Cons. The staff was extremely rude, which was also brought to the aquarium and museum where 2 of Grand Harbors employees work. They were 2 of the main employees at grand harbor that treated me, my husband, and our 3 little ones absolutely horrible. Was not told the water park would be closed 2 of the 4 days we stayed.
Pros. Very friendly greeter at the door. Lots of information and suggestions.
Pros. Had a great deal on the room after booking short notice. Location was great, right in the river with walking trail in front. Restaurant was great place for dinner, beautiful patio.
Cons. Waterpark needs an update and not worth the extra $20. Our bathroom was also not clean. The floor was dirty and the cleaning staff left behind a dirty rag.

Cons. Housekeeping does not come around early enough. We had left for morning 9am got back 300pm and room was dirty. Housekeeping knocked and wanted to clean and one of my kids had just started to nap. They asked if I just wanted new towels etc. In fairness they did comeback later to clean and did a nice job but why so late? The water park needs updating its fun but rust on some of the equipment. Pool floor in kiddie pool is coming up. I felt it needed work. They need a real coffee shop on campus.
