Pros: Loved to room and all the extra touches. Near winery’s
Cons: Gardening and presentation was immaculate round the rooms which are not visible from the road. First impression of long grass in beds in front of owner’s house could improve. A minor point.
Pros: It was very quiet
Pros: Comfortable. Clean. Adequate for the night.
Pros: I would give this property a bad review only to make sure that nobody else books there so when I book next time (and I will book again) there would be sure of getting a room, I think this property will be hard to get a booking once people find out how GREAT it really is, I have paid near $300 per night for a room such as this, GREAT to see places like this, KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.
Cons: there is nothing that the owners can change, the problem they have is the road works but that's not their fault. the only thing would be is the TV location, too far away from the bed, but I guess your not there to watch TV.
Pros: Clean and cosy room nice bathroom bed was comfortable.

Pros: A whole half house all to ourselves steeped in Victoriana inside and out but with 21st Century comforts!
Pros: Wonderful hosts, very accommodating, place was immaculately clean, loved the little personal touches and breakfast provisions
Cons: Nothing at all!
Pros: Daryl and Annalene were the perfect hosts. They cared for us with all of the comforts and class of such a wonderful home. The breakfast, included in the price, was excellent and to top it off there was a coffee machine! Will definitely recommend to others and will come again.
Pros: Great location. The Vicarage has been beautifully maintained and has such character.
Pros: Warm, comfortable charming home and an extremely hospitable host, ensuring a most enjoyable stay. The exceptional attention to detail was appreciated.
Pros: The Vicarage is a delightful heritage home with wood paneling, high ceilings and period furnishings. Every small detail was available to make our stay comfortable, and the hosts were very welcoming. It is close to the town centre with restaurants and hotel a mere minute’s walk. The town is a convenient place to explore the Bellarine Peninsula. We’ve done a few B&Bs, and this is one of the best. 10/10
Pros: A true home away from home. Beautifully maintained to historic splendor. We instantly fell in love with its beauty. Wonderful hosts who introduced, supplied beyond expectations and left us to complete privacy and the home to ourselves. A wonderful experience of sheer joy.

Pros: It meet all my needs excellent. The manager was very helpful.
Pros: The setting is nice, just wish the kangaroos would have come out in the morning :)
Cons: My husband felt like the sheets may not have been fresh as he said they felt sandy at the bottom. I was that tired I wouldn't have noticed a bear in the bed! Hubby doesnt nornally complain so for him to mention it indicates to me he wasn't impressed
Pros: It was great to get accomodation near Lara. The decking was lovely sitting outside overlooking the bush. The cabins were nice and fresh and the property has great potential to make a great destination for people visiting the mountains nearby.
Cons: I was a little shocked as I pulled up however once we went inside the cabins were lovely. The cabin were placed in a paddock and there was nothing else there. New cabins were getting built near however there was rubbish around the site in a pile - maybe should of had a skip for safety. Once they are established it would be nice to see trees planted/ gazebo/ playground for kids/ just to make it looked more loved.
Pros: Quiet, close location to You Yangs. Facilities exceptional (photos didn't do the place justice). The deep bath!
Pros: Over all Great hospitality
Cons: No tissue paper for napkins
Pros: The host Dean was a super HOst. He accomodated to our really late check in and the place was super cleans and he was generous with the toiletries as well.

Pros: Ambience sensational. Hotel charming in a picturesque setting. Staff were warm and helpful. The meal delicious.

Pros: The best experience. The food is worthy of hats and some of the best I’ve ever had! The property spectacular and staff friendly. A must do! Pop it on your bucket list.
