Very clean. Tv great. Easy access & location good. Nice staff.
Pillows bad. Shower handle loose.
We stayed at the Hyatt for several nights in August of 2015. Zoe, Melaku, and Kyle took EXCELLENT care of us. Kudos to all of you!! The room was impeccably clean and the bed was so comfy! We were amazed at how soundproof the room was. We heard NOTHING. The view of downtown Denver was beautiful too. We loved the location of the Hyatt and were able to walk to practically anything we wanted to do. Downtown is full of great shopping, excellent food and beer, and very friendly patrons. We can't wait to come back!
We were a little disappointed in the parking fee. We don't travel much so maybe a high parking fee is normal. We just were a little surprised.
Location was great! 27th floor bar was beautiful and lobby was great!
Bathroom tub didn't drain. There should be an outdoor pool!
Although my boyfriend and I didn't want to spend much on our road trip passing through Denver, I'm glad we spent some extra money and stayed here. Great location and view. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel bar was fun and staff was very friendly. Enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay again!
Pricey self park, although most hotels in the area have similar parking prices.
Location, décor and friendly staff
the people in the neighboring room came back to their room late and were loud for a while.
The room was upgraded to mountain view free of charge. Also was provided free internet access in room. All staff were friendly and helpful. Very enjoyable stay. Look forward to returning.
The bar staff at the lobby bar were slow and not very friendly. We were greeted by 2 staff before the bartender finally took our order. Very slow service. The Peaks Bar and Altitude restaurant staff were outstanding.
Staff was friendly at front desk and the location is perfect if you need to be near the convention center or want to go out on the town.
Fee for parking was $28 for the first night. Pool was really outdated and didn't match the rest of the workout facility or hottub area. Shower floor was slimy in room.
Everyone was professional, friendly, and helpful we had a great stay and will definitely return.
I loved the proximity to the Convention Center (I was there for DCC) as well as the 16th Street Mall. The hot tub was also really nice.
Price of the food in the Altitude restaurant, although it was not unexpected that it was expensive.
Regency Club was great for relaxing and getting a quick snack or breakfast.
