Cons: Close to the airport, close to the city center, only14 min metro ride!, make this hotel an excellent place to stay although it is right by the airport.
Cons: Staff confusion, and poor info sharing.
I was told at check in that I could have 2 bottle of water from the mini-bar gratis due to my HHONORS status. Checkout clerk tried to charge me for them, then disputed with me whether I was allowed 1 or 2 bottles gratis.
Prepaid for the room and breakfast: was unable to enjoy breakfast due to an early flight departure, and the fact that the breakfast did not open until 0630. What airport hotel does not accommodate early travelers, needs?
Evening buffet was very expensive (~$44 USD) and not of high quality. Arrived at 2000 (exact midpoint of service) and 2/3 of steamer trays were empty. Wait staff was indifferent.
Not a mistake I will make twice.
Pros: easy train access to town
super easy flyout
Cons: spa could not be used. hours too short
Pros: The final room was nice, cozy and the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom as very nice.
Cons: First room was non-smoking and obviously had a smoker in it. Second room had a shower head that wouldn't stay put because the plastic had rubbed off where it was held, so had to turn the whole holder to have it shower straight down. Second room's AC wasn't working as it said the room was unoccupied till sometime in the middle of the night. We also didn't get our wakeup call because the staff forgot to change the room number when we got our new room. Luckily we set our own alarm. When told about the issues the staff suggested we needed to call and they'd fix it and otherwise didn't care much.
Cons: The beds are small
Pros: The staff was very nice and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was right for my stay. Access to the city through the Metro that is just down a protected walkway, also off of the airport, was also very nice since it was rather cold and windy the day I was there.
Cons: The bar was quite pricey, but I do believe that's to be expected in a place such as this.
Pros: Location, staff, breakfast, view, beds
Cons: Bathroom was clean but a little bit old fashion (did not really matched the rest of the hotel)
Pros: This is a beautiful hotel and a real credit to the Hilton brand. We were greatly impressed by the design/layout of the hotel; the quiet rooms; great views of the ocean, aquarium and city; and the dedication and courtesy of all staff we encountered. And it's pretty fabulous that you can literally be at your airport gate within five minutes.
Cons: It's more work to get into the city, but it's incredibly easy to get on the Metro and arrive there quickly.
Pros: Great location after 26 hours of flying.
Fabulous breakfast. Helpful staff.
Pros: Loved everything about this hotel, spacious, airy, great staff.
I stayed there several years ago, and the design has not aged.
It was great to be able to take back my rental car to the garage across the street, and be able to walk from there to the hotel.
It has a wonderful connection to Copenhagen and other places in Sjaelland via S train, Metro or intercity trains. And you can catch a train to Sweden without ever setting foot outside.
I highly recommend this hotel.
Cons: Checking out in the morning was a problem, with huge crowds of weary americans trying to check in. So I just left my key in the box provided, and hope they found it!
The front desk staff were a bit overwhelmed.
Pros: Staying overnight before an early flight was easy and comfortable. Hotel was modern and very clean.
Cons: Waiters at the bar were a little slow.
Pros: Nice hotel. Easy access to metro. A great stay!
Life is better when you get together at the non-smoking Clarion Hotel Copenhagen Airport. We are located at Terminal 3 of the Copenhagen Airport, making it easy to take in attractions like Tivoli Gardens, the Little Mermaid Statue, Amager Strandpark and Nyhavn. We offer 29 meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 500 people, free WiFi, a fitness center, spa and steam bath, business center and indoor pool. Some of our contemporary and modern rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows and separate sitting areas.
Pros: The staff were very friendly and most helpful and the hotel had a lovely homey feel to it.
Cons: The bed was old and noisy
Pros: So close to the airport that you are "home" inside 5 minutes and owner is just ready with anything you need
Pros: good guesthouse, nice staff and atmosphere.
Pros: Good location (close to metro station and airport). Cordial attendance. Family house atmosphere.
Cons: Noisy main road. Breakfast only basic.
Pros: Bright sunny room with ocean view. Nice, slightly quirky house with plenty of character.
Pros: Wonderful recently renovated old house with a traditional Danish flair. Very nice furniture and modern bathroom, this hotel is located very close to Copenhague airport (5 min. only by car or 15 min. walking). Nevertheless the house is located in a quite area close to a park with beaches, no noise from planes to be heard. The staff is extremly friendly and dedicated, the breakfast more than fine. You will feel like at home !
Cons: At rush hours, the front street is quite noisy due to the heavy traffic from / to Copenhague downtown.
This intimate, boutique hotel is one metro stop from Copenhagen Airport and a 12-minute ride from central Copenhagen. It offers free Wi-Fi and a continental breakfast with organic products. Ocean Hotel’s individually decorated rooms have a flat-screen TV and tea/coffee facilities. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy views of Den Blå Planet aquarium from the hotel’s weekend café. Other facilities include a private garden and lounge, which opens onto a terrace overlooking Kastrup Beach Park. Visitors to the park can enjoy sea baths and views of the Øresund Bridge and Strait. Hotel staff are happy to provide tourist information and other services.
Cons: No Air Conditioner!?! At the very least, a hotel needs to have Air Conditioning. There was a fan in the room!!
Pros: The location was great (easy walking distance to central station) and the rooms were were clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was great as well.
Cons: A false fire alarm went off at 4:30AM the first night of my stay.
Pros: Small room, without a/c so we open the window and it was a little bit noisy, breakfast was really nice in a big and nice room.
The stand was very helpful
Pros: Great location, steps to the central train station (15 min. ride to the airport). The room was very comfortable, well appointed, and extremely clean, while and the lobby a great place to relax and the garden and sidewalk tables and chairs are perfect for smokers. Excellent value for the price.
Cons: Rooms do not have air conditioner and, while the city's temperature in August was cool, keeping the windows open at night was not an option because of the street noises generated by people. The staff graciously gave us a second room, which was significantly better in terms of noise, but you still could hear people eating breakfast in the garden
Pros: No complaints whatsoever. Room waa very clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. Loxation is aupwr convenient for getting to/from the main train station.
Pros: It's within easy walking distance to the central station . Loved the room! Clean, functional and modern.
Cons: I liked everything about the hotel.
Pros: The hiotel is very well lcoated, minutes away from Tivoli Garden and the central station. It's clean, with very pretty rooms and helpful staff. Breakfast was nice, in a big, bright room. It also has a very welcoming reception, where you can sit and relax while planning your day or waiting for your friends to get ready.
Cons: The wifi signal in the bedrooms was weak. At night, the area is a bit noisy and in the middle of the red light district.
Pros: It was a nice room, clean, comfortable, friendly staff, great breakfast, and convenient location.
Pros: We stayed in the annex, Absalon City Hotel's cheap section. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is walking distance to everything in Copenhagen, especially Tivoli Gardens.
Cons: Part of staying in the annex is shared bathroom facilities - the only downside. However, this is what you pay for in the cheaper lodging in the annex, so it's definitely a good value.
Pros: The staff was helpful and friendly, and the hotel was very pretty. My room was small and expensive, but reasonable compared to most places in Copenhagen.
Cons: My room didn't come with a breakfast. It's not a big thing, I'm just saying.
Pros: Clean, comfy, nice rooms. Good location, right near main metro but in a quiet area.
Cons: They put us in the Annex rather than the Hotel-- so shared bathrooms and shared shower for 20 rooms (instead of the hotel's usual private bathroom). We had booked via kayak for 'hotel' at their lowest room price ($96), but there was no mention in the booking that it was just for the Annex, so I felt downgraded without notification-- the price was a bit high for a hostel (but not totally unreasonable-- the place is very nice). The Annex is more like a Hostel and was fine for 1 night, but probably not useful for folks who want their own bathroom.
Pros: The location was great, along with the lobby and staff.
Cons: Nowhere on the website did I find pictures of the part of the hotel where I stayed. Different rooms.
This Copenhagen hotel is within 2 blocks (approximately 200 meters) of Central Station and Tivoli Gardens. City Museum and the National Museum of Denmark are less than half a mile (1 kilometer) from the hotel.
This business-friendly hotel provides free WiFi, multilingual staff, 24-hour front desk reception, room service (limited hours), and a buffet breakfast (surcharge). A gift shop/newsstand is onsite, and guests have access to onsite currency exchange.
Guestrooms in this traditionally styled hotel offer cable TV, phone, and complimentary wireless Internet access. The hotel also offers trouser presses. Private bathrooms include bathtubs or showers. All rooms are non-smoking.
Pros: Loved the decor. Great location blocks from train station and Tivoli gardens.Fabulous but expensive breakfast.
Cons: Older bed, creaked as we rolled over. Loud street noise as a restaurant is just across the street. Room was very warm and because the street was so noisy didn't open the window.
Pros: Our flight landed in Copenhagen super early (0700), so we were a bit nervous when we arrived to the hotel well before check-in time. The front desk was super welcoming and had a room ready for us immediately! Check-in couldn't have been any easier, and our stay was wonderful! We were able to drop our bags in our room, and begin roaming the city (all within walking distance) immediately. There is plenty of room to lounge around either inside or outside on the beautiful terrace. We only ate breakfast there, but it was delicious and full of options for the picky eaters. Late night we grabbed a glass of wine at their bar and were offered fantastic recommendations by the bartender. They also had free organic apples every morning sitting by the front door for anyone to take. This place went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Some reviews complain about the lack of AC, but we had a room with a balcony overlooking the terrace, and a gentle breeze kept the room cool the entire time. Noise was never an issue for us either, and we slept quite comfortably at night. Other reviews also complain about the towels, but they were perfect and the bathroom was beautiful. 5/5 stars!! We hope to come back soon!
Cons: Nothing but good things to say about this place!
Pros: Location, service, food, spa
Cons: thin walls, creaky floors so you can hear your neighbors go down the hall and enter the rooms.

Let the Copenhagen Marriott Hotel help you experience the capital of Denmark to the fullest.
Pros: Location good near metro stations and easy to access from airport.
Cons: Incredibly hot in the summer. No AC. Rooms pretty uncomfortable.
Pros: Good room layout, friendly staff, tasty breakfast. Location close to Tivoli gardens, and bike rentals available!
Cons: No air conditioning, though opening a window with the provided fan was just fine. Rooms were clean, but not best maintained over the years.
The hotel offers 80 suites of which 5 are penthouse apartments featuring private balconies and panoramic views of the city. And there are 75 two-room apartments. All apartments are spacious and perfectly suited to business purposes, such as meetings and interviews, and offer businesspeople the perfect location for long-term stays in Copenhagen. All apartments feature air-condition, a kitchenette, own separate bathroom, bedroom and living room. Immediately adjacent to the hotel you find a parking house, which makes it easy for guests arriving by car. The ground floor restaurant G, which is inspired by the French bistro tradition, serves breakfast and is open all days of the week for lunch and dinner. The hotel also has six conference rooms seating up to 150 people.
Cons: Poor service. From not helping with luggage, making excuses, promising shuttles at wrong times etc. I'd stay away from this property l. Marriott should really review the management here.
Pros: Front desk staff friendly and efficient
Pros: Striking design, great staff.
Cons: empty area of the city, although 2 blocks to Metro.
Pros: Loved the views at night with the floor to ceiling windows. Staff was very helpful and kind. Room was a good size by European standards and included breakfast was plentiful.
Cons: Shower did not drain properly, TV would not turn on so access to some services was not possible.
Pros: We were most impressed by the front desk staff's level of professionalism and friendliness. They were very well trained and had many suggestions regarding our overnight stay in Copenhagen. The airport shuttle worked both ways (to/from) the hotel. The room was amazing.
Pros: We stayed only one night pre-cruise, but enjoyed the contemporary flair of the hotel and the views from our room on the 23rd floor. Included breakfast was satisfying. At first we were a little intimidated by the walk to the Metro, but it was closer than we thought and very simple to use. The price we paid through Kayak was excellent, too!
Cons: While the Metro was convenient to the hotel, the hotel wasn't that convenient to anything else but the airport. Might be great for the conference attendee, but not so much for an eager, wide-eyed, first-time visitor to Copenhagen.
Pros: Outstanding views. Loved the beds. Soaking tub in bath.Room darkening shades. Buffet breakfast was very busy but there was a huge variety of food to meet tastes of many cultures. Downtown Copenhagen is 5 stops by Metro. Excellent conference center with multiple theaters and support services. Even has a huge Coi fish pond and a modern windmill outside.
Cons: Location is not in the city but Metro stop is only one block away. Denmark is expensive. Hotel has several restaurants that serve great, really expensive, food. Don't be shy about using metro to access shops and restaurants. Shuttle to airport was booked by the time checked in so we took taxi to airport.
Pros: Building is Danish Modern, close to metro, breakfast buffet, and very green building
Pros: It looked amazing and was excited to stay.
Cons: Even though I was prepaid they sold my room to someone else. Then I was loaded in 3 different taxis until they found one that was willing to take me to the hotel they were sending me to. The hotel they sent me to was under construction and would not honor the breakfast that was included in my booking. No Marriott's for me for a while
Pros: Breakfast was wonderful! From the great breads to the juice ipad to the yogurt bar, sliced cheese contraption, and the fresh homemade lemonades/teas. We left every day stuffed and skipped lunch.
Extremely efficient - even on New Years when everyone in the building seemed to be checking out, staff were able to get through a line of people backed around to the elevators in about 15 minutes.
The building is stunning.
Cons: You might think it's far removed from downtown by looking at a map, but it's only a 10 minute trip downtown and a train ticket is easy to acquire.
The beds were two twins pushed together, basically, which is not the most ideal setup for a couple. Also, the down comforter was SO warm that I was sweating through the sheets...which is unusual.
Pros: We've just stayed 4 nights in the Bella Sky Comwell in Copenhagen. The hotel is beautifully designed - with its two leaning towers it is a design I've never seen anywhere else. The hotel is located just 3 minutes walk from the metro, there is a bus station right in front of the hotel and the train station is just one metro station away. It is about 10 minutes drive from the airport when the roads are empty. they have a shuttle to and from the airport most of the time. The room was pretty - and looking at the cold weather outside from the 21st floor made it look better. The room is not too big but large enough, a nice TV set, lamps for reading in bed, there is a nice bathroom, a kettle with complimentary tea and coffee. The staff was very helpful and their English was perfect. The breakfast is rich and tasty. The Library restaurant has a small selection of plates but what we've tried was very good. The grill restaurant was OK but the prices are high - as anywhere in this city. All in all - we had a great weekend vacation.
Pros: The rooms are large and modern. The room rate includes free breakfast & WiFi, a free airport shuttle, and there are Metro & bus stations in easy walking distance, so downtown Copenhagen and the rest of Denmark are easily reached via public transport. Not much history and atmosphere compared to the older hotels in the city, but can't beat the value (when there is no major exposition at the Bella Center).
Cons: On the down-side- The hotel location itself is pretty isolated- if you want to eat a meal away from the hotel, you will need to take the Metro. Also, there can be a lot of tourist bus traffic- the breakfast room gets overwhelmed, as does the front desk at checkout.
Unlike most US travel industry, their website does not give the lowest rates- I usually go to one of the travel websites to get a much lower rate than the hotel's direct booking website, and have found that often a rate search conducted from a Danish IP address gets a significantly lower rate than from a US IP address (and sometimes the reverse!)

Pros: Excellent view. Very nice room and bathroom. Very modern design.
Cons: Location is a distance from restaurants but is close to a train station.
Pros: The staff were not just professional but incredibly nice. I would stay here again without a 2nd thought. Christian at the front desk was incredibly helpful not just during check-in but also when guiding us about sightseeing.
The room design is absolutely lovely. It is a pleasure to walk into a hotel with such thoughtful design.
Breakfast was an excellent spread too. Nothing that I felt was missing.
Cons: There were some minor issues with the room - previous occupant threw stuff down the drain that clogged the sink. I feel cleaning staff should have notified maintenance since it was a significant clog but the staff were incredibly responsive when I reported it. One thing that I didn't care for was the half length glass protection in the shower. I found it took too much effort to not splash water outside the tub.
Pros: The rooms were clean. I loved the modern feel of The Island and the view was beautiful.
Cons: Far from the city center but it was close to the train so that made up for it.
Pros: The waterfront is beautiful and very new.
Cons: The location is not close to anything. Additionally the beds were too soft and bouncy.
Pros: Hotel was modern, clean and overall it was a nice stay. Quality of the free breakfast was better than most. The hotel is close to the hop-on hop-off boat and bus stop, so if you buy the 48 hour sight seeing tour you can hop on the boat that takes you to several stops around the city... This almost makes up for the hotels fairly poor location...
Cons: Location is on the outskirts of the city so it's about a 15-20 minute walk into the city... We had a problem with our room keys where they didn't work and we had to get new keys at the front desk... This happened twice... and the second time was after breakfast on the day we were checking out... I had to wait about 10 minutes in a line at the front desk to get new keys...
Cons: the air conditioning was not working at all, the hotel was hot and humid and to sleep you had to have the windows open but the road noise was appaling, thooughly uncomfortable night.
Copenhagen Island Hotel sits right on the harbor within easy reach of the city center. Nearby Dybbølsbro Station is 1 stop from Copenhagen Central, and City Hall Square is a 25-minute walk. Fisketorvet, one of the city's largest shopping, entertainment, and dining complexes, is next door.
Pros: The hot rolls in the morning, the coffee making facility, the fruit and juice made this a great morning!
Cons: The drunks in the street at the rear yelling for hours in the wee hours was ... seriously bad.
My husband and I would highly recommend this hotel. We upped to a bigger room which was well worth it as all rooms are small.
Pros: Extremely friendly helpful staff, quiet street, lovely fresh breads delivered to room every morning loved having little fridge and coffee maker.
Hotel Tiffany puts you in a great location, within a 15-minute walk of Tivoli Gardens and Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek. Free perks include continental breakfast, WiFi, and wired Internet. Bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves are offered in all rooms, along with flat-screen TVs and room service.
Pros: Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, in the near of the central station
Cons: The double bed room was very uncomfortable,
you can not lock the room, its like the cellar room:
The waste pipe of the upper room is in this room over the bed and when it is used very noisy!!
The bed is very uncomfortable.
Pros: Location, price
Cons: Very, very basic accommodation

The bright, simply decorated CPH Rooms have wooden floors and shared bathrooms. The Kildevælds Park with its small lake and walking paths is a 5-minute walk away. Pros: Budget friendly hotel conveniently located within walking distance to all the major attractions. Hotel had air conditioning in the room and an excellent breakfast buffet. Well stocked with lots of seating.
Located in Copenhagen City Centre, this hotel is steps from Hans Christian Andersen Fairy-Tale House and City Hall Square. Stroeget and Tivoli Gardens are also within 5 minutes.
Cons: This isn't really a dislike, just be aware the smaller rooms are REALLY small, if this is an issue, opt for one size larger
Cons: We received an email prior to checking in asking what time we would arrive . We explained 10 am due to leaving cruise ship they said no problem we will have your room ready . When we arrived they had no knowledge of letter and no room until late afternoon and a lobby full of people. They asked if they could put us in another hotel. We agreed. The location was not nearly as good . They double charged us for a room. It was hot . No hvac on top floor. Very dirty carpets and furniture. No wake up call as requested .
Pros: stylish, good location
Cons: Similar to other reviewers, had problems with booking through Kayak. Getaroom.com did not forward $$$ to hotel. Double charged. Had to call credit card company to put a hold on kayak charge made 2 months earlier.
Pros: Good location, interesting design
Cons: I made a reservation via Kayak for November 28th, and arrived from a trans-atlantic flight in the evening to prepare for a dinner at geranium. The lobby is a confused wine-bar/check-in hybrid and between serving drinks, and chatting with a friend the person at the desk told me after 10 minutes there was a problem with my reservation. After another 5 minutes she told me that due to issues with the online reservation agent the hotel had decided to no longer accept bookings and had cancelled my reservation. After approximately another 5 minutes of me trying to understand how this could have happened with a confirmed reservation and reservation number in hand, she told me that the online agent had been informed and that it was their responsibility to inform me - predictably this turned into a she-said/he-said with the online agent subsequently stating that no such conversation had occured. Finally another 5 minutes in, I prevailed upon the person at reception to call my favourite hotel in Copenhagen (which was supposed to be fully booked) and beg for a room. This was finally done and I left. Sadly I was forced to return and actually stay at sp34 due to a strong masochistic streak and a non-refundable booking made prior to my first dealings with them.
Sadly sp34 continued in what I can only describe as the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered in Europe. The check in again was confused. The hallways were frigid and the rooms cold. My room a deluxe double, apparently one step below their suite was exactly 11 feet by 15 feet and was tragically decorated in a style you could charitably call "Danish hipster" but which I would relabel nonsensical uncomfortable and bourgeois. The room was claustrophobic and looked out over the main street where at exactly 4:30 AM deliveries began and garbage was removed. The water pressure was poor the shower difficult to direct and the towels appeared to have been remade from recycled cardboard. Having to check out at 6:45 AM to make a flight I inquired since I had paid for a breakfast and thought it started at 6:30 if I could take something to go? Sadly by this point I was not surprised to hear that I would be charged 15 DKK for a danish and no rebate would be offered for uneaten breakfast.... I left not feeling hungry at all.
I would beg those of you who expect a contemporary tasteful danish hotel experience to stay ANYWHERE else. The sp34 may be in its infancy but I anticipate this hotel is never going to amount to more than mediocre service and offer pretentions to ill-defined danish cool.
Pros: The hotel was in a great location and had a convonvient bar in the lobby. The rooms we clean and the bed was comfortable!
Pros: Hotel didn't have the reservations I'd made with Kayak and double-charged me even though I specifically did not authorize it.
Cons: Didn't like much of what was dealt at this hotel.
Located in Copenhagen City Centre, this eco-friendly hotel is within a 5-minute walk of Light Theatre and City Hall Square. Stroeget and Tivoli Gardens are also within 10 minutes.
Pros: Great common areas and bar area. Fun decor and amazingly nice staff.
Cons: Can be pricey for a hostel but it's in demand in the area so I get it.
Pros: How easy it was to check in and out
Cons: Not too much
Pros: As hostels go, this is a great one. Well thought out and hip. Attention is paid to what economy travelers on the go need.
Generator Copenhagen is within a 10-minute walk of Kongens Nytorv Metro and Nørreport Station, offering quick access to the busiest railway hub in Denmark. Guests can reach Rosenborg Castle Garden in 2 minutes on foot, or stroll 10 minutes to Strøget, a street lined with shops and restaurants.

Pros: Location. Close to attractions like little mermaid, and the waterfront.
Price. Reasonable in a very expensive city.
Facilities. quite good.
Staff. Very friendly
Cons: Price of food, but high food price is usual in Copenhagen.
Pros: The easy access this hotel has to many of the sites that are to be seen in Copenhagen. This hotel is only worth it, if you wish to have easy access to everything. I would not recommend staying at this hotel if individuals wish to have a nice hotel experience. My wife and I realized it was not worth staying at this hotel.
Cons: We did not like that the rooms were way too small. The rooms portrayed online and through the websites make the rooms appear bigger than they are. It was hard for my wife and I to move around and we only had backpacks with us.
The bathroom was another story and we hated it. The bathroom floor is literally one floor where you stand on which you shower, go bathroom, and use the mirror. The toilet holder was barely holding onto the wall and fell off a couple times and the towel holders were in the same condition.
Set in the city's old financial district, the Phoenix Copenhagen hotel puts guests in a prime position for watching the changing of the guard at Amalienborg, a short walk away. The hotel is also a 5-minute walk from waterside Nyhavn with its colorful townhouses, restaurants, and bars.
Pros: Friendly staffs and customer service oriented too. Breakfast was excellent!!!
Pros: Nice cosey hotel close to everything . Good spot! Staff are nice and friendly .
value for money
Cons: small room
Pros: Great staff and location!
Copenhagen Strand Hotel is just a 4-minute waterside stroll from Nyhavn’s brightly painted townhouses and historic wooden ships. A 10-minute walk away, Amalienborg is the Royal Family's winter palace. The popular, car-free shopping street of Strøget is a mere 20 minutes on foot.
Pros: Located in the "cheap hotel district" this is exactly what we were hoping for from our stay! Terrific location (next door to the main train station), clean hotel, nice staff with easy check-in/check-out process, and a breakfast buffet that gives you a little taste of what the food will be like! Enjoyed our stay!
Cons: Rooms are small which we knew. Also, buffet does get crowded as others have mentioned but would recommend for a fine spread of bread, meat, eggs, and some fruit! Would also recommend bringing your own soap/shampoo.
Pros: Great location. Close to central station. Great service from the front desk. Good breakfast.
Cons: Some rooms require to take few steps of stairs with no ramp. Not good with big luggage (or elderly).
Pros: Staff was great in every way that a professional and friendly staff should be.
Cons: No real dislikes, just meager breakfast buffet and somewhat small room.
Pros: Just a block from the train station, comfortable beds, good continental breakfast.
Cons: Room was pretty small and Spartan, no suitcase stands or toiletries, very few power outlets especially near beds. No air conditioning and heater did not work. Midweek price was way too high--I wouldn't pay more than $200 out the door...
Located in the trendy Vesterbro quarter of Copenhagen, just 100 metres from the central train station Most major attractions within walking distance Tivoli Gardens, Town Hall Square & main shopping street are all less than than 5 minutes walk from the hotel. An abundance of cafes, bars and restaurants, shops & amenities are all minutes away
Cons: the hotel was not in full capacity in low season. the room given to us was all the way in the back next to the dumpster with utilities view. When requested a different room with a more decent view, received the same response of having no other room in the same category and requested higher price for a different room. My reservation was not cheap, and i don't think is fair to be in an unpleasant room when the hotel has available capacity to make its guests´stay pleasant.
Pros: The hotel is very nice inside, the staff was friendly and relatively quick to serve you. The hotel was located right in the center of the city, so far everything is a short walk. The hotel appeared clean, it was beautifully decorated with fall decor when we stood there. The rooms themselves were clean with no odors or anything like that. Overall the hotel was a good experience.
Cons: The hotel rooms were nice but they were a bit small. Our room faced a brick wall so there was no view, nada. When we got to the hotel at 4pm they told us that the room wasn't ready, which was annoying. Aside from that our experience at the hotel was pleasurable.
Pros: Staff was wonderful, everybody spoke perfect English and were very helpful! Breakfast was worth the price. Would highly recommend it for location and staff!
Cons: Rooms were a little smaller than we expected.
Pros: Location was premium. Central to everything. I found the staff very accommodating & friendly.
Cons: There was an underlying unpleasant smell in the room. Couldn't tell what it was.
Pros: Great location, small but very comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast.
Cons: Front desk staff were a bit brusque (on previous visits, they have been very friendly).
Pros: I had low expectation as Copenhagen hotels are expensive and you don't get much for your money. We stayed at Square for $250/night including breakfast, wifi and taxes. Room was decent size for a European hotel. Breakfast buffet selection was sufficient. Location is central. Overall, I would stay at the hotel again.
Overlooking the Rådhuspladsen from which it takes its name, The Square, Copenhagen is right in the city center. Tivoli Gardens and Copenhagen Central Station are only 5 minutes away, while the colorful canalside bars of Nyhavn are a 20-minute walk along Strøget, the city's main pedestrian street.
