Pros: staff very helpful, hotel nicely run
Staff went above and beyond to help us - Was a nice comfortable stay.
Pros: Location to China Town and Exhibition Street was fantastic.
Cons: There is Free Wifi all over the city at shops and cafe's, etc.., why hotels (including the Marriott Brand hotels) continue to charge ridiculous prices for wifi in the hotel room is beyond me.

Pros: Was set for a pickup at hotel from tour company and when they were not there concierge took charge of situation by locating and calling all 3 direct numbers available until he got ahold of someone. Timing was critical as missing a tour has its own bucket of problems because of his urgency response the tour was located and all proper arrangements were honored. He was solid.
Excellent location views breakfast
Cons: Wifi did not work in room. Acoustics from outside in.
Mattress was uneven in firmness.
Cons: Cleanliness, staff attitude

Cons: This motel advertised free wifi. The wifi was a hot spot that was located near the game room area. Therefore there was no wifi in our room. Very disappointing as we had a lot of research to do for our travels.
Cons: No internet despite being advertised
No front desk after 5pm to solve issues
Thin walls - could hear the neighbors
Cheapest construction possible -

Pros: Proximity to all sites in CBD, Victoria Market, free public transportation. Friendliness, helpfulness, knowledge of staff. Kitchenette & amenities. Comfort of room & bed. Room size. Modern bathroom. All appliances & plumbing worked properly.
Cons: Long waits for lift (and always crowded). Erratically working (or non-working) in-room Wi-Fi. Not enough sugar packets for tea or coffee. Housekeeping service generally did not arrive until 3-4 pm.
Pros: The room was great as was the service of hotel staff. Nice view and nice location since quiet but close to central business district and trams.
Cons: Restaurant closes pretty early.
Pros: Superb location; nice rooms; excellent lap pool.
Cons: Walls paper-thin, can hear neighbors' conversation. Housekeeping often took until late afternoon to clean room; they do a good job, but clearly need additional workers.
Pros: Kitchen/pots/pans etc. Bed was comfortable. Service was great. Staff did not bother me much at all which is what I prefer, but when I did have a question they were on point and quick to resolve my issue.
Cons: No bathtub, and the room heated up very quickly without AC blasting the entire time.

Pros: Great location within a walking distance from the aquarium, Eureka tower, river promenade, Docklands, Federation square, grocery stores, restaurants, and a tram stop. The apartment was clean, had a nice design and was furnished with everything one needs. Staff was friendly. We have enjoyed our stay very much. We would stay here again.
Pros: The staff was lovely. Very helpful, able to call me a cab quickly. Answered all of my questions promptly.
Cons: It isn't a great experience for tired, international travelers. I was disappointed that there was only one power converter for lease and it was taken. The room felt dark, cramped and outdated, and the nearby train track was extremely noisy. The surrounding area was very run down with few decent dining options, and I was surprised at how different the city was walking only a few blocks toward the convention center.
Within the building you can take a dip in the heated indoor pool, work out in the gym, or relax in the sauna. You can order room service meals and snacks from neighboring Cafe Keyif, and when it's time to leave you can arrange for a shuttle to the airport.
