The hotel is nothing like the pictures!!! It’s in a great location to the highway and close to places to eat BUT Im not a fan of doors that are on the outside of the building and we had a lot of foot traffic in front of our door. For one night it was great. Comfy bed, clean room, etc but wouldn’t want to stay there multiple nights.

Cons (-) The bed had hair in it. The elevator was broken. The safe was broken. The overall room was unsatisfactory.

Pros (+) The morning staff - friendly and helpful and refunded my service dog fee.
Cons (-) The night staff was rude and charged me extra for my service dog!

Pros (+) It was a good price.
Cons (-) The hotel was extremely dirty. There were empty beer bottles in the hallways, wrappers and dirt under the bed and it smelled like manure. It was absolutely disgusting. The pool was actually green. It was super loud. The sink was broken along with the door. Would not reccomend anyone to stay here.

Cons (-) Items mentioned above and mgt just kept saying she was by herself and seemed overwhelmed with problems. I asked her to call maintenance. They finally arrived and we're able to make a temporary repair around 10:30 pm.

Pros (+) I had a good 3 nights in Birmingham at this Days Inn. The staff was courteous and helpful. The rooms were decently clean and the bed was comfortable. Most importantly I didn't see a single bug while I was there.
Cons (-) The last two nights I had noisy neighbors. Not a huge deal but annoying nonetheless. It would have been nice to know that my room was a conjoined room ahead of time. That was a little annoying but again not a big deal, the door was thick and had a deadbolt.

Cons (-) The internet didnt work with the phone, the bed splited in half, the pillows were small they were the size of a coach pillow, the hroom didnt have a sign to say the staff that i didnt want house keeping they knock my door 2 times while sleeping and they open rhe door while i was sleeping, there was problem between the staff police was involved, problem between the staff and costumers they call peo...
