The Space: The Room: The Curtis Park Club is a small boutique hotel located in the heart of RiNo, a vibrant neighborhood in Denver, Colorado. Notorious Outlaw is inspired by everyone’s favorite outlaw — Jesse James. The one bedroom, one bathroom space is one of our larger available rooms. The room is the third of nine and is located in the interior of the building. Inside the room, you’ll find a queen bed, lounge area with TV, and a breakfast area near the fireplace. The lounge area is one of our personal favorites — it will truly be a delight for anyone who snags the room. Whether you’re on the go or planning to stay in, you will find everything you need in the Notorious Outlaw during your stay. The Space: Upon entering through the front gate, guests will be immersed in the elegance of The Curtis Park Club. The front lawn is beautifully landscaped with lush greenery and communal areas for guests to eat a delicious lunch from a local eatery. Looking for outdoor adventure? There are several boutiques and local restaurants steps away from The Curtis Park Club. For natural homebodies, there are two indoor communal areas. The downstairs communal area is smaller, but beautifully decorated with perfect seating for five guests. Upstairs, there is a larger communal area that seats twelve to fourteen. In these inside communal areas, guests are welcomed to interact with other travelers, indulge in a novel, or take photos with their friends. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire home and common areas throughout the property. The Neighborhood: Nestled in the heart of Denver, Colorado, our charming hotel is located in the RiNo District and offers the perfect home base for your Mile High City adventure. Getting Around: For those who do not have their own car, I recommend utilizing Lyft or Uber. There is also a few community share programs for cars, such as Turo and Car2Go. We have augmented our already industry-leading cleaning and disinfecting protocol in order to put our guests at ease. You’ll have your own space to unwind, unplug and escape the news of the day. We have outfitted our cleaning crews with EPA recommended household disinfectants to prevent the spreading of viruses and bacteria. *** IMPORTANT PROPERTY UPDATES *** • We no longer serve complimentary breakfast. • There is a complimentary coffee and tea bar in the common areas as well as Eldorado Spring Water. • The hotel has an on-site manager who lives on the property grounds. The hotel also has security cameras in the lobby, upstairs common area, and the exterior of the property. *** The listing states it can accommodate up to 2 individuals. If you plan on traveling with more than 2 guests, please inquire within to reserve an airbed for your stay. Housekeeping requires 48 hours’ notice to reserve additional bedding. *** The property can be booked to use as a venue for professional photoshoots.
