At least they did have a car for us although it used up extra time having to wait to get driven to the other office and then check in there.Cons:
They didn't answer the phone (understaffed) so nobody came to pick us up at the cruise terminal. The location was overbooked so had to drive several of us to another location to get the cars we reserved. Upon return (before 5:30) we were told they might not be able to drive up back to the cruise terminal since it would be at least 5:30 till the driver returned from dropping others off (again due to being understaffed).10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
We booked a car on an extreme last minute effort to not be stranded in Yarmouth, NS. I made the mistake of forgetting to confirm the reservation and never fully booked it. So arriving to Yarmouth Enterprise and finding out all cars were gone, I mean every single last one, including paling the entire stock, we were starting to panic. Luckily I found a car in Digby, and we immediately took what was left. Upon arrival to the enterprise, I wasn't in the best mood from having napped in a taxi ride all the way from Yarmouth to Digby, but that quickly changed after the branch manager helped us get our car and knock off several fees and give us a good deal to make up for the lack of cars at Yarmouth and the need to pay over $100 CD for a cab ride there. The manager going the extra mile for us and being friendly and sharing his family history in NS made the experience all the better. The service alone at this enterprise, would make me a lifelong customer.10.0 Wonderful

The service was very fast and professional . The car was clean and waiting for us when we arrived. Their location is right next to the cruise terminal, making vehicle pickup and drop off very smooth. I will definitely go there when in the area again.Discount Car & Truck Rentals
