Good location for the money.
Rooms and beds are very small. Our room was very hot with no thermostat (even though it was cool outside). Shower was tiny. If you check in after 10:00pm, you have to wait for the night porter to check you in.
The location & staff were wonderful. Nice breakfasts. Close to town. I'd stay there again.
A bit of street noise.
Convenient location.10 min walk from Grafton street.Very quiet at night.Free Parking but very very tight! Pleasant staff.
Nice staff. Location.
Narrow staircase - difficult to go with a big suitcase.
Bedroom quite small
The staff member greeting and dealing with me was the most helpful, pleasant and courteous person i have dealt with when staying at many hotels. My room in the newer part of the hotel was very tastefully decorated and very comfortable.
There really was nothing I didn't like about the hotel.
Location is the only reason to stay at the hotel. Near the city and the sights. Everything in walking distance. Still quite street in Georgian Dublin. Breakfast is good but the same every morning.
Breakfast was exactly the same every morning. Facilities were not adequeate, eg. bidee was missing. Room look a little tired. The hotel is overrated (price vs what you get).
Staff were excellent and very corteous and helpful with directions, booking taxis, suggesting restaurants, etc. The hotel was also very warm.
The double bed was the smallest double bed my wife & I ever tried to fit into and we're not big people (she's 8st approx and I'm about 13). also, the noise from the traffic and people on the street laet at night was overwhelming, the Baggot Court windows are very old and we could hear everything as if the window was open. Should invest in double glazing.
The staff was very accomodating in carrying heavy luggage to the top floor. The rooms were clean, the breakfast good.
No access for customer use to internet which could easily be accomodated.
small room, poor furnishings and fittings, not 100% clean
staff was very helpful. breakfast was fabulous! overall a really great value
