorts, especially when it’s walk straight out the Bure door down onto the beach. Start snorkelling 2-3 hours each side of high tide. Good variety of coral and fish from 1/3 to 2/3 out to the reef surf. Not many take the opportunity when we were there to snorkel. Can book a night snorkel there too for$20.
Cons: Came to Tambua Sands 1st time 3 yrs ago. Had a good site manager back then, and he endeavoured to put some money back into the facility. This time round have another manager and things look to have slipped. Hot water system completely stopped suppling any water 2 days from the end of our 7 night stay. Cold showers.... oh well. The Bure (#14) was stripped to its basics (Don’t know about the others). There was a Bible in the side draw at least, but absolutely no information book about the resort, (you know, the ones that tell you all about the place, do’s and dont’s, menu etc). Had to get hair dryer from the office. No umbrellas, as it was rainy 2/3 of the time. No covered walkway to the restaurant so umbrella would have been really handy. Thanks to the guy at the front desk for lending us his one for the day. Wife wasn’t impressed with the linen situation as it didn’t look like the’d replaced the worn sheets in a long time. Poor cleaners resorted to ripping old towels in half for door mats. But don’t let all this put you off. As a 2 star it’s a good value deal, but just my main gripe would have to be the hot water issues. We were lucky back 3 years ago that we didn’t loose the hot water. A dribble was better than none. I hate to be a winge, but in this case I’m sure things could be better, and hope they do, cause the place has got good potential.
Pros: It is a small resort so it has almost a family feel to it. The staff is very attentive and friendly. They are always willing to lend a helping hand. The location is fabulous with the bures being right on the beach. You can lie in your bed and watch the waves braking over the reef. My daughter liked the hammocks under the trees on the beach. Great for relaxing. The grounds are very well kept. The food is reasonably priced. It's a great location for snorkelling with children.
Cons: Overall, the resort is somewhat tired. It certainly could do with a cash injection to upgrade the bures' interiors and in particular the linen e.g. all our pillows had a musky smell. Also, if you pay by foreign debit/credit card you are charged an extra 3% of the total amount. This was a surprise when paying for the room on arrival.
With a stay at Robinson Crusoe Island in Robinson Crusoe Island, you'll be on the waterfront, and 9 mi (14.5 km) from Natadola Beach and 15.7 mi (25.3 km) from Sigatoka Sand Dunes. Featured amenities include luggage storage, laundry facilities, and a safe deposit box at the front desk. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: After reading the reviews I was a bit unsure about this place but wow what a nice surprise it was!! Room looks small but is so beautiful, love the outdoor bathroom (showering under palm trees, how amazing is that), food is not repetitive/small portioned or anything people said in their reviews, it was very filling and very tasty! The sunrises and sunsets are incredible. There are two cats and a dog that are so friendly and cute, loved hanging out with them. I liked we had a complimentary big bottle of water per day with many tea/coffee option in our room. This place is so chilled and I'm glad I got to be there.
Cons: The meal/transport packages are a bit pricey at first sight but once you're there it all worth it
Pros: We stayed here and also at a 5 star resort in denaru. Robinson Crusoe staff were by far friendlier! The staff took their time to remember our names and made sure we had a great time!!! The food was also traditional and amazing!
Pros: BULLA Luke, Shaun their lovely wives, Christian, Ben and all the lovely staff who entertained us and made us part of the family we thank you for one of our best family holidays. The cleaning staff made our room colourful and beautiful during room service. The kitchen staff made beautiful food that was fresh and full of flavour. While there is no desserts fresh fruit is served after dinner which is lovely. There are lots of delicious cocktails, bar staff were wonderful with their cocktail skills. We were made to feel part of the family. Loved the music, all the activities and snorkling was only $5 for guests staying on the island. We were there for Fiji day which was their 49years of independence, we plan on coming back next year for the 50th, it will be a great party. We stayed for 6 nights with our teenaged sons and could have stayed longer. We will be back.
Cons: Cooked breakfast would have been nice.
Pros: More traditional stay than a resort. Kids had a ball and didn’t want to go back to the resort, we didn’t have to worry about them at all. Staff are lovely.
Pros: I like the food , friendly people and their service and also the vilas....everything clean
Cons: Nothing I like everything about the island
Pros: I liked being welcomed by musicians playing guitar, the food was great, the location relaxed and the private shower outside.
Cons: I didn’t like to pay $5 per bottle of water, the constant music; we couldn’t read or enjoying the nature. I didn’t like the restrictive time for meals, I didn’t like paying for snorkeling as it was short and not exceptional. I didn’t like to pay for internet and $20 a cocktail.
Pros: Bure its just very nice change to sleep in, its small but cozy and comfy enough, you spend all day on the beach anyway. Staff is incredible! Very helpful and friendly, big thank to them, they do great job. Night shows are on monday, wednesday and saturday - impressive, we loved it! Overall - very good place to spend 2 nights.
Cons: Food is very low variety compare what you pay for - need some upgrade... (you cant eat fish/chicken 2x per day). Be aware if you want wifi - you have to pay for it (aprox 6 eur per day).
Pros: Thank you to all the staff for being so welcoming and friendly. You were all so amazing with the kids and went over and beyond to make our stay a very memorable one.
Cons: No liquid as part of meal. Had to buy anything... they should have at least have water or juice available . I understand drinks are part of profit but I don't drink a lot of booze...
With a stay at Outrigger Fiji Beach Resort in Korotogo, you'll be on the waterfront, within a 15-minute drive of Sigatoka Sand Dunes and Kula Eco Park. Featured amenities include a business center, limo/town car service, and express check-in. Planning an event in Korotogo? This resort has facilities measuring 2433 square feet (226 square meters), including conference space. Pros: Amazing setting staff were extremely polite and helpful Grounds and location were ideal
Pros: Location, pool facilities and staff were great and super helpful
Cons: Rooms were old and dated. Seemed very used and things were not in working order. Like the door lock, safe, lamp etc. The extra pillows had a foul smell too
Pros: Second time to the outrigger in the last 12 months and third time to Fiji. Great experience only thing it's pretty expensive. I don't think I'll stay again just because the of the price.
Pros: Great to have a gym and tennis court at the resort.
Cons: Room wasn't particularly clean - our sheets were dirty so had to get new ones. The staff weren't overly apologetic about the oversight. Everything in the resort is SO expensive!
Pros: Staff were amazing, so friendly! The Talai butler’s were amazing! They took great care of us! The wedding we attended there was second to none! Well organised, great views and food, will definitely be back!
Pros: Such a gorgeous place to relax and chill. We definitely e back with or children!
Cons: Not sure there is anything to complain about
Pros: Staff were excellent!! Couldn’t be more happier with how they are, from groundsmen to reception desk etc Outrigger should be very proud of their people Welcome drinks Activities Seafood Buffet was amazing Bed was comfortable Food was great
Cons: Room was Overpriced, 2nd resort we went to was 50% cheaper and a lot more modern with more amenities within the room Spa is very overpriced for what it was, we did the Swedish massage and the therapists seemed like they lacked experience, need more training or hire Thai therapists
Pros: friendly staff, great food options
Cons: adult pool closes 5pm? expensive wi-fi...location is far, far from everything. It does NOT have a sauna/steamroom and wi-fi is NOT free as indicated in booking.
Pros: The facilities were nice and well looked after. Loved that they had a pool just for adults. Location is stunning. Lots of activities on offer for both adults and kids.
Cons: The price of food and drinks is exorbitant. Also did not like that breakfast was not included even though the nightly rate is over $200aud.

This resort has facilities measuring 6975 square feet (648 square meters), including conference space. Cons: Terrible administration! Completely Money driven!
Pros: Pretty location, nice to watch the waves breaking on the reef. Large pool with nice poolside lunches. Good family fun on the inflatable obstacle course out on the water. Free use of paddle boards, kayaks. Breakfast was nice. Main areas were well maintained. Good room attendant made lovely towel animals to brighten our day. Enjoyed mini golf but was an added cost.
Cons: The $150 FJD required for each night of your stay at check in was a bit a pest as I hadn’t transferred enough at that point in time as I wasn’t aware of it. The actual room we had king oceanview with terrace looked nothing like it if did on the photos, was terribly small room with fold out sofa bed that is inadequate for children to sleep on, mattress was so thin, felt sorry for my 6 and 7 year olds squished together. King bed we had was good. Bathroom little too and the terrace. Had to kill 6 cockroaches in our room within our 5 night stay, obviously needs fumigating. Lucky we’re used to them in QLD. Kids club wasn’t great. Lovely ladies running it but just not much variety in what they did, mainly disco, movie, park or crab racing. Compared to last place we stayed in Fiji where they took them out in boats and did many more interesting things it was a bit disappointing. Alright for very young children only. The cost of food and drinks in Fiji are expensive but the cost of drinks especially here was very off putting and most of the bars and restaurants were empty due to the overpricing. Enjoyed the fire show from Lei Entertainers Fiji at Gecko’s Resort, had dinner there twice and watched it, Friday and Sunday night and I believe it’s on there Wednesday night too. Great service.
Pros: The staff was very friendly and always greeted us. Buffet breakfast had a nice selection.
Cons: Late check in at 3pm. Food and drinks were pricy and limited time for snorkel gear. The bond of $150 per night caught us off guard when we checked in. Not much sea life with snorkeling off the beach unless you pay for their snorkel tour. The fact that the resort was cashless and had to pay with credit card was a bit annoying
Pros: Excellent location for family with kids
Pros: Breakfast was the best part of our stay and the best value for money in my opinion.
Cons: Hotel claimed to have a 75million dollar renovation which was not reflective within the resort. Had to pay to participate in any form of activities. Think there should be more inclusions in the booking process for $500 AUD per night.
Pros: The resort was beautiful, rooms great and the hospitality and service was superb.. will absolutely be going back!!
Pros: Very friendly staff, rooms were lovely, and the scenery was gorgeous
Cons: Only downside was slow service
With a stay at The Crow's Nest Resort in Korotogo, you'll be near the beach, within a 15-minute drive of Sigatoka Sand Dunes and Kula Eco Park. Featured amenities include wired Internet access (surcharge), a business center, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
Cons: Drinks are a bit expensive.Bought beer at super market
Pros: Good location, friendly and smiling staff except for the receptionists. Swimming pool area very clean and well looked after
Cons: Very poor management: no one really cared to resolve few issues that unfortunately spoiled our holiday Access to the beach AWFUL and , no steps: you need to jump onto rocks and old car tyre and the no one can be bothered to clean the beach when actually I saw every morning staff from other resorts cleaning the beach in front of their resort.
Pros: Super friendly staff and great food
Cons: We had a light shining into our room all night so got very little sleep
Pros: Sitting on the deck of the villa enjoying the heat, the palm trees and the Pacific oCean
Cons: Breakfast standard was poor - broken toaster was not fixed/replaced during our visit
Pros: Friendly and super helpful staff! Great location, few minutes walk to few good restaurants and bars. Perfect quiet getaway
Cons: Wifi in rooms. Paid for wifi but the connection was awful
Pros: Staff were very kind to our 2 year old boy, made him feel very welcome. Relatively quiet - no trouble getting a table at brekkie or a seat by the pool. Room had a nice view, mini kitchen, modern bathroom, and balcony with chairs. All very comfy.
Cons: Fronting beach has lots of broken glass amongst the sand/coral. Not great for little ones. We were asked to sign out pool towels and leant a pen but never a pen available to sign them back in! Night lights outside room were very bright and shine directly into the room making it hard to sleep. Restaurant food expensive and not great quality.
Pros: Good location
Cons: No wifi. Told me power down. And no reception. Basically you are out. Air con doesn’t work properly. Woke up in sweat during afternoon nap. Facility is so old. Everything costs extra: toothbrush, water, egg for breakfast... staff is nice but has no experiences. Paid US$300 for this and totally not worth it. Berdana down the road is $100 and has wifi! So regretting this.
When you stay at Mango Bay Resort in Namatakula, you'll be on the waterfront and 5 minutes by car from Namatakula Beach. Featured amenities include a business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Staff were super friendly including owner and all who were so kind to our little baby. There was some live entertainment because of Fiji Day (?), which made a great atmosphere. Lovely food and drink, plus the view of the bay when waking up from the Bure was stunning. Really great for our first night in Fiji!! Thanks
Pros: Despite falling frass, we really enjoyed our stay. Is very quiet and relaxing place. Staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast without protein but you can order extra. Also, the resort has own garden with vegetable and herbs so every time was fresh. Food was very nice and the price was reasonable (we can compare with another resorts). Drinking water was available from the barrel. Previous reviews: We read all previous reviews and really don't understand why some visitors complain to the resort about small stupid things. We spent six nights here and definitely WOULD COME BACK!
Cons: Frass falling down from the roof on the bed. It should be fixed.
Pros: The staff were really friendly and the common areas like the bar, pool and restaurant were great
Cons: The garden bures need some work. They’re dark dank and smell of mould. There’s little to no natural light and the water in the bure was brown and unpleasant to wash in
Pros: Location. Love the location. Hopefully new management can take it to a better tourist destination again.
Cons: I've stayed in this place before. Refurbishment required to take it back to a standard worth what I paid for.
Pros: The beach.
Cons: The pillow and sheets needed a good clean or replacing
With a stay at Namuka Bay Lagoon in Cuvu, you'll be on the beach, within a 10-minute drive of Sigatoka Sand Dunes and Lawaqa Park. Featured amenities include express check-in and laundry facilities. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: A hidden gem. If you want to truly get away and experience rare peace and tranquility, this is the place you want. I can't remember the last time I felt this relaxed. Close to nature and warm, authentic Fijian hospitality make this place very special. I will have dreams of this place, as I felt like I was in a dream the whole time I was there. The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. Fell asleep and woke up to the lapping of waves and bird calls. Wish I was still there!
