A pleasant and comfortable room. The bar is very nice too - wish we'd had time to enjoy that more. Location is a couple of miles out of the city centre but with great transport links. It's in a nice leafy suburb so pleasant to wall around.
The only dissatifactory thing was having to queue for 15 min to checkout but that might hsve been just unlucky timing to get stuck behind a coach party - to be fair to the hotel though they had the maximum number of staff working the desk and minimise the waiting time.
asked for shower, got a bath tub. drainage blocked
I liked the location to downtown and to the Dart, as well. The building is gorgeous and the rooms were very clean.
I liked the staff but found they seemed limited in knowledge of questions that I asked.
The room was great The hotel in general is lovely We paid extra for breakfast each morning and it was lovely, with great choices of food
The hotel is fab. The location is a little bit far from where we wanted to visit. The cost of the hotel was very high for room only(no breakfast included)
Good location. Comfortable bed Nice lounge facilities
