Good staff, clean and affordable place. Room is very spacious and clean! Close to the airport and the price. Convenient to metro and night market. Very clean. No car parking no extra water bottle. Room bed not comfortable, Not clean properly. Dirty rooms. Very worn out furniture. No exhaust on bathroom. Too noisy at night. Bad Location. The majority of the outlets in the room are not functioning, which has been quite inconvenient during my stay. This issue, along with concerns about the cleanliness of the room, has impacted my overall experience at the hotel. Little noisy but it’s ok. There was no mini fridge in my room. Kettle broke down after first use. The hotel has weird rules like delivery not allowed to room or guests can't visit rooms. Did not try their breakfast as the nearby restaurants were more affordable. Could do with better offers on booking like breakfast included within the room rate. Mold and dump inside rooms. Water was too hot and was difficult to take shower. Receiving staff was too serious. But not bad. The water in shower. There were noises at thệ corridor during my stay. All well generally. Air condition was not working properly. The electrical sockets of the rooms are placed inconveniently. Room key was not working. Dirty Room, Did not provide toothbrush everyday. Can't say anything. No kitchen on the evening. Water was too hot and was difficult to take shower. Location is very poor. Staff is just Ok. No parking There was smoking in hall hotel. staff’s behavior. they need to improve on that. receptionists were not that courteous and attentive. Low Hygiene level. The power system was bad and could not charge my mobiles. No sufficient line in the room and class was full of smoke though they said none smoking.
