Cons: If you sleep late, after a certain time you can't order breakfast anymore.
Pros: Very nice. Clean and spacious rooms. Loved the jacuzzi jet bath tub
Cons: The bed was uncomfortable
Pros: Sauna and hot tub
Pros: Nice and clean hotel
Cons: Have to pay extra for breakfast!!!
Pros: Everything was perfect !

Cons: Balcony is not really a balcony
Mold in bathroom
Found black hair and dirt under the bed sheets it looked like someone used the bed sheets before
Pros: I booked 3 nights here with my girlfriend. This hotel seemed like the best deal in the area as far as wanting an ocean view and a balcony. The fridge in the room was a great plus, we were able to buy drinks and snacks to keep in the room. The beds were comfortable, although extremely warm, just turn the thermostat way down before going to bed. The restaurants in the hotel were very good for breakfast and lunch.
Cons: The night desk person was very rude. We got back to the hotel one night around 11:30pm and wanted to know if room service was still available or if any of the restaurants were still serving. We waited at the desk for a few minutes before finally calling the hotel from one of our cell phones. The night desk person came out of the back to answer the phone, which was us standing there waiting on her. She rudely told us that she had too much work to do and could not stay at the desk. I would understand going to the back room around 3-5am, but this was 11:30 at night, people were still coming and going, bars and restaurants in the area were still open. I suggest this hotel give this person work they can do while at the desk.
Pros: You can't get any closer to the beach than this and there are restaurants within walking distance making it perfect.
Cons: The only small downside is that the underside of the duvet covers are a bit slippery so they kept falling off the bed throughout the night.
Pros: The hotel has really become special ever since it was taken over by Wyndham. They did an amazing job cleaning the property up and making a top notch hotel. The staff is fantastic and the rooms are comfortable offering amazing views of the ocean. A perfect place for anyone looking for a place to escape the winter up north without having to go to Miami or Fort Lauderdale.
Cons: Not a big complaint but the pool could be a little bigger. When you have some kids in there it can feel a little small.

Pros: The property was very nice...green and lush...great golf. The hotel staff was very friendly and nice.
Cons: The restaurant/stake house - I think it is a Michael Mina restaurant - the service was horrible...worst I have had for the price point ...and I have dined at a lot of places around the world. I will definitely go back to the resort but I will not eat at the restaurant.
Pros: Great location! Beautiful view of the golf course, especially from the balcony. As the hotel is a little dated, the rooms are gigantic. I would consider coming back in the future.
Cons: Hotel is a bit dated, but well kept. Valet services takes long, so make sure to ask for your car 10/15 min before you need it. Be aware that there is a $12 fee for room service. Very few hotels charge this type of fee, since we are already paying a premium for the food.
Pros: Almost everything. We love this place, everybody is so kind and the landscap is beaultifull.
The breakfeast is superb. The rooms are spacious and very confortable.
Cons: The matress was old and deformed. Need to be replaced urgently. Doesn't macht with the hotel category.

Cons: No hot water in the shower or sink! Compensation & apology were totally inadequate.
Pros: Nice sized, fairly clean room.
Cons: Staff was all over the place, removed our ac remote control, came into the room and opened windows while we were out, almost towed my car.
Great low cost option. Love that there is a hostel and hotel! Will definitely book there again. Maybe I was just lucky, but they seem to have good rules which prevent the 'party hardy' hostel crowd. We found it quiet and enjoyable. Even though it's on a main road, traffic was not loud.
Pros: Location is PERFECT! Dennis is a sweetie and a great host.
Cons: I wish there had been some daily cleaning - it gets pretty sandy - but the room and facility was very clean, overall.
At The Hotel Deauville, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Bonnet House Museum and Gardens and Hugh Taylor Birch State Park. You can splash around at the outdoor pool, grab a bite to eat at the coffee shop/café, or unwind with a drink at the bar/lounge. Other highlights include a terrace and a garden.
Cons: I'm surprised there wasn't a pay-toilet! Extra for everything.
Pros: Located on beach near Birch Park. Kayaks, paddle boards, lounge chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc available on beach for guests. Valets, check in folks, & staff in general excellent. Rooms nice with good layout and generally quiet. Maid service okay- did not clean our room one day, even tho gone during mid day for about 3.5 hours- not really a biggie as rooms well supplied except for coffee. Saw young, middle aged, older, and family's with small children- EVERYBODY looked like having a good time.
Cons: Two things- one morning fire alarm system tested for about an hour. Very loud speaker- wonder why cannot check b/t check in/checkout vs mid morning. Maybe fire dept controls and hotel does not have a choice. Other thing is somewhat trivial- hotel has very limited TV channels; missed The Walking Dead:( But wife could watch Oscars on other TV. Having 2 TVs a plus, even tho channel access limited.
Pros: Beautiful ,quaint ,romantic hotel on the beach. Nostalgic luxury. Our new go to vacation Resort!
Cons: Bathroom could use some attention to the grout. Little mold here and there. Overall still an excellent place to stay.
Pros: Our room was spacious and the view was gorgeous! The balcony off our room and on the back of the resort was great. We really enjoyed eating and having a few drinks out there. The resort's beach was very nice and the guys that worked the beach stand were very attentive. All of the staff were very friendly as well. We had a great time!
Cons: The bar closes at 11:30pm, which seemed kind of earlier. We were there at close Saturday night and there was at least 30 people in there still wanting to stay at close.
Pros: I absolutely loves this place. Great location, friendly staff, amazing food. And the beds were xtremely comfortable.
Cons: Parking was a bit expensive. $30/night
Pros: The rooms are a bit dates but beautiful, and the location, staff and amenities more than make up for it!
A premier beachfront location combined with award winning service is awaiting you at our Fort Lauderdale resort. Private balconies with sweeping ocean views, oceanfront dining and pool with a lazy river and private beach provide the perfect sanctuary to escape. A central location to area attractions and businesses makes our location a popular choice for leisure and business travelers alike.
Pros: Loved the look of the hotel. Very modern and beautiful.
Cons: The toilet did not work upon arrival. Called twice to get it fixed, but did not get fixed. Had to go to first floor from 6th everytime toilet use was in need. Definitely not happy about that.
Pros: Pretty sure the housekeeping folded my clothes. That's weird.
Cons: Didn't quite follow the card provided for green housekeeping. Hung towels still replaced. Would have been alright with them being left to reuse.
Pros: Room was very clean and had a number of thoughtful touches. The staff was thoughtful and very caring. I have stayed at many high end hotel chains and the Rennaisance is exceptional for comfort and service.
Cons: There is nothing I didn't like. I will be staying at the Rennaisance again.
Pros: All the staff was very friendly and they did anything to accommodate you. The manager on duty on 02/14 was excellent. When he was told about our inconveniences, he went out of his way and gave us a refund from our expenses and on top of that gave us free breakfast to go.
Cons: Did not receive room service at all. Had to ask for towels every time.
Pros: We made a very last minute booking when we missed our flight due to delays in the Florida Keys. We chose the Renaissance because it was close to the airport without being on top of it.
We were welcomed like we were long anticipated guests and made to feel totally comfortable. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms clean and cozy.
We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.
Cons: There wasn't anything to dislike.
Pros: Excellent front desk service

Pros: Very good breakfast! Wide selection with hot eggs, biscuits and gravy, hotcakes, fruit, etc. I was very surprised. The price was fair. The room was nice too
Cons: I didn't like the attitude of the cleaning lady that kept tapping on my door (with the do not disturb sign clearly displayed) at 9 am. Then opening the door and asking me if I was checking out. I told her I wasn't checking out until 11 am which is when check out was. Very rude.
Pros: Room was clean, continental breakfast is complimentary, free airport shuttle
Cons: We had to wait in the hotel lobby about 40 minutes past the check-in time of 3 pm. We arrived over an hour early due to our airport schedule and notified the hotel in advance when we would be arriving. The room still wasn't ready by their promise time! The staff was rude the entire stay and offered no apology or explanation for the lateness. We scheduled our return shuttle to the airport the night before and the shuttle was not ready on time! We had to wait close to 15 minutes after the scheduled time. Again, no apology or explanation.

Pros: Location was nice. Housekeeping and the valet were polite.
Cons: Hotel construction was everywhere including the expensive beach front view I payed for. I was treated disrespectfully by the day manager. He lied to kayak about approval for an early checkout refund. We left anyways. The chair in our room was held together with gorilla glue, the a/c and fridge worked intermittently. Overall all of the inconveniences made it for a difficult first trip with our new baby. The hotel refers to itself as luxurious, but customer service and repairs to the inside of the rooms are greatly needed.
Cons: No housekeeping
No available chairs, etc for the beach
Pros: Great location. Comfortable bed and room.
Cons: Dated and worn out furniture and kitchen cabinets.
Pros: Nice large room and decor
Hotel Pool and Lobby are very nice
Restaurants are fun
Cons: Missing remote, room service book, etc. upon arrival and took about 45 min to bring it up.
Food prices on room service menu.
View of construction site with blocked view of ocean on "oceanview room"
Pros: Great location right on the beach. Large, comfortable rooms. The staff allowed me to check in a few hours early since they had a clean room ready. Nightly turn down service with chocolates on my pillow were a nice touch.
Cons: Front desk staff was average. At best. At a hotel of this caliber I expected a lot more courtesy and friendliness. Broken shower. No available chairs at the pool TWO days in a row. No bellhop to carry my luggage. And no apologies when I told them about my underwhelming experience.
Pros: I have stayed at the Atlantic twice and there is literally nothing one could not like about this hotel.
Cons: That my trip was not longer :)
Pros: I know this might sound wired but the shower, hotel showers are usually bad but this one was great! Lots of pressure and never ran out of hot water.
Cons: The king bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable.
Pros: The service, food and staff were amazing
Cons: Can't think of anything

Pros: the rooms were very nice and clean. The bathroom wasthe best! Had a really nice walk in shower and plenty of hot water. The sinks were very luxurious and the pull out mirror was a really nice touch. I didn't use both t.v.'s but nice touch. The king size was bed was comfortable.
Cons: Wish I could of stayed longer.
Pros: The room was very nice and comfortable and nicely decorated. It was a very pleasant experience.
Cons: The closet was hard to access. There should have been a light in the closet. It was hard to see what was inside.
Pros: I found everything I needed. Laundry, detergent, breakfast, etc.
Cons: I liked everything.!!
Pros: Room was superb. Furnishings and decor top notch. In a word: Extraordinary!

Cons: I did not like that there was no room service
Pros: Our stay at the Grand Beach Hotel Surfside West was one of the nicest hotel experiences we have ever had. We were impressed with the lovely décor, the immaculate appearance of the lobby, the friendliness of the staff, and the size and amenities of our room. We were attending the Seidner-Sakin wedding and had booked through Bookings.com. There was a problem in the room with several reservations in regards to the type of beds that were being offered. We contacted the Hotel Manager, Andrew, and he straightened out the reservations in a professional and courteous manner. We also were given the use of the Grand Beach Hotel's beach and other facilities. The beach and the service of it's staff were helpful and attentive. We enjoyed several meals at the restaurant and found the food to be delicious and quite varied. We plan on returning for a vacation in the future and would highly recommend this hotel. We consider this a 5 out of 5 and a true find!
Pros: For us this hotel was a splurge but it was really lovely. Staff was uniformly kind and attentive. Roof top pools on both buildings were nice. We frequented the main building roof top pool and the chaise lounges on the beach. Room was very nice for three close adult friends (two baths, two beds, one pull out couch).
Complimentary 8 am roof top yoga on the main building was a special treat. Many thanks to Melody for the class (and a great restaurant recommendation).
It is north if South Beach, if that is what you are looking for but a quick Uber, cab, or even rented city bicycles can get you there.
At Grand Beach Hotel Surfside West, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Aventura Mall. Guests can take a dip in one of 2 outdoor pools, and the spa tub makes for a relaxing end to the day. Rooms offer up nice touches like iPod docks, premium bedding, and bathrobes.
Pros: Nice big room, very clean, staff was very nice! Loved the Pawnbroker rooftop bar/restaurant....great atmosphere! Close to Bayfront Park area and Brickell Avenue and Marlins Park.
Cons: No ice machine on floor and had to get ice from room service. The regular restaurant was closed for renovations. They charged a hotel fee for their continental breakfast even if you didn't eat breakfast.
Cons: The location is terrible nothing to do around there. Customer service is terrible very rude staff especially in the restaurant. Will never stay there again.
Cons: There was nothing open including room service and there was a dead cockroach in our room.
Pros: The Langford is absolutely beautiful and I loved its character! They managed to maintain a lot of its unique architecture with modern touches. The downtown location was convenient for all of the things we wanted to do.
Cons: I didn't like the breakfast situation. When I booked online, it said out breakfast would be included, however, when we went upstairs the first morning we were immediately accosted about our breakfast coupons and then told we could only have the pastries, coffee, and orange juice, since we didn't have the coupons. I'm 6 months pregnant and had my 1 year old daughter with us, so this was very frustrating. But there were several options within walking distance. Also, we wanted to use the sky lobby while we were there, but there was some kind of model casting going on all day both days we were there so it was packed.
Pros: The staff was incredibly friendly and accomodating. The rooms were smaller, but clean and chicly decorated. PB station had delicious food and the rooftop bar was fun!
Pros: How courteous the doormen and front desk employees were, great shower. Nice comfy bed.
Cons: Apparently requesting a second bucket of ice is an unreasonable request. Not according to the front desk but to whoever tells the person that actually comes to your door. This was off putting to say the least.
Located 4 mi (6.4 km) from the airport, The Langford Hotel features a rooftop terrace and puts you just a 5-minute drive from Miami Convention Center. The rooftop bar is a great place to grab a drink, and guests looking for a bite to eat can check out PB Station, which serves American cuisine and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Rooms at this upscale hotel offer up nice touches like iPod docks, premium bedding, and bathrobes.
Pros: I stayed there June 2th to 4th.Hotel Employee was very profecional. When I got to my room it was very clean. MY FAVORITE THINGS WAS BREAKFAST FOR ME AND I DID NOT HAVE TO TRAVEL TO GO LOOK FOR FOOD. PLEASE KEEP ON DOING EXCELENT WORK. I WILL COME BACK AGA
Cons: I love everything about this hotel, outstanding WORK. I AM TRYING TO FIND THE SAME HOTEL IN SARASOTA CLOSE TO BEACH FOR NEXT WEEK. HOPEFULLY, I WILL FIND THE SAME HOLIDAY INN WITH BREAKFAST TO STAY FOR 3 DAYS.
Pros: The room was nice and clean.
Cons: The first day we had no hot water. For showering. Very unpleasant considering I had to wash in cold water . I asked the front desk for a refund for the inconvenience but no response.
Pros: the breakfast is very good.
Cons: hard to find the entrance to the hotel at night. you have to go to a side street to get into the drive way. . .poorly lighted entrance too.
Pros: The wonderful lavish breakfast.the courteous staff. All the amenities promised on booking were provided. Above all ver hi fi locality location. Love to go again n again.
Cons: Everything was good ! There was nothing to dislike !
The hotel is in a nice part of town, close to everywhere, has great staff, great service and gives you a lot for your money.
Pros: The cleanliness was amazing! Everything smelled fresh and clean everywhere we went... The breakfast was also great, as it included hot foods as well as the continental breakfast. Totally satisfied!
Cons: The shower could have better water pressure, but everything was great!
Cons: There was not a close by CVS or Walgreens
Pros: The hotel had cookies until Thursday. The hotel had laundry facilities for the guests.
Cons: We almost got scolded in the shower...we asked that something be done about it, but nothing was done to fix the problem. The pool is located along a very busy, noisy road. The room was not done until very late afternoon twice...need more cleaning staff.
Cons: Unclean, poor bathroom setup
Pros: Everything was a nice smooth process.
Cons: It was more expensive than it should have been. Bathroom was a bit out dated.
Pros: It's just another hotel
Cons: I left my iPad in the room and it was gone after they came to put a cot in... I bartered it for breakfast
Pros: This hotel is Extremely Clean. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast is very nice. It should be a 3 star. Doesn't make a 4 star due to the location is isolated by other businesses but Very Safe.
Pros: Breakfast full breakfast
Cons: the breakfast a full breakfast area
Sunny Fort Lauderdale Offers Hotel's Guests Opportunity Whether you are coming to Ft Lauderdale for business embarking on a beach vacation or planning a casino date with Lady Luck the place to
Just 1.4 mi (2.3 km) from the airport, ME Miami features a rooftop terrace and puts you within a 10-minute drive of Port of Miami and Vizcaya Museum and Gardens. After a dip in one of 2 outdoor pools, guests can grab a bite to eat at STK, which serves American cuisine and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Rooms at this upscale hotel offer up nice touches like deep soaking tubs, iPod docks, and premium bedding.
Cons: Memorabilia from Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis Jr
Pros: It was nice being on the beach. The pool area is beautiful.
Cons: The rooms are dated. No recent upgrades.
Cleanliness is questionable. Everything is super expensive on the property. $12 for a ginger ale, $10 for a bottle of water, and $30 for an alcoholic beverage on the beach.
Doesn't make sense when you are supplied with the most generic soap, shampoo, and conditioner in your room. Nothing is beautiful in the actual hotel rooms. Only the amenities, restaurants, lobby, and pool areas are aesthetically Pleasing. I will not stay there ever again.
Pros: Everything you needed was at the hotel
Cons: The beds were very uncomfortable making it hard for me to enjoy my stay there. with the money you pay for the hotel the beds should be comfortable, giving you an at home feeling. The suite rooms we were in smelled very old
Pros: Location was excellent. The staff was very welcoming and incredibly helpful. The buildings are beautiful and everything was easy to use and easy to navigate. Overall the best hotel experience by far!
Cons: N/A-Very impressed with everything!
Pros: The hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable
Cons: The staff is unfriendly and rude. They constantly remind you of what you "can" or "cannot" do as if you are in an airport. They have an extremely poor customer service as a whole. I travel to
Miami quite often and there are plenty of other 5-star hotels on Miami Beach that in my opinion have better customer service and are not filled with juvenile delinquent guests.
Pros: Stayed in the Chateau tower which was better than Versailles.
Cons: It's a bit north of South Beach but not too bad.
Pros: Location, room ,restorants,everything
Cons: Fees for beech furniture rent
Pros: Pool and spa nicely designed
Cons: Got there and found there were nerds and lipstick on the carpet as well as a big wet mark. I called front desk to see if the room had been cleaned and they said they didn't known but they could connect me to house keeping to see if I could get someone to come clean it. I said "can't you do that" she just said would u like me to give you house keeping number or not. Then on Kayak it soecifically says on some options "no breakfast w this deal" so I picked the higher price option bc it did not say that. I get to hotel and they tell me
Breakfast is not included. Then I try to go to spa and they charge me more money even after I showed them
My Kayak reservstion says spa included. Later that night I come back to the room to find it was never cleaned. I wouldn't even have complained about any of this had I not paid over $400 for the one night I stayed here.
Pros: The property is amazing! The pools are great - got a little crowded on the long weekend - but very enjoyable. We had an oceanfront room and the views were breathtaking.
The beach access was really good and you got free beach chairs.
Its a little away from south beach and all the shops and restaurants - but we knew that going in.
Room service was not up to par - they routinely forgot to replenish our coffee/ sugar.
Cons: The food was just OK - and the price for food and drinks was exorbitant.
Valet only parking and it was $45 per day!!
Cons: The pool is closed very early
Pros: Amazing hotel. A little bit of a struggle to get a pool chair in the morning, but the room and views were spectacular
Cons: A little far from all the excitement in south beach
Pros: Beautiful hotel
great night life

Cons: The service specially for the breakfast was very poor
Cons: EVERYTHING. I would not stay here, they are not accomodating, the staff is rude and inconsiderate. There sheets were terrible, and the room was dirty.
Pros: The staff is friendly and accumulating. Easy access to beach front. Updated lobby and rooms. Near liquor store.
Cons: Don't worth the $200+ a night rate I paid. It looks and feels like an old Holiday Inn that was renovated. The view from the rooms of the beach is only a half view as the building is blocking the rest. The carpet was stained. The shower had mold on the grout and caulked in areas. The A/C only kicked on when it wanted to. The pool is the size of an above-ground pool. I paid the rate because the reviews and pictures looked appeasing but it turned out to be a front. Also, it is not an adult only hotel; many, many families present and being very loud and obnoxious. 2-star rating. Only stay here if you find a rate for under $100 a night. Very, very disappointed.
Pros: This was a great place to stay. It was very nice and looked more modern than
most of the hotels on the strip.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Most rooms had a beautiful view of the ocean! The higher your room the better.
Beds were very comfy.
Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator, ice bucket, 4 glasses, safe, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner/bath gel
dispenser in shower, iron/board, mirrors on the closet doors, 2 bottles of water daily
They also offered 2 welcome drinks from the bar upon arrival, free beach towels and 2 free beach chairs
The location of this hotel was good for us. It is located at the corner of A1A and
The beach was right across the street and this section of the beach wasn't as
We did not need to rent a car. There was plenty of things within a block
surrounding the hotel.
There was a Thai sushi place, 24hr pizza place, Mediterranean/Vegan spot,
deli/sandwich shop, ice cream, popcorn, Subway, 7 Eleven.
There were also several souvenir shops, a pub and a couple of other small
We rented a scooter from Fun Rentals right behind the hotel so we could explore
a little further. Great transportation without paying for valet parking.
We also used the beach shuttle ($3/person).
Other transportation options include Trolley ($1/ride), City bus (bus stop right out
front), cab, Uber, bike rentals.
The nightlife is about a mile south of the hotel (30 min walk) on A1A.
The Galleria mall was about 1/2 mile west on Sunrise blvd...not far at all.
Overall this was a great place and we would stay here again.
Cons: The pool was sort of small though.
I would have liked a microwave as well though.
Restaurant in hotel was kind of expensive so we never ate there.
Pros: Great view, location - nice rooms. Bed was way too comfortable!
Pros: The personal are professional and very polite.
Pros: The woman at the front counter was extremely helpful and friendly. She immediately saw our daughter who is two and offered to have us a crib sent up immediately. Hotel restaurant server was also excellent. Gave us great service and the food was great.
Cons: Seemed a little too "uppity" for our family. It always seemed as if someone was looking for a tip. My husband went down to get a luggage cart to take our bags downstairs and the guy wouldn't let him have the cart. Said it was a "liability". I've been to a lot of hotels and always used my own luggage cart. It's not a liability for heavens sake. It just means someone won't get a tip. Also the bed was not very comfortable but that's just a personal opinion. It could be very comfortable to someone else.
Pros: Very comfortable bed. Rooms are nice. Location to beach is great.
Cons: Parking cost is $30/night. You can hear every sound through the door.
Pros: Room and view was wonderful! Staff was helpful, and the pool was relaxing. Loved the love music at the pool.
Cons: Breakfast at the hotel resturant cost us a pretty penny.
Pros: Friendly staff,clean,close to beach.
Cons: Nothing negative
Pros: Great location. Great last minute deal thru Kayak. I will definitely stay again.
Cons: My room was RIGHT BY THE ELEVATOR... bad move. You hear everythjbg coming in and out. Also, the chef... Well, let's just say the meal I had wSnt great. Actually, it wasn't good either.
With an ideal location overlooking the golden sands of 7-mile-long Fort Lauderdale Beach, the new Sonesta Fort Lauderdale helps you soak in southern Florida
Cons: didn't clean the room once in four days
put an unauthorized charge on my account after check-out
room faced the loading dock and was incredibly noisy
Pros: No thing
Cons: It to many dogs and Pet in the hotel it's like zoo or farms
Pros: Drove with my family of 5 from Chicago to Disney and then Miami. Juergen at the front desk noticed our exhaustion and placed us in a beautiful 2br that truly salvaged our sanity! Amazing views, huge amounts of space and total luxury! I became a Hilton Honors member due to Juergens customer care! Thank you
Cons: House keeping and room service dropped the ball however I believe it was due to being in the condo section rather than the hotel end.

Pros: - proximity to Miami
-Fridge in room
-Hot delicious breakfast (including pancakes)
-Cleanliness of room
Cons: -had a little difficulty getting around that town due to the "upper class" gated communities near the hotel
Pros: Staff was nice and friendly
Cons: Wasn't a big fan of the room location. The room was located on the first floor and I could hear all the noise and chatter from the front desk and dining area.
