Pros (+) The guy who checked me in was friendly and personable. Also Maids were very friendly and helpful to guests when I witnessed interactions.
Cons (-) The rooms carpet wasn’t completely clean when I got there, left over debri from whoever was there before. Beds were crazy firm. I know the buildings older but I could hear most anything from Hallway to other rooms. Take what you will from the opinion.

Pros (+) I had a power-snafu at my new apartment and rather than be stressed I just checked myself into a hotel until I could work it out. The only things I wanted were easy parking and the white duvet rather than the weird plasticy motel kind. This looks like a recently remodeled property. Very clean, reasonably quiet, good sized room. Very clean bathroom with good water pressure and hot water. I will abs...

Pros (+) The hotel was in close proximity to Canal Park and Downtown Duluth. It was clean and the staff were very nice. Our group had two rooms with two queen sized beds and the rooms were a good size. The rooms had small fridges which was really nice.

Cons (-) The bathroom was terrible small and not clean. Front desk guy was not very helpful, seemed we were bothering him when we checked in...he was the older guy, and the beds were worn out...and our sheets were not clean the first night we stayed...odd
