It is in a decent location. Not far from the beach. 2 grocery stores nearby and a few decent restaurants. Not too far from Ft. Lauderdale. Small rooms, bathroom was dimly lit. Had a blanket with cigarette burn hole in it. TV was busted. They moved me to a different room and I had a better experience. I would go back if I had to. Not a terrible experience, but not one to jump for joy about.
I am not sure there was a good review for this. I walked into my room to find a used tissue laying on the floor. There was something brown on a toilet seat. First night of two reservations they took my reservation but didn't have a room. The associate overnight name razz seemed like he didn't care. Leah was behind the counter while having headphones on. The general manager was supposed to contact me regarding a follow up. Never did. Overall, I'm going to give this hotel ones Star. It was absolutely the worst experience in a hotel I've ever had. I am a flight attendant. I am in hotels quite frequently. Congratulations Motel 6. You've lost a customer. The senior management staff in this hotel has made it clear they don't really care either. I'm taking money out of my pocket to go to a hotel that I have a reservation with that doesn't have a room for me.
It was comfortable, clean and a great value for the price. Would recommend. The breakfast area was pretty small for the amount of people trying to use it.

Stayed for one night prior to a cruise from Ft. Lauderdale. The hotel was fine. It was clean, quiet, and pleasant and they had a nice continental breakfast. There is a pool. There are a couple of restaurants at a strip mall across the street. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the cruise port was complimentary and convenient. There seemed to be a lot of cruise passengers staying here. Perfectly adequate for our purposes.
Shuttle was great - so nice not to have to worry about transportation to ship and airport. Staff were terrific - helped with printing boarding pass - being computer illliteret - I so much appreciated the help - breakfast is just an additonal plus. Nice to have the option to check in early for a small fee. Took bus to Adventura mall - great mall - all in all - we enjoyed our stay at the Sleep Inn Suites. Just a suggeston to promote Canadian Visitors to your hotel durin gthe winter motnhs and thge hockey season - how about a shuttle to the arena to see an NHL Game - I would have loved to stay another day and go to a game. (Just a thought) My suggestion would be to clean the pool and hot tub more often - was not terribly clean when we visited.
We enjoyed the Wi Fi that the hotel offered, as well as the Continental Breakfast also that we were able to leave our bags in a locked location before we could check-in & the free shuttle to the airport. Although the gentleman at the front desk in the morning was very friendly and accomodating, the gentleman in the evening seemed very frazzled and seemed to be tied up with the phone the whole time we were checking - in.
Location to the beach and also transit to get anywhere quickly. Shuttle service was my selling point.

The beds and linens were wonderful in our room. Room service for breakfast was excellent. The pool area is really lovely, both day and night. Rod Stewart's show was excellent. We found the hotel staff, with the exception of security people, were rather "grumpy".and this includes bartenders.
I can not tell you just how horrible our stay was. we were still awake at 9am from the noise in the hall ,the next room was party city. How many whores can fit in a hotel room? even the dirt in the hallways and elevators surprised us. this isn't a hotel on the weekends it is like a sorority house with absolutely no rules and no regard for anyone elses sensibilities. horrible horrible stay.
I love the enviroment, staff, most resturant & shopping The only thing I dislike on every trip is room service, not the service itself but the food is of poor quaility. I made an inquiry a few trips back and found out it was prepared by The Blue Plate, where I dine after 1am as it was the only one open.....it's horrible!!!
The hotel is a self-contained city...lots of shops and restaurants...the downside was its a casino on Indian property so smoking is allowed----YUCK!
Thought the mattresses were not that firm and comfortable. And if you have a king size bed include king size pillows with the bed . The pillows are so worn and small . Didn't like that the outside venue seemed abandoned not as many shops most things were closed while I was there . Was unaware there was construction. And after talking to a shop employee she said it's been torn up outside for so long and nothing has been done with the space . Definitely not the same fun place I visited several years ago. Seems like the outdoor area is getting rundown.
The casino wasgreat (even tho' we lost). Thefood was usually of good value. Our room was niceand the bed was great but itwas almost a mile walk from the elevator and wewerelocked out onASaturday night foralmost an hour!
we only stayed for 2 nights and we really liked the swimming area and the casino the room was just what we wanted we will visit again the next time we are in florida 5 star all the way
The pool area made you feel like you were far away on an Island resort The room lighting, not enough. Felt like it was cloudy outside bcs the rooms were dark. Need better lighting

The hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable The staff is unfriendly and rude. They constantly remind you of what you "can" or "cannot" do as if you are in an airport. They have an extremely poor customer service as a whole. I travel to Miami quite often and there are plenty of other 5-star hotels on Miami Beach that in my opinion have better customer service and are not filled with juvenile delinquent guests.
Food prices in the restaurants inside were too expensive.
Stayed in the Chateau tower which was better than Versailles. It's a bit north of South Beach but not too bad.
The property is amazing! The pools are great - got a little crowded on the long weekend - but very enjoyable. We had an oceanfront room and the views were breathtaking. The beach access was really good and you got free beach chairs. Its a little away from south beach and all the shops and restaurants - but we knew that going in. Room service was not up to par - they routinely forgot to replenish our coffee/ sugar. The food was just OK - and the price for food and drinks was exorbitant. Valet only parking and it was $45 per day!!
Beautiful hotel great night life Overpriced
We were placed in the tower which mostly was dedicated to business men, besides that our floor was full of young people who came to that place just to have fun for a few days. They were disrespectfully loud all day long. The rooms are tiny, I was hoping to have a jacuzzi tab but it was only a shower cab. The walk to the swimming pool was through two towers and people who always were dresses for different conferences. Prices for food are really expensive and it didn't worth spending on it. I would not recommend this hotel for family oriented people, it is mostly for party people and businessmen. See above

Pool and spa nicely designed Got there and found there were nerds and lipstick on the carpet as well as a big wet mark. I called front desk to see if the room had been cleaned and they said they didn't known but they could connect me to house keeping to see if I could get someone to come clean it. I said "can't you do that" she just said would u like me to give you house keeping number or not. Then on Kayak it soecifically says on some options "no breakfast w this deal" so I picked the higher price option bc it did not say that. I get to hotel and they tell me Breakfast is not included. Then I try to go to spa and they charge me more money even after I showed them My Kayak reservstion says spa included. Later that night I come back to the room to find it was never cleaned. I wouldn't even have complained about any of this had I not paid over $400 for the one night I stayed here.
Room and view was wonderful! Staff was helpful, and the pool was relaxing. Loved the love music at the pool. Breakfast at the hotel resturant cost us a pretty penny.
Great location. Great last minute deal thru Kayak. I will definitely stay again. My room was RIGHT BY THE ELEVATOR... bad move. You hear everythjbg coming in and out. Also, the chef... Well, let's just say the meal I had wSnt great. Actually, it wasn't good either.

The staff is friendly and accumulating. Easy access to beach front. Updated lobby and rooms. Near liquor store. Don't worth the $200+ a night rate I paid. It looks and feels like an old Holiday Inn that was renovated. The view from the rooms of the beach is only a half view as the building is blocking the rest. The carpet was stained. The shower had mold on the grout and caulked in areas. The A/C only kicked on when it wanted to. The pool is the size of an above-ground pool. I paid the rate because the reviews and pictures looked appeasing but it turned out to be a front. Also, it is not an adult only hotel; many, many families present and being very loud and obnoxious. 2-star rating. Only stay here if you find a rate for under $100 a night. Very, very disappointed.
This was a great place to stay. It was very nice and looked more modern than most of the hotels on the strip. Staff very friendly and helpful. Most rooms had a beautiful view of the ocean! The higher your room the better. Beds were very comfy. Room amenities: Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator, ice bucket, 4 glasses, safe, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner/bath gel dispenser in shower, iron/board, mirrors on the closet doors, 2 bottles of water daily They also offered 2 welcome drinks from the bar upon arrival, free beach towels and 2 free beach chairs daily. Location: The location of this hotel was good for us. It is located at the corner of A1A and Sunrise Blvd. The beach was right across the street and this section of the beach wasn't as crowded. We did not need to rent a car. There was plenty of things within a block surrounding the hotel. There was a Thai sushi place, 24hr pizza place, Mediterranean/Vegan spot, deli/sandwich shop, ice cream, popcorn, Subway, 7 Eleven. There were also several souvenir shops, a pub and a couple of other small restaurants. We rented a scooter from Fun Rentals right behind the hotel so we could explore a little further. Great transportation without paying for valet parking. We also used the beach shuttle ($3/person). Other transportation options include Trolley ($1/ride), City bus (bus stop right out front), cab, Uber, bike rentals. The nightlife is about a mile south of the hotel (30 min walk) on A1A. The Galleria mall was about 1/2 mile west on Sunrise blvd...not far at all. Overall this was a great place and we would stay here again. The pool was sort of small though. I would have liked a microwave as well though. Restaurant in hotel was kind of expensive so we never ate there.
The woman at the front counter was extremely helpful and friendly. She immediately saw our daughter who is two and offered to have us a crib sent up immediately. Hotel restaurant server was also excellent. Gave us great service and the food was great. Seemed a little too "uppity" for our family. It always seemed as if someone was looking for a tip. My husband went down to get a luggage cart to take our bags downstairs and the guy wouldn't let him have the cart. Said it was a "liability". I've been to a lot of hotels and always used my own luggage cart. It's not a liability for heavens sake. It just means someone won't get a tip. Also the bed was not very comfortable but that's just a personal opinion. It could be very comfortable to someone else.

I'll remember this next stay, should it happen again. Housekeeping supervisor contacted security right away to have battery changed.

Location to the convention center The lobby was extremely chaotic and loud. There is nothing near the hotel that gives you options for dining out as far as I could tell.
The staff and food quality were excellent. The hotel grounds and facilities spacious and easy. Special kudos to the bar wait staff and bartender... friendly, accommodating, and excellent. Noise from the parking lot activity, the outside hallway and from the airport kept me awake all night.

My boyfriend and I flew in from out of town and stayed here this past week for 3 days. Everything was amazing; the front desk was very professional and polite. Room service was great and accommodating. I loved the spa pool and pool side bar. The view of the marina from our room was breath taking. We will definitely be staying here again when we fly in for Christmas.

Pool lounge and pool staff were very friendly and accommodating as was the bellmen. Lots of things tho do for kids. Breakfast menu at Mariners was very overpriced and of little value including drinks. Women's poolside restroom didn't have functioning locks on stalls.
The pool area was very nice and great location on the water close to the beach I reserved a room with a king size bed. When I arrived I was told there was none available and was given a room with two queen size beds. They seemed smaller than queen and were definitely cheap mattresses. Very uncomfortable. Also the wallpaper was peeling off the walls and there was mold on the walls. Definitely not a 4 star!

The staff was awesome, Everyone was very friendly and willing to make our stay memorable. Our balcony was so relaxing after a long flight, we enjoyed looking out at the beautiful garden area.

A beautiful place and always feels like you are on a luxury vacation. The lobby bar is one of the best hotel bars ever. I am concerned my credit card will be used under someone else's name as my bill I received was incorrect at the end of my stay and had the incorrect t address on the statement... Every time I've been to the hotel the check in is a huge issue and great area of concern... Honestly, limits my likeliness to return due to headache of rooms are never ready (I checked in last time the room wasn't ready until after 6p and this time I checked in at 4p and had to choose a room on a lower floor due to room on the original was not ready).

It was a great location however service and staff were average. No one really went out of their way to be helpful. We arrived at the hotel at 9 am and were not allowed into the room till 3pm. The jacuzzi tub had yellow water coming out of the faucet.

Beach front and accessible to anything, nice ocean view from the room, clean hotel and it has everything we need. Front desk is horrible specially the person who checked us in. She told me that I will get a text or a phone call when the room is ready but unfortunately no one calls me back not text. I have to call and find out myself to see if our room was ready. Other than that everything was perfect.
It was a beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. We were able to checkin early and the junior suite with the balcony views was wonderful. That the ATM charged US$3.50 to take cash out.

The location was great and the rooms were very nice! The wedding we attended was beautiful. I had left a watch by the pool and checked with the front desk to see if anyone had turned it in. They simply said no and sent me on my way. However, when I checked at the pool restaurant, she asked me if the front desk had checked with lost and found. The front desk didn't even bring up lost and found as an option. Luckily, security had received the watch and we were able to get it back.

Walking into the resort really felt like home. The staff was friendly and very accomodating and it felt so fancy! I really enjoyed my stay and I always stay at the Hilton when I travel, never disappoints! We had a jetted tub in the room and a view of the beach, the swimming pool overlooked the ocean which was walking distance from the hotel! Our whole experience with the resort was everything we dreamed of. Will definitely return our next trip to Fort Lauderdale!

Our room was spacious and the view was gorgeous! The balcony off our room and on the back of the resort was great. We really enjoyed eating and having a few drinks out there. The resort's beach was very nice and the guys that worked the beach stand were very attentive. All of the staff were very friendly as well. We had a great time! The bar closes at 11:30pm, which seemed kind of earlier. We were there at close Saturday night and there was at least 30 people in there still wanting to stay at close.

Located on beach near Birch Park. Kayaks, paddle boards, lounge chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc available on beach for guests. Valets, check in folks, & staff in general excellent. Rooms nice with good layout and generally quiet. Maid service okay- did not clean our room one day, even tho gone during mid day for about 3.5 hours- not really a biggie as rooms well supplied except for coffee. Saw young, middle aged, older, and family's with small children- EVERYBODY looked like having a good time. Two things- one morning fire alarm system tested for about an hour. Very loud speaker- wonder why cannot check b/t check in/checkout vs mid morning. Maybe fire dept controls and hotel does not have a choice. Other thing is somewhat trivial- hotel has very limited TV channels; missed The Walking Dead:( But wife could watch Oscars on other TV. Having 2 TVs a plus, even tho channel access limited.

Great location right on the beach. Large, comfortable rooms. The staff allowed me to check in a few hours early since they had a clean room ready. Nightly turn down service with chocolates on my pillow were a nice touch. Front desk staff was average. At best. At a hotel of this caliber I expected a lot more courtesy and friendliness. Broken shower. No available chairs at the pool TWO days in a row. No bellhop to carry my luggage. And no apologies when I told them about my underwhelming experience.
I know this might sound wired but the shower, hotel showers are usually bad but this one was great! Lots of pressure and never ran out of hot water. The king bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable.
Location was nice. Housekeeping and the valet were polite. Hotel construction was everywhere including the expensive beach front view I payed for. I was treated disrespectfully by the day manager. He lied to kayak about approval for an early checkout refund. We left anyways. The chair in our room was held together with gorilla glue, the a/c and fridge worked intermittently. Overall all of the inconveniences made it for a difficult first trip with our new baby. The hotel refers to itself as luxurious, but customer service and repairs to the inside of the rooms are greatly needed.

I loved that we got upgraded to a very large suite. It was a beautiful "apartment". Great hugh balcony. Nice finishes. I didn't like that there was nothing to cook with (despite the full kitchen). The kitchen was vey very dirty and I had to spend time cleaning it. Not what I want to do I vacation.
Location of the hotel is great, beautiful pool and patio, Great staff overall. The hotel is under heavy construction switching from Westin to Hilton So if you like the sound of pile drivers at 6h00am every morning.... Nothing was told or specified when we made our reservation that the hotel was a construction site!!! Not professional at all!
Worst cell and internet reception
THE beach, the room, the lobby I was charged for everything! Even charged for receiving a delivery package. At the end, it ended up being a very expensive hotel.

I stayed at this property 3 years ago. Then the hotel was a bit ragged and showing its age. Since Hilton has taken over they've done an amazing job fixing the hotel. It's pricey but I was on an expense account

Pool area is fantastic, beachfront hotel and staff were accomodating and most of them freindly. very expensive to buy anything at the hotel. Room was not perfect but the beach view was memorable!! Worth the extra $$. There was no free wifi even with the pricy room! not acceptable these days.
Excellent location, very nice pools and grounds, nice bathroom and comfortable beds, good TV selection, wonderful beach. Part of the hotel is under renovation and we could not go outside to our balcony. They were all locked and dirty from the reconstruction. We have stayed here about 5 yrs ago and everything was perfect. Everything is still very well kept ,but the hotel is starting to show signs of wear. So, the renovation is on time. Finish date is Fall 2016. I can't wait to see it. We will be back. Hotel very crowded and busy this holiday weekend.
Location of hotel, Rooms were nice Poor Customer Service 45 min line just to check into your room I understand it was Memorial Day weekend, but over staff and prepare for large crowds. We were a wedding and booked 95 rooms they did nothing to accommodate us. Trash was left in hallways for 2+ days Front desk wouldn't give us enough wrist bands for pool. I was overall shocked, very poor hospitality!

Very nice resort...free upgraded room on the 5th floor with view of the ocean. Staff was okay. Super beach and very tropical like. Close to shopping too. Restaraunt is very good but expensive. Bug (c-roach) in the room, moved the table to hunt it down and noted the table hadn't been moved for awhile...food/dirty carpet.
The property was gorgeous, classically elegant Florida. Low key and no overcrowding! The beach was beautifully maintained and the beAch staff - especially Lane were so nice and attentive! Restaurant service was spotty - the food was very good but even with low volume the service was not very attentive. We frequently waited a long time for service, had to ask for silverware, more water, etc.

private beach was excellent and location of hotel was quiet. pools were large and clean. food quality was good . to find hotel was not easy , located off small road in estate , no sign at road side. hotel adds 18% to bill as tip even if you are not happy with service and then asks for more ( bigger tip ). i want to tip how i though the service not an automatic tip by hotel staff.

The best part of the resort/hotel was location. Depending on what building you stay at, the beach was within walking distance. Also, many restaurants and activities weren't far away. We had to use our cell phones to call the front desk, because the speed dial numbers on the hotel phones would ring busy when we call. Also, called for a wake up call, which we never received. Housekeeping would not come or would come in the late afternoon, when we get back from our outings; often times the hallway and under the bed was not cleaned up. When we went to the beach, we were told to raise a flag (which was provided on a pole) when we would like to have bar staff come to see what we need. No one ever came to check on anyone on the beach. The resort fee (according to Delta Vacations) includes 2 beach chairs, 2 bottles of water, 2 signature drinks, 2-2hr bike rental, board games, sand toys, each day. However when asked, I was told the signature drinks were discontinued from the resort fee 2 years ago. Overall, the value for what we paid was not worth it, and do not plan on going back. The pictures from the website are not a good representation of facilities or service. Renovation can only improve appearance.
View Everything at this hotel is broken, elevators, phones, the Skywalk that takes you from one side to the other. The pool is small and there is only 1 bathroom for everyone, the line was at least half hour long all day. It was faster to walk the 2 blocks, cross traffic and climb the stairs to use the bathroom in your room than wait in line, or walk to the beach, which it seemed mist were doing, and use nature's facilities. They also charge $20 a day to park you car and another $20 for resort fees, I'm not sure where that money goes, since everything is broke and the pool is the almost the smallest I've ever seen at a hotel besides a few motel 8's.
Checked in at the B Ocean in Fort Lauderdale beach, the phone in the room wasn't working most of the time, staff said that they would send a tech to fix it, but no one never came. Ordered room service, waited two hours for them to tell me that the menu that was in the room was an outdated menu which they originally brought me when I had to order, cause there was no menu in the room, so it took me about 3 hours to get some dining in my room. And to have this room cleaned, I had to call at least twice to tell them to send someone to clean the room, and when they finally came, some supervisor came up to room 792 with an attitude to tell me that they were busy and that's why it took them so long. Overall, I will never stay at this hotel anymore, and recommended no one to stay here either. Service is extremely bad.
Beach access was nice, but there are better places to stay in the area Once we arrived, we were told we have to pay a huge resort fee. Everything you want to do costs extra. Parking was $35/night - which they don't disclose until you arrive.
The pool right on the beach are awesome. You can sit in the pool and watch the TVs at the pool bar. The mermaid show is great and I have seen it about 5 times now. We were not informed that it was under major renovation. The bar in our building didn't open until 5:30. There used to be two bars but one is now closed for renovation. Since there were no vending machines on the hall floors, if you wanted a soda or otherwise you only had one option. Walk out, across the parking lot to a different building (also under renovation) and go to the pool bar. I couldn't even find where breakfast was. If we were just informed of the renovations we would have simply waited a bit to go. I was so dissatisfied we probably wont go back.

Front desk was very kind and helpful. Gym was very nice and clean, but would recommend having antibacterial wipes/spray to clean equipment off after you use. Beach area was beautiful along with pool. Wish you guys had almond milk available in little breakfast area. In the hotel room, it did seem a little dirty. In the hallway down towards the room there was always a "funny" smell in the hallway that lasted the whole time. On the last day, we found a large toenail by bathroom door and was very dingy/dirty was adjoining door to the room next to us.

I booked a room at B Ocean Resort for NYE and the following night. First, I was assigned the wrong room in the wrong tower. The second day, our access card didn't work anymore, because the room was not properly registered as a back-to-back reservation. Second, while we ended up getting a room with lcean view, the sink wasn't properly working. Third, and the worst part about it, B Ocean Resort charger my credit card randomly with bills that I never signed off for. I had about 6 charges for random amounts on my bill, but had only signed one final bill at checkout. Lastly, the food is very expensive. For instance, we ordered one yoghurt as room service for breakfast and the bill, including taxes and tip was $20 (!) For a 4 stars "resort" I would expect way better service and staff, particularky considering their pricing. Billing my card with unauthorized charges is unacceptable!
My family has stayed in this hotel every year for five years over spring break. We have seen it transition from the Sheraton to B Ocean Resorts. It seems the hotel is less interested in families and more interested in catering to singles. 1. Loud music constantly played in the lobby even at 6:00 when you just want to quietly start your day with coffee and quiet. 2. Called room service and went straight to voice mail. Called again and they hung up. 3. The onsite restaurant, Naked Crab, had limited choices for kids and was very expensive.

Beautiful location. Staff were friendly and always willing to go out of there way. Clean and comfortable rooms. Loved pool restaurant. Access to the beach was perfect. You can see hotel is showing some age. Hard to listen to people talk about how they paid half your price to be there. Should be more consistent with price.

Design to the top. "W" stands for "Weird". The lobby is the "Living Room", the health club "Sweat", the pool is "Wet" and so on. Great glass shower in the middle of the room => do not share your room with someone you're not intimate with. Jelly fish tank in the restaurant with LED lights. Fur alligator on the bed with remote control in its mouth etc... I arrived on Saturday evening when the music in the "living room" (sic) was so loud, that I had to scream at the lady behind the reception to get heard. Also, the air condition was way too cold, up to a point where I got so cold in the bar, that I wouldn't have a drink.

Very friendly attentive staff No help offered with luggage or to find room or to work gadgets in room. AC set to 55 F on arrival -ridiculous waste of energy. Dirty spashes on wall took 3 days to remove. Room service took 70 minutes to deliver. woken at 2am on first night by alarm radio. Woken at 6-30 am on last night by wake up call to wrong room. Not enough elevators, long waits and crowded elevators. Little things, but at that high price it should be perfect.Not worth the extra for a south view. You still could not get sun on the balcony in March. View not much different to north view, but a big difference in price.

You can dress a hotel up as much as you like but at the end of the day it's the little things that matter. No amount of cool design and edgy décor can cover up shoddy (and rude!) service, uncomfortable beds, loud and difficult to control air conditioning, or disappointing food and drink. The check in staff was rude, the cocktail waitress was rude and slow, the food at breakfast was cold, my room was hot and cold, and the bed had been made by someone who doesn't believe in tucking in a fitted sheet to eliminate wrinkles. Even at half the price it was a rip off.

Balcony. Was able to check in at 9 am Ordered 95 dollar room service. Filet and wings. Filet extra burnt. Wings dry and trash. Complained. Got no credit. Needed fridge to store insulin called and received 4 hours later. Asked for towels at night waited 2 hours to shower. Worst

I checked in on Christmas Day of 2016!!! Staff overcharged my checking and ruined our Christmas Day. Booked through Kayak and prepaid. Checked in at the hotel and account was charged AGAIN. Horrible experience. The manager did give us 10,000 bonus points for the stay--try booking a hotel stay with IHG points. That will not even you get you one night a Holiday Inn. I would recommend paying in CASH!

I would say everything was excellent front desk service ,,staff, room cleanliness enough towels excellent house keeping, great restaurant on same building which it was awesome Ugh the parking it was 10 dollars which is not that bad But it's in the same building and parking spots are super tight and not enough due to car rental company has a whole floor

We loved the pool and deck area. So nice and relaxing. The free airport/cruise shuttle was awesome and timely. The only negative was that our TV didn't work. They sent a repair man but he couldn't repair it.
Typically we love Westin hotels. This hotel should not be allowed to carry that name. The first issue was that the hotel was dirty. Not just our room but all of it. Elevators were slow and old. Lobey was not clean. The pool was nice but the health club was dirty. The hot tub was broken. The restarunt was way over priced for quality of food. We were very disappointed.
One of the easiest check-ins I have ever had.. Friendly staff and beautiful room. There was hardly any I disliked regarding my stay... Maybe more premium cable TV channels?

Location was great. Maria at the lobby bar was fantastic. The rooms and hallways smelled musky and smokey. Asked for a champagne bucket and flutes and they never arrived. Toiletries were not replaced everyday. Called to request a late check out and I was given a very scripted speech and followed by a hang-up. Went to the pool around 5pm and there were not towels available. Pool bar/ restaurant was nowhere to be seen, even though there were menus laying around.
