The breakfast was great! Loved the breakfast! Good coffee too!
The carpet in the room was in poor shape. The soap dispenser was empty. The on/off switch on hair dryer was broken. It took over an hour to get these things corrected. It definitely was not a 4 star hotel.
Centrally located to most of the things we wanted to do and easy to walk around. The breakfast was excellent.
I booked two rooms for my family. At check in I was asked if I would like both rooms to have 2 beds. I responded that it was ok if one of the rooms only had one bed. I didn't realize that we would not have a refrigerator or microwave and the room was much smaller.
I stayed there just one night, everything was ok.
Location was key to my stay.
Front desk staff the evening of arrival directed me to a room number that didn't exist in the hotel. A previously filed tax-exempt status request was denied because the Denver location required paperwork in addition to that requested by the national/regional office.
Room was a tight squeeze for 4 people each with their own suitcase. Beds were also a little right for two people.
