Pros. The entire holiday was amazing, all the staff were so kind and helpful. From Grace checking us in on arrival, to Gilbert the bellboy that was kind and funny to Sunjit the life guard and everyone in between were amazing. The breakfast was great, the Club Rotana Lounge was fantastic, even the gym was brilliant. And the pool and the view were WOW!!!
Cons. I genuinely cannot say one thing that could have made my stay better at Albandar Rotana. If I had to say one thing it would be I prefer softer pillows but that is me clutching at straws and that is personal preference, and saying that my wife actually preferred the slightly firmer pillows.
